Además de una sala de lavandería de tamaño completo!

Although it was not centrally located, the available golf cart provided a very acceptable alternative. And the location provided privacy while providing pool and golf activities. The lodging was both beautiful and functional. Would highly recommend this property to friends.

Our Family Vacation

This home is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures online. The neighborhood is gorgeous and has easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. My only complaints are that even though the home was beautiful, it was not clean. The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped , the furniture had several stains, the showers weren’t clean, and the WiFi couldn’t keep a consistent connection. Also adding a second golf cart would be great for larger families. Overall our stay was lovely and I wouldn’t mind returning.

Joey, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. It is a perfect family vacation home! The kitchen should have had everything you needed. I will assess & replenish basic supplies needed. We provide our guests 24/7 support so if there was something needed for meal prep had you called we would have addressed it. It would be impossible to maintain grills between guests. For that reason most properties do not provide one. If guests choose to grill they have to clean it. As you stated all minor. The home & golf cart set the tone for a memorable family vacation. Beautiful property and great location

Loved the rental and location. I love the six seater golf cart, that made things very helpful to get to and from places. Would definitely come back, but some things were lacking for a house that sleeps 10 people. Tried to make a reheat a large spaghetti and cook noodles one night, and it took hours because only have one regular pot and then one very small pot. Kitchen amenities were seriously lacking, but otherwise, everything else was well thought of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in need of a makeover and thorough cleaning. Furniture was dirty, uncomfortable and overall not accommodating for a group of 8 or 10. We all had black, dirty feet from walking around on the dirty floor. There were several dust/hair balls that we had to remove. A quick wipe down of the dining table revealed it had not been cleaned well. Smoke detector had no battery and was beeping. This was resolved promptly by management team. The location of this house is great, and we enjoyed the pool, putting green and golf cart.

Wes, I must say I am surprised & disappointed with your review. We heard from you ONCE while you were here with ONLY complaint being the smoke detector which as you noted was addressed promptly. We would have sent housekeeping in to address any cleaning issues you had upon arrival had you informed us. Our guests have a 24/7 contact#. This home is quite spacious & comfortably accommodates a party of 10. In need of makeover is personal opinion/taste. Please note guests prior to you with overall ratings of 5.

The golf cart made it easy and convenient to get to shopping, groceries and the beach. The home was beautiful and relaxing. My only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is that the kitchen could use a few more items or some updated items. Knives are dull... etc. Again, nothing major. We’d stay here again and again.

We have 24/7 oncall for any issues such as a broken sofa bed. We are certainly checking into that. As for the cleaning issues I am addressing that and wished you had contacted our oncall because, though not perfect in a very busy time frame, we would have taken care of any issue you had with this gorgeous house.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was way nicer than expected and since it was a girls trip we of course all chatted about the quality of the decor and how clean the space was. There were plenty of beds. Speaking of beds they were all extremely comfortable. The golf cart is so needed at this location. We could drive to the beach and publix in it with no issue. I would highly recommend this place for anyone !
