This unit was amazing. Everything was as pictured and the bedrooms comfortably fit our entire party. The boys loved the bunk bed room and the rooftop patio was great. Great property! Everything you could need for a great Nashville visit. Kitchen contained plenty of pots and pans, silverware and glasses so that we could cook our own meals. Everything we could need, & very spacious bedrooms. The rooftop was super fun and had great views of the city. We were close to everything, 10–15 minute Uber ride to Broadway. So clean & comfortable for us 6 ladies on our Girls Weekend. Please note: we could NOT fit our compact car AND our medium sized SUV both in the detached garage, but ample street parking. Kroger was very close by. We felt safe & secure in the neighborhood and in the VRBO. wonderful communication with the hosts, easy check in and check out. Clear instructions on how to get in and out and what to do at check out. Would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this property for a girls weekend to celebrate my mom's 83rd birthday. We had a great time. The kitchen was perfect to cook a birthday meal in and we had enough room at the table to play games in the evening. Everyone had their own bed too! The house is in a great location....close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying here.

Great property!

Booked this property for my sister's birthday and it was great! Derek and Lacey are great to work with. Great townhouse, backyard, and rooftop deck. Very clean and lots of space. It is about a 5 min Uber ride from downtown. There isn't a whole lot in the area, some small restaurants and coffee shops, a dollar store, and a liquor store.

Coldplay concert stay

The property is very nice and clean. The beds are all solid and comfortable. Decent backyard with corn hole offered as an option to play. Nice covered area out back. My favorite was the rooftop deck. Nice views of downtown, especially at night. Absolutely would stay there again. Close to a few bars and restaurants we ate at. Uber or Lyft are convenient and cheap to downtown area. Generally all 20 or less with a tip unless at bar closing time. I’d suggest scheduling in advance prior to surge pricing. 15-20 minutes from the airport. Close to everything. The homeowner was super friendly and very responsive within minutes. Highly recommend.The sweetest people and very helpful.

Nice Rental for our Family Trip

We had a great time in Nashville (how can you not?) and this rental was our home base. Short Uber ride to Broadway and in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The large beds were awesome (2 Kings and room with 4 bunks were all Queens), hard to find at this price range. We loved the rooftop area as well, great view of the city! Our family really enjoyed our stay and the rental was very nice. However, here are a few suggestions for the host we would have liked to see: 1) Cable/Satellite TV (no channels except Hulu on a firestick, if you don't have streaming subscriptions you're out of luck, not great for kids or for NCAA tourney weekend); 2) More towels please; 3) Add hooks for coats, purses (no main floor closet); 4) Add shelves over laundry; 5) Fix thermostat controls (this was a pain our whole stay, only middle floor thermostat control so downstairs usually freezing and upstairs hot for kids to sleep, we had a routing of changing the setting 3 times a day to be comfortable!); 6) Small gas grill for backyard would be nice, along with a table and seating to relax and have a meal out there. Hope they make these updates, will lead to more satisfied renters!

Hi Nate, I am glad you enjoyed our home & thank you for the 5 star review! I just want to respond to your suggestions as a few are false & I don't want our guests to be confused. 1) We have Hulu LIVE so guests can watch all the channels! 2) We supply 1-2 towels per guest, we supplied 14 towels for your family of 5. 3) All of our bedrooms have closets so this is never a problem. 4) Not sure why a shelf is needed as our setup works great. 5) All 3 floors have their own thermostat & you can change any floor at any time. Never a problem with our guests. 6) Our home has two rooftop decks with a large table, two high top tables & plenty of chairs. We can definitely add a grill but not sure adding another table is necessary but thank you!

Can’t Beat It

Location, clean, updated, view, great hosts. This place has it all. Bunk beds are cool as they can be and just as comfortable. If you need a multi bedroom place to stay in Nashville this needs to be at the top of your list.

Perfect for our needs!

We traveled to Nashville for our daughters Sweet 16. The home was an absolute perfect set up. We had a total of 8 guest. 3 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy them selves and not feel cramped. The dual outdoor rooftop decks were amazing, and the view of the city at night was spectacular. We rented a vehicle for the weekend and anywhere you could want to go is 10 minutes or less away. The home is fully equipped with all the essentials and Kroger grocery is a 5 min walk away for the odds and ends. Our host Lacey was communicative and super professional. It’s no surprise both her and her husband have built a thriving short term rental company. I would certainly recommend staying at any of the homes they have to offer.

Fun time in Nashville with friends!

Great overall experience! The house is beautifully decorate and has everything you need. It's clearly an up and coming community. Our group of 6 adults were very comfortable in the house. Lacey was excellent at communicating with us and answered right away when an alarm went off & we needed help shutting it off. Wonderful house and wonderful people!!

Expectations Exceeded

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The roof top had great views of the Nashville skyline and hosted a great place to wind down the night. The inside was very clean and well kept. Each floor had its own bath and shower for the sleeping quarters which was great for dividing up large groups such as ours. The property owners were very responsive and ensured things were in great order upon our arrival. Overall, we would love to stay there again the next time we visit Nashville.

Nice house, but not in a safe neighborhood

The neighborhood is not the safest - three people were shot at the nearby supermarket while we were there (this is not a joke). It is not safe to walk around and explore, so don't think you might be able to walk to broadway - you will absolutely have to get a taxi! I think it would have been nice if this was clearer. The rooftop deck was nice, we enjoyed the skyline view. There are neighbors that are very close by, so you can't be too loud on the deck.

We stayed the last week of June. The pictures of the house were nice but do not do it justice. It was super clean and very comfortable. The roof top deck was awesome. Location was great and we enjoyed the restaurants in Germantown. Would highly recommend this property.

The home is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and the decor suits the property!!! It looks exactly as posted and described. Lacy is very attentive and responds within or less than 24hrs to any messages sent. I highly recommend and would definitely book again for my next trip to Nashville.

Great location!

We rented this for fourth of july weekend. Check in was easy and the property manager very responsive. House is stocked with evrything you need. Rooms are big and bathrooms are very nice. Its a short lyft ride to all the main dowtown attractions. Neighborhood is trendy and quiet. The views from the patios are great and nice place to relax in the evening. Would definetly stay again.

Awesome for family and friend time together!

This house was AMAZING! The rooftop decks overlooking the city skylines were incredible! We spent every morning and evening up there with plenty of room for us 8 adults to sit and just enjoy each other's company!! The row of houses were sooo nice and the ubers back and forth to music row was quick and simple. The house provided everything we needed - paper products, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc with PLENTY of room for everyone including our 4 adult male sons. We would definitely recommend this house to others and THOROUGHLY ENJOYED our stay there!!! Lacey was so helpful and provided ALL the information we needed to plan our trip!!
