Villa de tres dormitorios con piscina privada con vistas a la isla de Itaca. Las impresionantes vistas al mar se encuentran en la tranquila aldea de Tselendata, a dos kilómetros en coche del bonito pueblo portuario de Fiskardo, donde se puede ver a los barcos ir y venir mientras disfruta de una bebida o una comida.

Overall, it was in a peaceful and lovely setting and very easy to switch off and relax too. I would also say the property was very easy to use and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Great little holiday home with good access to local beaches by car. The pool was always warm and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Our only bug bear were the hard beds and the driveway was difficult to get into without scraping the underside of the car every time we drove in and out. Overall we had a lovely time though.

Beautiful house

Lovely well equipped house just outside Fiskardo. Good space and lovely and clean,. Approx 15 mins to Foki beach where the Taverna serves lovely food at reasonable prices. Approx 40 mins walk to Fiskardo and 8 in a taxi back up the hill ( note: price doubles after midnight) Visited some great beaches and had some super meals in and out.

Lovely stay close to Fiskardo

Lovely property with amazing views and really close to Fiskardo.Very clean with housekeeping also arriving mid week.A few issues with power that were resolved very quickly by the management team on the island. Would agree with other reviews that the beds were very hard and felt uncomfortable, so would advise that the mattresses are given a topper to help with that. Overall a great week.

Great villa with beautiful view

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this villa. Easy access by car to Fiskardo and nearby beaches. Pool was great as was the view every morning… great sunrise. Bob was very responsive.

Great villa and quiet and tranquil part of the island

This is a great location for many of the best beaches on the island- our favourite was Emblisi beach- tiny and perfectly unspoilt - great snorkelling. Highly recommend the villa and the location- great for families and adults too. You must try the Foki beach taverna - amazing food- brilliant staff ! We star there afew times - only a two minute drive fromm the villa - we will be back !

Villa Pelagia - wow, wow, wow

Loved this Villa, never wanted to leave. Get up for Sunrise at 7am. It’s stunning. Rooms spacious and queen size beds are comfortsble. Fresh white linen and beautiful morning views. Pool spotless, bathrooms clean. Cleaners came mid week and freshened whole villa which was lovely. Owner was great with communication. This is a drive to Fiskardo and you could not really walk it back after food & drink!! Sloped path to park car do be careful as dtop of rocks to edge. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Already passed details to many friends after posting on social media.

Peaceful, Clean Family Villa

My family of four (us parents and two 19+ 'children') stayed for a relaxing week in late June. Very good communication and check in / out, villa good value and clean, nice pool, nice housekeeping staff. A small air con problem was solved super fast. Location means it's a drive to shops, but you can walk to Foki Beach & taverna in about 15mins (relatively steep uphill walk on way back). My only issue (and one I've had with many villas costing more than this one) is that the beds / pillows could be so much more comfortable. For us, a comfortable bed with quality pillows is an important part of a holiday! But overall, I would recommend Villa Pelagia and the team managing it.

Great location

Perfect villa for our needs. Amazing views. Walking (20 mins) distance to beach and taverna. Would have loved a BBQ by the outside oven around which there would be no fire risk. Lots of other tavernas in Manganos and Antipata. Thoroughly recommend Agios Ierusalem and Aliates beach and their tavernas too.

Wonderful place to relax and soak up Kefalonia

Great villa with a perfect layout for our family of 6 (4 kids). The view is really nice, especially from the upper balcony. Pool area is just perfect, with plenty of room to relax and seating areas in abundance. The living room and kitchen were also ideal for our family with everything you would need. Location wise you will need a car however and I would advise getting a good car, we rented an old Fiat stick shift and it was a battle on the hills each time and even sometimes pulling onto the house driveway. contrary to a few of the other reviews, we didn’t feel that anywhere was really walkable. Unless of course you are a keen hiker, and willing to risk cars coming around the bend on tight roads. But that said, the beach of Foki and the town of Fiskardo are only a short drive away, and we always found parking quite easily. All in all we had a wonderful stay the owners were fantastic and met any needs. We had somebody came over right away. We would highly recommend this fella for a perfect family getaway.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

The villa is nicer and bigger inside than the photos show, lovely pool and area, very clean and maintained. Towels were swapped over mid week and the villa cleaned which was a nice touch. We had one water problem due to the water tank which was refilled immediately, many thanks to the property manages and owner. Would need a car for the location and to visit the area. Fiscardo is lovely, and hiring a boat for the day recomended, we loved it. Not as pricy as the internet suggests, plenty of offerings. Beautiful. Thanks so much

Beautiful villa in a very peaceful setting. Photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful views. Definitely need a car as nice long walk down to fiskardo but a long dark uphill walk back . Loved our stay.

Villa Pelagia review

Lovely villa in a great locations, views from Villa really nice. If you like Fiskardo then the villa is a great choice. When we arrived the tap fixing was broken but soon fixed by the handyman who was great. Only downside was we had unusually cold weather which meant the villa living room was quite cold, had to sit in it with a blanket on, no heater available for the living room, probably not needed most of the time but it wouldn’t hurt to have a small electrical heater available. Anyway the weather got better after a few days and a heater not needed then. Overall ma great place to stay, would recommend it.

Lovely villa, with great views and pool. Location was also good, Foki Beach, just 15 mins walk and Fiscardo 35 mins which we did regularly, plenty of taxis available for the way home.

Exceptional Villa in a great location

Great space, well equipped, comfortable and for us at the time we were there…Quiet and peaceful. We had an issue with checking in as there was no key left for us as we had been advised and reconfirmed. It was sorted fairly easily and promptly with a call to the managing agent. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location but could be loved more...

Our experience with Bob, the villa representative was amazing, He was extremely accommodating and friendly and helped us transition the booking because of Covid. When we arrived at the villa it looked lovely and the key was where it should have been. The house had obviously not be used for a while and had a strong fusty smell, which was also heavily present in the cupboards inside the property. We also found that the cutlery, crockery and glasses were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them, same with the cooker top. We left cupboard doors open the whole time we were there to try and air them. After the hurricane in 2020 some of the outdoor furniture was missing, understandable but perhaps should be reflected in the photos. The fridge leaked one day and we messaged the on-island contact number and someone came and fixed it while we were out. We also looked through the folder for guests and found that it referred to details from 10 years ago, The villa did feel like someone loved it a while ago and has just stopped caring as much. None of this detracted from the fact we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the pool, which was lovely and clean. Some of the outside lights, pool and surrounding area stopped working a couple of days before we left. But overall I would recommend the villa, it could just do with some love.

Fabulous week

Thoroughly enjoyed the weeks stay, the views are amazing and surrounding area. A bbq would be a good addition but I would definitely stay again .
