Mi villa está abundantemente preparada para alquiler semanal. He comprado todos los muebles nuevos, camas nuevas, todo nuevo, en 2015 y 2017 y lo mantengo a la altura.

La experiencia de alquiler me dice que estoy obteniendo muchas familias satisfechas, altas tasas de ocupación, todos felices.

Compré esta villa para vivir sin alquilarla: tiene vistas impresionantes, durante la noche, cuando las cosas se calman, podemos escuchar el mar. Al mismo tiempo, no solo está mirando al mar, sino que está integrado en el pueblo con un bonito parque público de petanca frente a la villa, y el camino que rodea la villa conduce en 200 metros a la entrada del parque natural nacional.

Se encuentra a 300 metros del primer restaurante, a 400 metros del centro de Albir, el supermercado, las tiendas, por lo que no necesita un coche, está a 5 minutos a pie. Está a 3 minutos a pie de la entrada del parque natural con la casa de la luz, un lugar ideal para correr, caminar y hacer un picnic.

Amazing stay and host

We had the most wonderful time at Marco’s villa in Albir. Nothing was to much trouble for Marco, and his housekeepers Dave and Angie. The villa was well stocked, with everything you could possibly need. Our grandchildren loved the pool, and the space. We will definately be returning soon.

Very well equipped with everything we needed

The only thing missing is a outside toilet, children getting out of the pool walking and slipping on the tiles in the house was quite traumatic otherwise perfect

Everything is there . Nothing is missing

We were 10 people aged between 10-70 . There’s something to do for all ages. The pool, table tennis, darts, football game, TV and plenty of space for everyone . Also wonderfully close walking distance to the beach , shopping and restaurants We had a great week together.

Lovely Large Family Villa

Overall the Villa was lovely, a little tired in places but you would expect that from a rental property. Make sure you bring plenty of mosquito spray as we were all bitten in the evenings.... The view and location was excellent and the swimming pool was superb. Could do with a double oven for the 12 plus 2 of us as we did cook a few evenings..... Communication was excellent from start to finish.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Overall faultless from start to finish! Situated on a hill overlooking the beach. Ten minute walk to town and beach - plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated. 2 bedrooms in the main villa and 5 below. Poolside had hammocks, pool table, darts, table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge. Plenty of lovely walks, although 15 of us, quute happy to sit around the pool and play games. Definitely go back to such a welcoming, friendly host! Marco.

Happy families

We were 3 generations comprising 6 adults and 5 children. The villa is a fantastic place to play ans relax. Many hours were spent in and around the large heated pool during the day. Great use was made of the excellent bbq and outdoor beer fridges. The pool table and professional darts board provided many hours of relaxing entertainment. Marco and his management team are fantastic hosts and were always available for advice and guidance to maximise the enjoyment of the stay. Our holiday coincided with the start of the football season and Marco even installed his firestick so we could watch our favourite team.

Great villa, great location

The villa had everything we needed for a great week. The kitchen was well equipped and there are lots of toys and games for indoor and outdoors to keep everyone occupied. The pool is lovely., we spent lots of time in it. Flotation devices are provided for children. The beds are really comfortable. It was great having outdoor fridges, we had a shop delivered by the local supermarket which the hosts kindly received and put away for us before we arrived. There is so much outdoor space we never got in each others way. We booked the chef for one of our evenings which was lovely. The hosts communicated well both before and during our stay. The location is quiet with all the amenities you need close by. We had a lovely time and are already planning our next visit.

Fantastic

What a beautiful and wonderful Villa. The host Marco was at hand if ever needed anything. Communication with Marco before we arrived was excellent telling us about restaurants, places to go and even doing an online shop which Marco said have it delivered before we arrive and he will put everything away, it was just perfect. The Villa is very well laid out, Marco provided the tea, coffee, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The pool was an absolute savour, he even supplied life jackets for the children. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurant, he told us about Bob, who came to cook us a bbq it was excellent. We will definitely be coming back as we had such a wonderful time here and you could not fault Marco as the host. Thank you.

ESTANCIA SATISFACTORIA

La finca ha sido de total satisfacción. Nos hemos trasladado siete personas y tal como se indicaba es una finca espaciosa. Tanto el exterior como el interior de la casa, está totalmente equipada, que hace que puedas disfrutar de ella al completo. El propietario de la finca, Marco, muy amable y atento con nosotros. Es una finca muy recomendable.

Villa au top !

Villa idéale pour passer des vacances entre amis ! Vue imprenable sur Albir avec restaurants, plages & commerces en tout genre à proximité ! Grande piscine où l'on resterait la journée avec un spacieux patio moderne & très agréable ! Maison très propre et moderne également avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Accueil très chaleureux de David & très bon contact avec Marco le propriétaire ! Très bonnes vacances passées sous le soleil ! A recommander ;)

Brilliant place to stay, Marco & Monoque are fabulous hosts

Lovely villa in an idyllic spot, close to beach front, shops, and reataurants. Everything was as described on the web page. Beautiful views in all directions with beach & mountains views. Public transportation was easily accessible and very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, anything you enquired about in the villa, which they didn't have, they ordered it to be delivered the next day - amazing ! I can't reccommend it enough and will definitely return

Fab villa

We have just returned from this villa and all had a great time. The villa was very clean, comfortable and really well equipped, particularly if you are a large group as we were. The pool was very welcome as it was so hot, as were the pool table, table football and darts which were in shaded areas. The outdoor fridges were such a bonus & thoroughly used throughout the week. Communication with the owner Marco could not be faulted as he responded immediately to any questions we had & recommended many restaurants for us to try locally. The location was spot on also with lovely views & beach/ shops/ restaurants easily reached on foot. Highly recommend this villa & hope to return in the future.

The villa was amazing.

Brilliant for families. Bbq nights, pool competitions, darts. It was so hot the pool was inviting at all hours. So much space giving everyone the opportunity to be quiet if they wanted to be. Supermarket delivery great idea. The villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Albir loads of great eating places and bars. Would def go back again loved it.

Family holiday

I stayed in the villa with my family and two other families who are lifelong friends. We had a great experience, the hosts Marco and Monique made us feel really welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything. The villa has a great view from the pool area and is well placed for a short walk into Albir although the return walk is uphill. There are plenty of sun beds and outside dining areas and we used the BBQ a couple of times which was really good. Marco made us aware of a supermarket we could use online which we did a couple of times and delivery was on time. There are lots of really good restaurants in Albir and Altea old town is good in the evening.

The Family Holiday

I have to say it was a wow moment as soon as we walked up the stairs the view of the pool and villa were exciting, Monique showed us round explaining everything and was so friendly. The rooms were all as stated in the description. We are a family of 9 and there was so much space for us all. Outside there are three seating areas as well as an abundance of sun loungers all very comfortable. Inside a comfortable corner sofa and huge dining table, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could need plus lots of extras. The Pool area perfect for us, we had our 4-year-old Granddaughter with us and she was told on arrival she wasn’t allowed on the rim of the pool without one of us there so fears of her falling in were soon dispelled. The walk into town or the beach (two different directions) was very easy and not unpleasant with lovely views along the way. The main street (Town) has an array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The beach has lots of sun beds if you want one 6 euro’s each and if you want a parasol that is also 6 euros. Along the beach front are bars cafés and restaurants. Taxi’s back to the villa (from the taxi rank) are at various prices we never paid the same price twice, so from 3.75 euros to 14.50 although the last one was waiting time to unload the car of groceries. Summing up the villa is perfect for a family holiday, Monique and Marcos so very helpful and friendly, it’s a short walking distance to both the beach and the town, we couldn’t fault anything and will definitely be returning.

Lovely villa, great location and excellent communication during stay

We stayed at the villa for 1 week in May and couldn't fault it, it had everything we needed for a family of 10 which included a toddler, 10 month old baby, 2x children and 4 adults. Marco was very helpful with all the questions I had and sorted any issues we had quickly and helped with recommendations of where to eat nearby. I would recommended to anyone looking for a large villa.
