Cape Cod Surf House tiene hermosos techos altos con muchas luces del cielo. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de tamaño completo, mesa de desayuno y una ventana grande con vistas a los bosques privados. También en el piso de arriba hay una zona de loft abierta con otra habitación con una cama de tamaño completo y muchas novelas populares. Perfecto para relajarse y leer un libro o hacer que los niños jueguen. En la planta baja hay un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales. También hay 3 cunas adicionales y un colchón de aire disponible con mucho espacio en la casa para utilizar las cunas. La sala de estar es un espacio increíble con techos altos con decoración moderna de surf y playa. El comedor tiene una gran mesa con capacidad para entre 8 y 10 personas. La cocina está equipada con refrigerador y estufa blancos nuevos. También muchas tazas, cubiertos, platos. Muebles de jardín y mesa de picnic en la terraza enorme con vistas a la zona boscosa privada. Parrilla al aire libre. Hamaca. Enorme lote con mucho estacionamiento.

Had a few mishaps while at the cottage but nothing is prefect and our hostess was attentive to our needs. Loved sitting at the big dining table playing games. Wonderful restaurants and bars nearby

Nice little home with everything we needed plus some! They had beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and most importantly a nice beach wagon to carry everything. They also provided the paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. A nice deck on the back made mornings with our coffee very relaxing.

We loved this cute, comfortable, and cozy house. Very clean. Very bright. Nice towels and linens and super comfy beds. But, our favorite part of the property were the high, beamed ceilings and the outdoor deck. The deck is surrounded by foliage that softens the sounds of the highway. Perfect spot to sit, have a cup of coffee, and chat.

We had a great stay! Thanks for all the quick responses. Only comments are there aren’t 3 bedrooms…. There are three rooms with beds but we made it work.

Neat little place close to everything

This is the perfect girlfriend weekend getaway house. Walking distance to the downtown area. Plenty of room and clean beds. The owner is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Great family house.

No issues at all, great area, and the yard was perfect for my three young boys to play in during the evening!!!! The house was great!!! Wished we could have stayed longer!!!

New Buffalo House

The house was great for a long weekend. The yard is big enough to play lawn games and it’s a short walk to downtown. P.S. don’t use the downstairs air conditioner if you stay here in the summer… it leaks and the floor is carpet.

From my island to New

I came from an island and this house far exceeded my expectations!Reminded me of back home!The house was awesome!Super clean.Super cool.Super fun!Can't wait to go there again.Loved the pepsi machine in the kitchen and the FREE SURFBOARDS!!!!

MLK Weekend

The place was clean. Location is good to the cute little downtown area. No laundry - had to go in town and use laundromat. Needed a regular pan. We made pancakes and eggs in a wok.

Short Vacation

Well stocked and clean. Power went out our last night and it was in the 90's that day. I was a little surprised that none of the windows would open for ventilation. There are plenty of fans provided but some air would of helped. Overall a great place and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Close to town

Close to town, about 1/2 mile. We rode our bikes in & explored the downtown & the beach. Walked to brewery for dinner. Burger joint across the street. Backyard is beautiful & wooded, enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings. Drawback is that the house is located on a busy road, lots of traffic noise.

Clean and plenty of space

We had a great time, we took our 3 grand daughters with us. Roomy, with large dining room table. Our youngest son and his family rented a place a short distance away so we had a couple of large dinner parties with them. It is worth the drive to Warren Dunes State park, much nicer than the New Buffalo Beach. Would definitely rent again when the grandsons are a little older. Only mistake in the description is there is no washing machine.

It was such a pleasure having you and your wife along with ur granddaughters stay at Auggie's. Loved seeing all the children's books and movies being utilized. Your a great grand father and I'm sure your grand daughters will remember the time they spent at Auggie's with u guys. Love that u utilized the big table. That space was designed with big groups and families in mind. I apologize for the washing machine mistake. Profile was made thinking washing machine would have been installed by now. Glad u guys chose Auggie's.

Great beach house, accommodating owner, location prime, reasonable price, needs adult beds.

Great beach house to stay, location is prime for restaurants and walking distance to the beach (est: 1/2 mile). Owner went out of her way to accommodate. Only down fall is that the beds are very uncomfortable (IKEA futon type), great for kids and the Pepsi machine in kitchen is for looks only. But none of the down falls would make me not want to rent again....I would love to stay again, just time I will be bringing foam cushion for the beds! ;)

Driveway blind spot

There is a large bush with lots of creeping grapevine that obstructs the view of the road towards town and makes it difficult to exit safely
