HARBOURVIEW es una magnífica villa contemporánea de diseño arquitectónico con impresionantes vistas al mar y al puerto que se construyó como dos SUITES DE 5 ESTRELLAS por separado.
La suite de la planta baja está disponible para alquilar con los propietarios que viven en la suite del primer piso.

La PLANTA BAJA SUITE es lujosa, totalmente autocontenida, con 2 DORMITORIOS DE DISEÑADOR y un baño ultra moderno. La decoración y el mobiliario son elegantes y con estilo. Tiene su propia ENTRADA PRIVADA y APARCAMIENTO PARA AUTOMÓVILES, más una terraza y una zona de barbacoa.
La SUITE at Harbour View es única en ofrecer un lujoso y contemporáneo alojamiento de 5 estrellas con DOS DORMITORIOS por mucho MENOS QUE EL PRECIO de una habitación de hotel de 3 estrellas de UNA HABITACIÓN.

HARBOURVIEW debe considerarse como una SUITE de lujo de 5 ESTRELLAS porque tiene 2 habitaciones Deluxe amplias y un baño fabuloso, pero NO tiene una cocina o sala de estar formal.
Sin embargo, la suite tiene un microondas, nevera, platos de tostadora y tazones, cubiertos, vasos, además de té y café. También tiene una pequeña mesa de comedor y sillas dentro de la Suite, más una mesa de comedor y sillas exteriores más grandes en la terraza para cenar al aire libre. Además hay una BARBACOA tradicional para cocinar al aire libre. Carbón de leña, encendedores y accesorios de barbacoa se proporcionan todos.

La suite sería perfecta para mamá, papá y hasta 3 niños. O podría ser adecuado para 2 amigos par. O por puro lujo solo una Pareja con todo ese espacio.

TENGA EN CUENTA MÁXIMO 4 ADULTOS SOLAMENTE más un niño extra.
No todos los grupos masculinos o femeninos. Parejas masculinas o femeninas muy bienvenidas.

La suite es TOTALMENTE PRIVADA y COMPLETAMENTE INDEPENDIENTE. Tiene su propio JARDÍN con una terraza, una zona de barbacoa y una zona de asientos que está TOTALMENTE EN SECOSE y no se pasa por alto.
También cuenta con estacionamiento seguro para autos en el lado de la Suite para 2 AUTOS GRANDES.

Tiene acceso a Internet de ALTA VELOCIDAD y 2 televisores de alta definición, uno en cada habitación. El dormitorio principal tiene HD NETFLIX y el segundo dormitorio tiene un reproductor de DVD con una gran selección de DVD para niños, adolescentes y adultos.

La suite es muy amigable para bebés y bebés. Dispone de 2 TRAVEL COTS, una silla alta, buggy, mochila portaequipajes, orinal, lavabos para bebés y baño para bebés, todo a pedido.

La suite cuenta con camas de lujo, sábanas de algodón egipcio y fundas nórdicas. También cuenta con lujosas sábanas de baño de algodón egipcio de tamaño completo y zapatillas de spa para cada adulto.

La Suite en HarbourView también tiene su propio sistema de CALEFACCIÓN CENTRAL DE GAS con su propia caldera y mucha agua caliente permanente. Simplemente ajuste el termostato a la temperatura que desee. Tiene radiadores en cada habitación que lo hace realmente cálido y acogedor, especialmente después de los largos paseos de invierno en la playa.

La suite se encuentra en una ubicación tranquila, pero a solo 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad, con sus tiendas, bares, cafeterías y restaurantes. También está a menos de una milla de 4 playas diferentes y pintorescas calas. TORQUAY CONFERENCE CENTER y The PRINCESS THEATRE también están cerca.

We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The hosts were really attentive from the beginning and couldn't have been more helpful. The personal touches were really appreciated and we particularly liked the hand-made folder of suggestions of what to do locally with photos so we knew we were in the right places! The host Diane we met was friendly unfortunatly Martin her husband was ill in hospital so did not meet him.The suite was clean.The suite is pet friendly but the garden is not secure for your our dog as the large double driveway gate is always open if it was closed it has large gap under so your pet can get out of the garden on to the road. 1-The suite does not have a food preparation area.2-It is described as having a kitchenette which should include a kitchen sink which it does not have but was expected to use the bathroom toilet sink to wash used dirty dishes.The bathroom sink drawer is where the dish washing utensils are kept .There is no separate area to do any of the above .3-NO stunning sea views (no sea views unless we walked to the bottom of the drive) as described by VRBO.4-There is a single wardrobe to put 2 adults clothes in for a 5 night stay.In the second bedroom wardrobe there is a hanging rail to put maybe 5 items on which is next to the microwave and fridge the wardrobe is used to store dinner plates cutlery drinks glasses etc behind 2 sliding doors.5-The patio furniture was dirty & had cobwebs and leaves on them so not cleaned for our visit,we have pictures to prove all of the above.

Family wedding in beautiful Torquay

Immaculate high end 2 bed accomodation, spotlessly clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Owner was very informative and provided milk, tea, coffee and even some beers and a bottle of bubbly which was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Property was spotless on arrival, well decorated with modern TVs, fridge, combi oven etc. beds were very comfy and we found the suite to be within a few minutes drive of everywhere that we had planned on going to. Martin was very helpful prior to the visit and welcomed us on arrival, a nice touch was the drinks and snacks that were ready for us after our long drive.

Amazing place, great location and best hosts

We were well taken care of from the start to the end. We loved the location having the view of the sea from the top of the hill, yet walkable down to the town centre conveniently. Perfect place to stay I went with my adult daughters. Beautiful location with sea views. Lovely hosts Martin and Diane nothing too much trouble. Martin has a sound knowledge of the areas and printed out many activities and days out for our stay very bespoke! Place was immaculate with all mod cons very comfortable beds. Modern friendly and comfortable.

The property is a modern and comfortable place to stay in. The host is extremely welcoming, personable and knowledgeable. We were provided with various ideas and options for things to do in and around the area with a few hidden gems too! The welcome was lovely and we were provided with some lovely refreshments and a run through of everything in the property. Would definitely recommend this to others and would gladly come back again.

Modern, luxury, accommodation. Waterfall taps no less!!

Wonderful accommodation overlooking Torquay Harbour. Luxury is the word. Fantastic "goodies box" on arrival and Martin was full of good advice regarding the area and days out. Ideal for those, like us, wanting to explore the area, not just Torquay. Lots to do within 10 miles, some places we would not have known about without Martins knowledge. We had a lovely holiday and did have the bonus of unbroken sunshine.

Exceptionally well appointed property

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is architect designed and a beautiful modern looking building with a very nicely appointed interior. Thoughtful touches included a supply of drinks, bread and jam and milk on arrival. There is even a pair of binoculars to use when admiring the superb view over the Torquay marina. The host was very knowledgeable about places to visit and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Week visiting family

Here in Torquay from Canada visiting family.We chose this property for its striking looks and excellent location.Our hosts (Martin and Diane) allowed us to check in early and were there to meet us and show us around.They thought of everything with some groceries to get us going and even some beer and wine.The property itself is beautifully modern and very comfortable with room to spread out for two people.During our visit they could not do enough for us even offering to drive us to a restaurant when my sister was late!Excellent week and will certainly stay here on our next visit.Many thanks Martin and Diane.

Home away from home

The perfect location in a wonderful setting. Generous parking space, easy to get to. The accommodation is exactly as promised and more with lots of little details that make a big difference. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Quiet surrounding but a short walk to the center. Beautiful view of the sea. The hosts are not only helpful, caring and friendly but they also gave us plenty of good tips for restaurants and places to visit which we enjoyed a lot. We retired early and followed our dreams to live by the sea in Torquay. We moved from Berkshire 10 years ago. We used our first few years here to oversee the building of a superb, Architect Designed, Contemporary Villa with spectacular sea and harbour views.

We love the sea, winter here is as nice as the summer. We love the long walks. We are less than a mile from 4 different beaches and spectacular coves. The town is just a 10 minute walk away with its shops, bars, and restaurants. We love the theatre and there are 3 within a 10 minute drive. We really enjoy eating out and Torquay has some amazing restaurants.

Torquay is in the English Riviera famed for its Mild Winters, Sunny Summers and its Palm Trees . We even have banana plants growing in our Garden.
Torquay is a sophisticated coastal town not a kiss me quick seaside resort. There is so much to see and do for all ages. Even in the winter nearly everything is open. It is not a seasonal town.
