Look no further and welcome to The Oasis of Scottsdale. Your own private, Continental golf course-facing condo located in Old Town!

This centrally located condo is in a great part of town and was fully renovated in 2023. Everything is new and ready for your enjoyment.

Old Town Scottsdale boasts endless attractions such as southwestern art galleries, shopping, dining, and nightlife!

Additionally, the community offers many great features that guests will have access to, including two heated community pools w/ spas, a fitness center, an aerobics room, and a community movie theatre.

The complex backs up to The Continental Golf Course which offers inexpensive tee times for a quick golf day. Take in the Arizona sunshine and enjoy a walk along the 13-mile stretch of the Hayden Green Belt.

This is a first-floor unit and is single-level with a large private patio with a retractable sunshade. The master bedroom has a king bed, six drawer dresser, and a spacious closet. The living room has a comfy sofa, accent chair, workspace desk with chair, and 55' smart TV with Roku OS.

Quiet and Relaxing

Property has all needed amenities, very clean, and owner was responsive. Would stay again if in the area. Pool was nice and gym functional really enjoyed the privacy.

Very nice upgraded stocked unit and quiet at night since along golf course. Location is in area can walk to shops if necessary. Great stay!

We loved our stay near Old Town Scottsdale. We were able to walk to downtown Scottsdale. The property is next to the Continental Golf course and we took advantage of their driving range and putting green. Property was as described and the property manager responded quickly to all our requests.

Very nice, cozy condo in a great location for walking

We loved the location for its walking proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, to area restaurants and pubs and for the miles of walking paths. Perfect spot to catch a sunset and the full moon setting over the CamelBack Mountain. Great host... we'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay for two!

Was very convenient place, with nice overlook of the golf course. The place was well organized with all the little things we needed like spices, trash bags etc... Was a great value. We enjoyed 4 mile hikes everyday, with multiple trails within 15 to 20 minutes. Shopping malls within 15 minutes. The bed was supper comfortable! We had a great time and will be back!

A great comfortable stay

It was excellent for my wife to go bike riding on the trail that runs through the property. We liked to play golf and used the arcis card for discounts. A good golf course right out your patio. Good parking and real quiet area. They have a great weight room. They have good swimming pools. Real close to down town Old Town Scottsdale. Good eating places near the rental.

Best host I’ve ever had!

Chris was amazing. I was an extended stay and the place was well-stocked, super clean, extremely thoughtfully appointed, and exactly as pictured/promised. All the neighbors I ran into were super nice and friendly and the pool, etc were great. And I could grab my clubs and be hitting golf balls 2 minutes later :). Highly recommend it - great location right near old Town!

Great Location on the Greenway

I always try to stay in or close to Old Town when I visit the Phoenix area. It's close to shopping, great restaurants and attractions. This property is ideally located and close to the 101. On this visit I was very busy with family matters so couldn't spend much time on the property, but appreciated the clean and tastefully decorated rooms at the end of a long day. The bed was very comfortable. Christopher was very responsive when I brought a couple of minor issues to his attention. Thank you, Christopher!

Everything was exactly as promised and advertised.

The host of this VRBO communicated everything I needed to know. The rental was a perfect location for me. Everything in the rental was as stated in the description. It was perfectly clean and perfectly stocked with towels and all the kitchen necessities, and all the washing and drying necessities that I needed. Most important the king size bed was very comfortable. And, an added a bit of charm was the entry to the Vrbo was on the golf course side and it was a pleasant little addition treat that offered a fun little view.

It would be hard to find a better value in Scottsdale

We have used Vrbo numerous times and have always been pleased with properties we chose as well as vrbo's professionalism if there were any problems with a rental. Chris and Carlyn Irish (the owner's of the property) were always available. Gave plenty of guidance prior to arrival and copious amounts of information about where to go in Scottsdale. The unit was exactly as advertised and was very convenient to Old Town. The unit was well stocked with virtually anything one might have forgotten to bring during their stay; we have rarely (actually, never) came across a rental that was so through in its supplies in the bathroom, kitchen and in the event of an emergency. This unit and the owners exceeded anything we had experienced with Vrbo (and all the prior stays in Vrbo properties have been very good). We will be going to the Scottsdale area again and hopefully this unit will be available.

Best VRBO property

Beautiful, newly renovated. Right on the 9th fairway of an executive golf course. .5 mike walk to Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen, bathroom, and supply closet were well stocked with everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Just like being at home! The owner was easily accessible and even checked with us occasionally to make sure everything was fine. Can’t wait to return next year.

A Cut Above in Old Town Scottsdale

This condo has it all and everything in this unit is new and first class. I’ve seen a number of other vacation rentals and this one is definitely a cut above. From the many choices in television programs/apps to the king size memory foam mattress, the new stainless steel appliances and comfortable furniture, the well-stocked kitchen, workplace desk, and washer/dryer, there’s nothing missing. There’s even a dimmer switch for the dining area. I like it cool at night for sleeping and the a/c had no problem keeping me cozy and comfortable day and night, no matter the brutal Arizona heat outside. Being on the ground floor was important to me and being adjacent to the golf course provided some serenity and greenness that is rare in Arizona cities. The patio faces the golf course and was a peaceful place to have my morning coffee. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. To top it off you can’t do better (in my opinion) than being centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale with all it has to offer. Chris was great to communicate with and always promptly responded to my messages/questions. You won’t regret choosing this well-stocked, upscale condo for your Arizona vacation.
