Tenemos un condominio de 2 recámaras y 2 baños recientemente renovado en la comunidad de Plantation Golf and Country Club en la bella Venice Florida. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado con cabina de ducha y cama extra grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y hay un sofá cama en el salón. Cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita durante su estancia. Apartamento está equipado con televisión por cable e internet. Hay una protegidos por malla para disfrutar de las noches y una terraza al aire libre. Hay un aparcamiento cubierto al aire libre y una sala de almacenamiento donde puede guardar sus bicicletas. Condominio está ubicado cerca de un centro comercial y restaurantes. Hay una piscina comunitaria completa con casa club sólo unos pasos de distancia y no se olvide de las playas que son unos minutos en coche de distancia 10. Usted puede disfrutar de la pesca en el muelle en la playa Venecia y el paseo en bicicleta y senderos para caminar. Christmas stay

Everything was just as advertised, my wife and I with 3 adult children stayed 10 days and enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were great. Nice neighborhood for daily morning walks, pleasant neighbors every time we saw them. We’ll be back!

Will stay here again!’

The condo is downstairs with a carport. Very!!! Clean plus they gave us a delicious basket full of goodies❤️ Has everything you would need for a Florida trip and I will recommend it to everyone. Plus only 15/20 min from several beaches.

Great condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need, especially the kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and we had such a nice view of the grounds from the lanai. The pool is very close by and lovely. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you Tim!

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time renting a place for a month. We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The neighbors were very sociable and friendly. The only concern I think should be included in the listing is that no golf privileges are given, you must be a member to play at the Plantation courses.

Perfect 2-bed condo

This is our 2nd time staying here. Great experience again. Very clean, great water pressure in the showers, lots of towels, convenient laundry in the condo. Also, kitchen is very well equipped, strong Wi-Fi, several TVs with fubo, covered parking spot. Checkin process was smooth and Tim and Andrea were very responsive. We plan to book again for our next trip if it’s open.

Excellent stay!

A repeat stay at this condo. So clean, everything we needed in kitchen supplies and more. Bed was comfy. Owner and local villa manager are are both wonderful and Very responsive. Friendly neighbors . Next year is booked for our return, and we can’t wait. Plantation neighborhood is a wonderful location for biking and walking. Thanks.

We really enjoy the house. The house has everything you need and it's located in a beautiful place

The house was awsome. We stay there for one week. It is perfect for stay with kids. The house in perfectly clean and have all the stuff you can need in a house. The owner leave us a basket full of fruits and cookies that the kids really enjoy. We really appreciate that. I 100% recomend that house. We really expend a very beautiful week there. Very Thankfull

Perfection in Venice!

I have stayed in Venice before, but this was by far the nicest condo yet. The location was perfect! It was close to shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. Tim is a very gracious owner. He allowed me to check in a little earlier than scheduled. His condo provides you with all the conveniences of home as well as chairs, towels and various beach items. Upon arriving, there was fruit, cheese and crackers which I enjoyed all week. The condo is so clean and comfortable that it feels like home. Zora checked in with me to make sure all was going well and there wasn’t anything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to return again soon.

Excellent condo, location and experience!

We loved this condo, the area, and restful view from screened lanai!! Both Tim and his local manager were a treat to deal with. The condo is equipped with everything one could want and is very spacious and bright. Gas BBQ grill was close by a bonus. We enjoyed a short drive to Manasota Key beach often and great cycling nearby as well. The Plantation neighbourhood is wonderful for morning runs, with plenty of pretty routes to choose from. We didn’t use the local pool much as we were on our bikes a lot; but it was very clean and the well organized paperback library located near the pool was great to have as well. We have already booked a return visit to Tim’s condo for next year and can’t wait to return.

Great plantation condo

This condo was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything a visitor could possibly need - Tupperware, paper towels, loads of towels, dishwasher soap, plastic wrap, baggies, sugar, salt, pepper, full spice rack, extra toilet paper, batteries for the remotes, washing machine pods, and more. Anything we needed was there. The owner also provided a lovely fruit basket, cheese and crackers, and cookies - much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The beds were extremely comfortable. The a/c worked perfectly and it was a very hot, humid week. Good water pressure in the showers. Xfinity, Roku and excellent WiFi. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and would love to stay here again.

Very clean, great location to beach, pool and play ground

Very impressed! My kids loved the fruit basket and crackers. The house has EVERYTHING you could need, I mean everything from beach toys, sand chairs, fishing stuff, plenty of towels (beach and reagular) lots of kitchen supplies too!!!! Everything was very clean. A short walk away from the pool and a play ground and 10 mins from beach. We had plenty of space in the house too. I even used the washer and dryer because soap was provided. First vacation that I came home with no dirty laundry!!!! This house is by far the most equipped house we have stayed at. If you have kids, this place is great!!!

Great property

This is a a very clean and nicely furnished unit. Beautiful colour scheme and comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything one might need to prepare meals. Tim has a special little touch to leave you as a Welcome gift crackers, cheese and fruits. Never saw that before anywhere else. Zoran is doing a marvelous job in keeping the unit imaculate. The only thing is, and it has nothing to do with how property looks, is that is difficult to find the unit once at the property area. Will definitely return. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

If you have a pet, even if quiet and well behaved, a renter can not stay here. Only owners are allowed dogs.

Lovely condo in beautiful Plantation

The condo was just as advertised. The owner was very easy to work with. Our family loved the nature in the neighborhood- Sand Hill Cranes came by to say hello each day and the curious squirrels were hilarious! They stare at you from outside the screened-in lanai.

Fabulous Stay!

Occasionally in our travels we come to a stay that says, "Now this is what a quality stay should be". And Tim's condo fulfills that to the max. Sparklingly clean, well appointed, quiet neighborhood, peaceful atmosphere, covered parking, comfortable beds, screened lanai, fully stocked kitchen, complimentary snacks, washer/dryer, TV, and pool access combine to create a most enjoyable stay. The host is very responsive to address any issues, and, although we did not have a need, a local property manager was available if necessary. For us, being close to nearby family was a plus. Highly recommend.

This property is located in the Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a very friendly, active community. You'll make a new friend everytime you go to the pool. There are many community activities to keep you entertained. It is close to all amenities and beaches. Community is bike friendly and is great for strolls. We are really able to unwind and relax.
