Villa Maria está situada en la cosmopolita Marina Rubicón, una hermosa villa de alto nivel de 3 dormitorios (capacidad para 7), con 3 baños, una piscina privada climatizada. La propiedad está amueblada y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante en este maravilloso complejo.
Este es un lugar tranquilo ideal para familias, parejas o pequeños grupos de amigos. Está lo suficientemente cerca de todas las comodidades esenciales, por lo que un automóvil no es una necesidad. La villa es privada y, sin embargo, se encuentra en la puerta de todas las maravillosas instalaciones que ofrece Marina, incluidas tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento para todos los gustos y presupuestos. Playa Dorada se encuentra a solo cinco minutos a pie a lo largo del paseo marítimo y si continúa otros diez minutos encontrará la playa, el puerto y el casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Lovely villa, great size, outside space is ideal

We were impressed by the villa when we arrived, the heated pool is a definite bonus, clean and well cared for it was certainly the place to relax and chill. Even when we once locked ourselves out, help arrived quickly to give us access again? Would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa, very comfy and clean could not fault, heated pool, WiFi very good reception, not overlooked, welcome pack of food milk and water which was appreciated, a few minutes walk to harbour and shops, market twice a week, had a very relaxing week, thank you to Paul for letting us stay in your villa and to Jodie and Brett always on hand with any problems especially Jodie who was concerned and kept in touch as our flight was delayed a day thank you,

Fantastic location

The villa is superb. Nice modern kitchen with all the appliances you'd need. Good size bedrooms. The lounge has been extended and there was plenty of room for all five of us. Television with all the channels you could wish for. Added bonus of a heated swimming pool which got plenty of use. Really close to the Rubicon Marina. We will be booking again.

Lovely Villa

Just returned home after a relaxing weeks stay in the lovely Villa Maria with my husband and two children. Having stayed in a similar villa close by last year, this villa was by far the best. It’s Modern, newly furnished and most importantly clean. It provided everything we needed as a family. The pool was lovely and warm (heated) and nice soft cushions on the sun loungers. The location is perfect, quiet and only a 2 minute walk to shopping centre which has a good supermarket and from the harbour that is surrounded by lots of restaurants. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. Car not necessary as everything is on your doorstep. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Good value but disappointed with the pool and the beds were uncomfortable.

Being close to the Marina with its shops and restaurants is very good. The kitchen and living area downstairs were very good. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge area was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately upstairs the beds were not at all comfortable, the blinds and curtains were poor and there was a lack of mirrors. Outside the sunbathing area was extremely small and the pool was tiny. (We didn’t even bother to remove the cover during our stay.) Everything was clean and tidy and considering the price charged I consider it to have been pretty good value. As the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.”

Casa muy agradable, equipada y correcta atención del propietario

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones. La atención de Paul correcta y todo como esperado. El aire acondicionado es de pago, no fue necesario usarlo por las temperaturas de Lanzarote pero sería recomendable advertirlo.

Villa at Rubicon Marina, Playa Blanca

Beautiful house on a quiet side street a few short minutes walk from the marina, shops and restaurants at Rubicon Village, Playa Blanca. Decor clean, crisp and modern. Pool area is the same. Immaculate. Excellent communication from Paul the owner to make sure everything was ok. Pool was checked and cleaned while we were there. Had a great holiday and will 100% be booking again. Thanks for a smmoth, relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

A fantastic 10 day stay in Lanzarote

This really was a wonderful villa. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It lacked nothing. It could not have been better located, a 3 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina with its' many excellent restaurants and quality shops and a very short walk to the local supermarkets. My wife and I had a fantastic 10 day stay and have already rebooked for the same time next year.

Marina rubicon at its best.

Having visited this area twice a year for 10 years this property offers everything and more than anywhere else we have visited, all the property was well maintained but the lounge area is fantastic. Best of all was the pool, first time in ten years we have used one it was like going into a bath many thanks Paul. Ps re booked twice for next year.

Puerto Rubicon

The deep clean that is listed when you book for you to enter into the accommodation was in our opinion not the best. I would not describe it as a Deep clean. It was clean but as I say would not describe as deep. The accommodations living area, kitchen and outside space was really good as was the washing machine. The downstairs toilet and the upstairs accommodation would benefit from an upgrade. We unfortunately ended up in a lockdown situation whilst staying at the accommodation and having the downstairs and the outside space was fantastic and the owner Paul was great at keeping in touch and helping were he could.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette villa. Tout est conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est attentif (merci pour le nécessaire d'accueil pour le petit déjeuner à l'arrivée) et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Couldn't have found a better villa!

The whole rental process was smooth from booking to arriving and checking in. The communication with Paul was great, answered all my questions and queries. The villa was excellent, had everything we needed and more! Comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The heated pool was definitely an added bonus that our three year old loved!! The location is perfect for exploring Playa Blanca, inparticular the marina, where there are some fantastic restaurants for dining. All in all we had a great holiday and as regular visitors to Playa Blanca we would definitely rent this villa in the future.

One week holiday in Playa Blanca

The property has everything you could possibly need a real home from home. It is exceptionally clean, very very spacious with enough beds to sleep 7 people if required. The heated pool is very nice,excellent sun terrace which is very private for sunbathing. Overall we had a wonderful week and will definitely be returning next year.

Great villa

Great comunication and villa details from Paul the owner so when we arrived we very quickly settled in with no issues Nice modern villa with everything you need and the aircon was a big plus Very handy location near the marina with a nice 20 min stroll into playa Blanca centre along the flat prom Lovely pool and patio area with full sun all day if you needed it or pop under the shaded outdoor dining area if it gets too hot Very handy washing machine which was a bit of a boon to be honest Great satellite tv with Netflix and sport Only negative thing I can think of is the odd bit of paint flaking off in the odd spot but nothing to bother about as most villas have the same I would definitely stay here again Many thanks Paul and family for sharing your villa with us

Perfect Home

This is a great property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote. Everything was catered for and the whole experience was good from the point of booking to the point of departure. Everything you need is there and the added bonus of full access to Sky, Netflix, etc for the evenings was brilliant. Within walking distance of the Marina Rubicon with everything you could need in a lovely upmarket setting. Thanks for letting us use your Villa Paul - it was exactly what we wanted.

Excellent accommodation

Thank you for a hassle free holiday. Welcome pack of essentials was much appreciated due to our late arrival. The villa is perfect and fully equiped with all you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Villa a must stay for anyone

What a truly excellent Villa to stay in very spacious with plenty of room. Living area is huge lots of sitting space for people. kitchen is also big plenty of cupboard space excellent appliances. Upstairs is just as good as down stairs 3 bedrooms all modern excellent furnished etc. Both en-suite & bathroom is spacious an excellent. Outside is perfect area space with a lovely heated pool which we spent all day in perfect in the cooler months. This Villa is also in the perfect location at Marina Rubicon it is a 2 minutes walk to supermarket & 5 minute walk to all restaurant an bars plenty of places too eat. Plays Blanca is a 30 minute walk along the beach or a 5 minute taxi ride for only €4 bargain. Lots of restaurants and bars here too. Lovely market on a Saturday & Wednesday at the marina. Paul the owner is excellent always on hand to help with any questions. Went in April 2019 weather perfect 20-22C every day. We have booked to return in October already.

Good property in great location .

Spacious accommodation in a quiet area but within easy short walk to everything on the marina . Heated pool at perfect temperature . I would recommend it for adults and families. If we return to Playa Blanca I would look no further than this villa . We were allowed a late departure due to our later flight which was a great help . Super week . Many thanks.

Goed gelegen, ruime, nette woning

Wij hadden echt een top-vakantie in dit huis op Lanzarote! Het huis is netjes, zeer ruim vanbinnen en van alle comfort voorzien. Het ommuurde tuintje mét verwarmd zwembad was een echt pluspunt tijdens onze vakantie in december. Er is een supermarkt vlakbij die doorlopend geopend is van 8 tot 22u. Elke ochtend konden we hier vers brood halen. 's Ochtends konden we in het zonnetje ontbijten op het terras vooraan, in de namiddag stond de zon op het zwembad. Marina Rubicon is een gezellig haventje vlakbij en via de wandelboulevard langs de zee bereik je ook vlot Playa Blanca. Wij hadden tijdens ons 10-daags verblijf op Lanzarote een auto gehuurd (taxi van en naar luchthaven + enkele losse dagen autohuur zouden ons ongeveer evenveel kosten) zodat we op eigen initiatief enkele uitstapjes konden maken. In principe is het niet nodig om een wagen te huren als je hier verblijft: winkels en restaurants liggen op wandelafstand en ook het kleine aangelegde strandje (playa Dorada) is niet ver. Excursies kunnen ook in de buurt (o.a. aan playa Dorada) geboekt worden.

Superb villa in perfect location

Beautiful, spacious villa, fitted out with top quality fixtures & fittings, in quiet location despite being only a 3 minute walk to the Marina Rubicon. Master suite was breath-taking but the other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were equally spacious and comfortable. Villa was spotless and very obviously cared for, providing everything you could possibly need on holiday. Easy to book, the owner responded quickly to my enquiries and the property managers were extremely helpful and kept in touch with us pre-arrival and on departure. I would also recommend booking them for airport transfers rather than taxis. Brett even dropped 2 of us of in Arrecife after taking the 3rd member of our party to airport in the morning, as our flight was late evening. Fantastic customer service. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or our week's holiday and would definitely come back again. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect family vacation

What can I say that other haven’t already......great property, relaxing location with all amenities and some great restaurants within easy walking distance. We found the villa to be spotless and perfectly equipped upon our arrival, the perfect home from home to allow us to switch off. Communications both before and during our stay were 1st class, Paul couldn’t do enough to accommodate us and we wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

We had looked at quite a few properties in Playa Blanca and this one was by far the best.
The location is perfect and it's only a few minutes walk into the stunning Marina Rubicon with its many restaurants and bars. The beach is also only a 10 minute or so walk.

The unique benefit of this villa is it's location to the Marina Rubicon, in a private villa you cannot get any closer unless you are staying in a hotel.
