This is an excellent location. The condo was equipped with everything you could think of that you might need. The neighbors were friendly and Rich (host), was always available if needed. I really appreciated having a washer/dryer on the premises. We utilized the grills that were cleaned daily. The fitness room was excellent and used almost daily. Wish the bed was larger, but can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is well equipped with all the “necessities” (washer and dryer, coffee maker, good internet, Hulu) and all the kitchen implements you may need. Location is safe, quiet, near grocery stores, restaurants and sights like Taliesin West. Rich is very responsive.

Everything was ok. The place has too much nonsense decorations. The jacuzzi was not working and out for 30 days. The owner knew this but did not disclose the info or we would have chose another place. Not ethical. He did allow us to leave early but did not refund the full amount prorated. Be careful.

Not surprised by the response. I met them the day they arrived and we walked the property. Went to the pool area and it had just opened due to repairs. Were told by management that the jacuzzi could not be heated due to the new pebble tech installed then he said it was my fault for not telling him. I found out right then as he did. At that moment he was very rude, and I said I will refund your money right now. It was prorated because they stayed for six days and then left. I also lost the rest of the month due to it has to be a 30-day rental. Sorry it wasn't to your liking. Never had anyone complain about the decor. Plus, you saw it online. In 12 years of renting to fabulous people I have never had someone so rude about the situation. Good luck.

Thoughtful Experience

Yes, Rich has a 5* place here. What is apparent is the thoughtfulness of Rich for his guests. Extras such as pool towels and plastic plates allowed fun times at the 2 pools was just a start. Lovely condo, quiet, with huge balcony. It was a lovely experience, Rich was a wonderful host.

Amazing condo!

We spent 15 nights in this lovely condo. The location is premier and the complex incredibly well maintained. The owner is superb at welcoming his guests and very responsive to questions or issues that arise. Kierland is within walking distance and the neighborhood is great walking, too. Quiet is the word to describe how nice it was for relaxing and sleeping. We had the balcony sliders open at night for the nice cool breeze and the only thing we consistently heard were the birds! You'll be happy if you choose this rental!

half good, half not so good

NOTE: LOTS of airplane noise as condo is very close to Scottsdale Executive Airport . Well stocked condo. Nice pool, grounds and neighbors. condo is worn out and dirty. a few examples: gray sofa shows dirt ,worn out and uncomfortable. Tub is discolored, decor is dusty, paint on walls and trim is uneven and discolored. clothes dryer is dirty and clothing catches

Thank you for the nice review, I will check with the Scottsdale airport and see if they can reroute the planes. I am surprised you didn't complain it rained one day. Also, you asked, and I let you check out 3 hours later. Of course, no thank You's. You're complaining about the paint on the walls and what's funny they are supposed to be different shades' guess you have never been in a contemporary style condo. Anyway Hope you enjoy your next adventure. And for anybody reading this look at my reviews for the last 10 years that are all 5 stars. Can't please everyone.

Convenient Scottsdale hangout

The property is close to many locations and we had a beautiful walk every morning all along a golf course, which is right next to the property. We got to know the residents, all very nice people. Pool time was a social activity. Pool bbqs are cleaned regularly too! Rich was responsive to communication. Nice chap!

Beautiful and we'll worth it

The property owner is very attentive and professional. The property was clean, just as pictures showed, and everything you need to just settle in and relax. Small gated community, well attended, quiet, safe, and beautiful pool and amenities. Close to everything you would need. Would definitely recommend it to anybody. I give it top ratings for sure !!!

Wonderful stay!

We had everything we needed! Casper bed, extra pillows, smart tvs, patio (2nd floor), fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, pool towels and a one car garage. One of the pools was a saltwater pool which was amazing! Grills and workout facility near the pool area. Location is terrific- closest grocery stores are Natural Grocers and Safeway. Lots of good places to eat as well as hike, shop, etc. Would absolutely stay again.
