This was a great place to stay. It is under construction so if you are looking for something shiny and new this isn't it. This is the perfect place for families who want the beach access and don't want to spend a lot of money. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and nice. We will stay here again.

Great for a short beach trip

Great access to the beach, which was our big priority! We were also there on a holiday weekend and it wasn’t over crowded at all, which was great. The condo room was just as described, and very comfortable for our short stay. Everything we needed for the bathroom and kitchen was provided, and our late arrival was no issue for the check-in process.

Daytona ROTC Nationals 2024

We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful!

Oceanside resort

Great location on the ocean and close to restaurants and stores. Clean and neat. Very easy checkin. Wish the balcony had been big enough to sit and relax on.

Great place, close to everything

Communication with the host was easy and transparent. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean, had enough space for a family of 3. It had a full size fridge, freezer, plates, forks etc. I would recommend and I would be back in the future.

Very nice condo

William was a pleasure to work with and responded right away with any questions. The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. William was very upfront about the parts of the center that were closed due to hurricane damage. Stores were right across the street and the beach was very relaxing. Be prepared to walk a bit from your car to the condo as the current parking is adjacent to the main building. We would definitely return.

Perfect for me

Very nice place. Everything was exactly as described by owner. Beautiful place, comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a keurig. Everything I needed for my stay. Would definitely come back.

Owner was communicative, kind and responsive. Location was walking from the beach which was very convenient for my family, given our young children. Unit was run down. Once the owner was notified and pictures shared, he reported that he blocked out days to have necessary repairs made and refunded my cleaning fee. I believe he will do this. If the unit gets the repairs, a deep clean and consistent attention with each cleaning, it would be nice for a short stay. Sleeps 4 but not comfortably. There are only 2 dining chairs to the table so it would likely be more comfortable with 2 people. The commute from MCO was feasible and it was close enough to enjoy the boardwalk area without being right in it. Parking was not an issue. Pools were not open but I was made aware before arrival and the a portion of our stay was refunded to account for this lack of amenity. We couldn’t have canceled the trip so close to the arrival date but I don’t think this was within the owners control. The beach’s proximity made it that we could still enjoy the water.

Excellent host! Cute place, but hotel is under major renovations from hurricane. So a bit ghost town feeling at the resort. Beach was great!

We stayed for 7days over the Fourth of July it was great everybody was nice although only one outside pool was working it was great other pool still damaged from storm and is being repaired very clean room and comfortable beds owner is very friendly and great to work with and mostly up to date on what’s going on at the building and let’s you know of any changes are anything going on. Great way and place to get away for anybody

Nice Affordable Room

My family and I had a great time during our recent stay at this property. The room was clean and just as pictured. The property owner William was very responsive and helpful. The hotel itself can use some work and was undergoing some construction from a recent hurricane, but the room we stayed in was perfect and affordable for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again in the future.
