The apartment was larger and more modern than expected. Various amenities were available in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect, easy to access.

Great Location - easy to check in - overall everything was good - I would suggest getting better mattresses as the ones there seem a little firm for us. I also would suggest more towels for people staying longer than a day or two - only got one per person.

Beautiful stay in Rome

We found the check in straightforward and the apartment was lovely. Great air conditioning which was needed. Everything was available and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. It is easy to get to all of the main attractions either by walking or bus.

Lovely apartment in a quaint area with great a/c!

This apartment was lovely, just as pictured and described. We stayed during a record heat wave in Italy, and the air conditioning was wonderful! Check-in was smooth, contact with the property managers was quick and helpful, and the apartment was just as expected. Nice large bedrooms, functional kitchen, and washing machine. We used the washing machine one, and it was great to have during a long trip. I noticed that older reviews mentioned the desire for starter laundry detergent, dish washing soap, etc. We found those things to be available upon check-in, so the managers must have taken note of the prior reviews. Overall, a very nice apartment to come back to after long, hot days in Rome.

Great central apartment

We had an excellent stay at Grotta Pinta 11 - the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and the location is amazing. We were able to easily walk to all the major sights, and there are so many great dining and shopping opportunities in the streets around the apartment. Highly recommended.

Can't beat the location

This property was great for our stay, close to all the sites and lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. It was bright and comfortable and would come back again for sure. The only thing I would ask is that the owners provide a 'starter' amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs etc. which were strangely lacking. Regardless I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Nice place.

Ideal als Oase für eine Romerkundigung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ruhig, geräumig und für einen Stadtaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu erreichen. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben dort 6 wunderbare Tage verbracht und können sie wärmstens empfehlen.

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment looks just like the pictures in the advertisement. The management arranged transfer from airport and allowed us to stow our bags until the check in time. The apartment key pickup is at the bag storage facility. Apartment was quiet and well equipped for our minimal needs, coffee maker. It was clean and had nice bed linen. The elevator is tiny and a bit grumpy at times but did not bother us. Would recommend.

Sophisticated modern apartment in a perfect location

This apartment is a winner in every way. It’s newly refurbished and everything is new so you won’t have to worry about anything. It’s very well designed and has so many great interior touches. The views out the windows are amazing! And the hosts, Andrea and silvio, could not have been more helpful or attentive. This is a perfect place to stay. And the location is second to none! Great apartment in a Great location …. The earlier reviews have already focused on the quality of the apartment and my contribution will likely not add anything new. Few comments around the full experience: - The team in charge of the agency are very professional and provide quick answers to any question - They can arrange a Taxi service from/to the airport at a very competitive rate - There is a temporary luggage store just few steps away from the apartment - There is a one of the best bakery in Roma just steps away ….. I went downstairs every morning to buy all kind of baked croissants for the breakfast  Again …. Excellent place and infrastructure around it

Perfekte Wohnung für 2 Paare

Neu renovierte und gut ausgestattete , sehr saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz und toller Aussicht über die Dächer von Rom. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine großzügige Wohnküche garantieren einen schönen Aufenthalt. Durch die Lage in der Nähe vom Torre Argentina lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder mit der Straßenbahn leicht erreichen. Anreise, Einzug in die Wohnung und Abreise sind unbürokratisch gelöst. Falls notwendig findet man immer einen Ansprechpartner.

Fantastic all around!

Savio was super responsive and the apartment is lovely. The location was amazing, very well appointed, clean and within a 2 minute walk to any item you needed. We loved the neighborhood particularly the restaurants, cafes, bars and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend the place for a short or extended stay. Thank you Savio for making our visit to Rome very easy!

Living Rome life as a local!

I knew the area I wanted to stay when I booked this apartment, and loved the look when I saw it online so held my breath and booked it for my September vacation. When we pulled up in the taxi, my first impression was - "what have I done?!" The building was rather non-descript, the street narrow and filled with a variety of buildings. The front door opened to a flight of stairs up to the elevator (make sure you can lift your luggage) and squeezing into the "lift" was a challenge. But when we opened the door to the apartment I was so happy to see it looked exactly as it had on the site (we all know that isn't always the case). It was light and airy, spacious and comfortable. My friend and I wandered from room to room opening the windows and oohing and aahing at the rooftop sights. The days were hot and humid so returning to the air conditioning was very welcome. I really loved this place and over the next few days, loved it even more as we explored the neighborhood. First, the location is perfect - walking distance to almost everything including the Vatican and the Coliseum! The gem though was its proximity to the Piazza Campo d'Fiori - just steps from the apartment. In the past I've stayed near the Piazza Navona and thought I might be somewhat deprived by not being there again. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I loved this piazza - we spent evenings eating outdoors at a variety of wonderful little restaurants there, being entertained by different musicians and jugglers. In the mornings, we'd run over to grab fresh fruit and veggies for the day. The surrounding streets are lively and filled with cafes frequented by the locals. So highly recommend this place and will be back some day in the not too distant future.
