Autoproclamado confort de 5 estrellas, con la hospitalidad del Medio Sur en todo momento, siéntase como en casa con un excelente descanso nocturno. Cafetería en la misma calle, a poca distancia de excelentes bares y restaurantes, y a menos de 10 minutos de Nashville. ¡Bienvenido!

El hogar es apto para niños. Las mascotas se enumeran como permitidas, pero solo para perros pequeños que están aprobados (se pueden aplicar costos adicionales). ¡¡NO FUMAR PORFAVOR!! Hay un espacio exterior que puede fumar. No hay garaje pero espacio para dos autos y fácil estacionamiento en la calle. Ten en cuenta a los vecinos. La capacidad máxima en cualquier momento es 10 a menos que se apruebe lo contrario. Le pedimos que saque la basura y recicle cuando sea necesario a los contenedores exteriores.

Gran cubierta grande con muebles que lo convierten en un excelente espacio para vivir al aire libre. El piso principal se siente como un gran espacio abierto que incluye una gran cocina mejorada con todo lo que necesitará. Comedor contiguo con capacidad para 10 personas y espacio habitable con un gran sofá seccional. La superficie total es de alrededor de 2150, pero se siente mucho más grande.

Great place to stay when traveling to Nashville!

This property matched all our wants/needs when traveling to Nashville for the first time. There was six adutls who stayed here, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place was very clean, roomy, cozy, and all around had a wonderful atmosphere. There is also an outdoor space which we utilized every morning to have our coffe. We always ubered to downtown Nashville which was only a 5 minute ride. There are also restaurants and little shops within walking distance. The owners are great to deal with and very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again when traveling to Nashville..

Beautiful place, perfect location

Deb was a wonderful host and she communicated with us even before our trip began to make sure we would have a great stay. The house is beautiful and spacious, and it’s exactly like the pictures show. The location is perfect and most attractions are within 15 minutes of driving distance. We attended my daughter’s graduation at Vanderbilt and were grateful that we had a lovely place to relax and recharge every night.

Clean and Spacious

Nice, quiet neighborhood for a week stay catching up with friends. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes, spices which made the stay even better since we are avoiding dine-in during this recent surge. Was a little mis-communication on check-in procedure but easily resolved. Debbie and Matt were very responsive and helpful leading up to check-in; once we were in no assistance was needed as everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend this place to a family or group of friends.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, lots of supplies to make the stay comfortable, and great communication from the host. It was really easy getting ubers to pick us up to bring us downtown and we were close enough to walk to the Kroger for groceries. The neighborhood was very charming.

Sparkling Clean & Friendly Hosts!

The house is beautiful, updated with tasteful decor and SUPER clean! The hosts are incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing communication and are just a text away if there is anything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again if/when we go back to Nashville!

Very clean, comfortable, and cool in East Nashville

Extremely pleased with our 4 night stay in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood setting but easy access to good restaurants nearby and to downtown. House is wonderful with everything you need in kitchen and comforts of home. Thanks to Matt and Debbie. Loved it here

Fantastic property

This was, without a doubt, the nicest rental property I have ever stayed at. Communication with the owner, Debbie, was smooth and easy, no problems checking in, finding the place, or getting settled. It’s in a really nice, quiet neighborhood, but there are still some cool bars/restaurants within walking distance, as well as a Kroger (though a car would help if you have a lot of groceries). The house is impeccable. You can tell the moment that you step in that the owners take excellent care of every aspect of the space, and I have never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen, which was great for us as we like to cook. I honestly feel a bit spoiled now and like future properties won’t live up to my expectations after staying here. Will 100% plan to stay here again on future Nashville trips.

Great home and location!

We have rented several VRBO’s in different locations and this absolutely tops them all. Beautiful home in a great location. Very spacious and perfect for families and friends. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked which we rarely find in other locations. Great to be able to have everything you need. There were even chilled beer glasses in the freezer! Debbie, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond other managers/owners to ensure that we had a great stay. The house is exactly as stated in the ad. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be back to stay again!

Super clean, convenient, spacious, and inviting house.

This house was just right for me, my wife, and two sons. It’s located in East Nashville in a super nice neighborhood. The beds were super soft, there was everything you could think of to use for cooking, and the house was very clean. The owner, Mrs. Deb, was super easy to work with. This is a must stay if you are going to visit Nashville!

Open floor plan and well appointed.

Great host and very responsive. A deep clean will measurable increase the cleanliness of the property and owner was extremely responsive to our observations. We will return.

The perfect Nashville fit!

Bottom line up front, if you're thinking about booking this property for your Nashville stay, you should have no hesitations in reserving it right away. We've stayed at several houses in various locations around Nashville over the years and this house and its location are at the top of the list! Deb was wonderful with her communication, making sure that we were taken care of and inviting us to reach out to her at any time before and during our stay. Her house is so warm and welcoming. We got the most use out of the front porch, back porch, and kitchen. Anything you can think of is in the kitchen from serving dishes to individually wrapped condiments. We had a group of five of us and were extremely comfortable in the space, especially the beds! We had to ask for more details about the mattresses because we were all ready to upgrade when we got back to our own homes! The amount of places you can get to on foot is high as well! Or you're a five minute drive from the bulk of East Nashville eating and drinking spots. Kroger is a two minute drive. The bakery with the best egg casserole biscuits is a two minute walk out the backdoor. Not sure why we left, either! Can't wait to go back!

East Nashville's Best

Beautiful, well appointed home! Everything you can imagine is there for you at the house. Excellent location near everything, spacious and comfortable living, along with a great neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Short spring break trip

There were five adults in our party. House was beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked and modern. Bedrooms clean and spacious. Living room area very comfortable with giant smart tv with all the channels. Parking for two cars. Very nice neighborhood for morning walks. We ubered everywhere. About eight dollars each way to downtown bar/restaurant section. I would absolutely rent this house again.

Wonderful home and Debbie was great.

The house was so comfortable and homey. Debbie was wonderful and the welcoming with ideas on the board was a great touch. We took a walk to the bakery down the street and around the neighborhood. What a great location. Will definitely be back.

The Home Owner (Debbie or 'Mama') was born (1965) and raised in East Nashville and has seen all the changes. After an unexpected passing of Debbie's mom (Peggy) in 2009 she followed Matt (Homeowner) to AZ. East Nashville is still home to Debbie's family so this home represents Debbie's return.

East Nashville has recently been given the name "The East Nasty."

This Historic neighborhood began very suburban & family friendly but became very distressed and run down. Now truly historic, the revitalization of East Nashville has been a testament to the city's growth. From the Nasty (literal meaning) and NOW the place to live and play - 'The East Nasty' Name was born. Even some local businesses have taken on the name.

It was Only Fitting to run with the Trend. Welcome to our new home - The 401 Nasty
