Lourdas Beachfront Studios es una propiedad única situada a solo 1 minuto a pie de una hermosa playa. El edificio tiene 4 estudios distribuidos en 2 plantas, 1 y 2 son planta baja y 3 y 4 son 1er piso, cada estudio tiene una cama doble grande, baño con azulejos moderno, cocina y balcón también hay una caja fuerte y WiFi gratuito.

Situado en una ladera pintoresca, Lourdas tiene extensiones de arena dorada que se extienden por kilómetros, con aguas de zafiro y bellos paisajes. Detrás de las impresionantes vistas se encuentran bosques que no solo ofrecen refugio, sino también fantásticos senderos de montañismo para los entusiastas del senderismo.

Absolutely stunning position in our favourite resort of Lourdas, right on the beautiful beach. Very close to bars (not noisy) and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a midweek clean.Unfortunate the air con system was a bit too loud, which may be an issue in the hottest months, (as it was September we got round it by sleeping with the shutters and sxreens clsed, listening to the sea) but otherwise everything was lovely.

Location is perfect right on the sea front and only minutes walk from many restaurants, bars and a well stocked mini market. The apartment is clean and spacious with a lovely small terrace directly overlooking the beach. Bathroom very clean and a good modern overhead shower. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the maid service was excellent. Our only bugbear was there was only one saucepan so made cooking a challenge. Overall an excellent week’s stay, highly recommended and we will definitely return.

This place is a gem, we needed a relaxing break and it certainly hit the spot! Location for the beach shop and the best local restaurant are just steps away, absolutely recommend it and really hope that one day we can return!

Lourdata Beach holiday

We have stayed at the Waterside Suites previously. The location is excellent. Property clean and well equipped. Excellent shower but bathroom dark and no storage space for toiletries. WiFi was very hit and miss during our stay. The view from the balcony across the bay would be gorgeous if only the trees were cut back, way too high.

Wonderful location and very clean

We enjoyed our short stay at Beachfront/Waterfront studio 3. Well appointed kitchen area, excellent crockery and utensils. Shower was powerful albeit the light bulb in the room could be brighter. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable (the best bed we have found in Kefalonia after 20+ visits). Wonderful rubber trees outside gives privacy yet you still see the waves on the beach and wonderful sunset. Could do with a soft comfortable chair inside the bedroom area which is certainly large enough to accommodate one. Tavernas close by but could not be heard. Would recommend and will stay here again.

We have stayed at this location before. We had to chase for the cleanerss to attend and change bed

Property needs some decorations as a little tired Trees at the front spin the view as you can’t see anything miss the beautiful sunset and the beach view as totally hidden by the trees Wouldn’t return because of this

Disappointing

Location superb. Address is incorrect its states Beach view suites it should be Waterfront and many people have brought this up in reviews but still not corrected. We had a balcony & advertised with a sea view not the case, tree blocks both sea & sunset view. Cheap appliances, toaster not working does not pop up toast when ready could be dangerous. On complaining this was replaced with a toasted sandwich maker. Not the same thing at all. Kettle leaked when used again this could be dangerous. Replaced day after complaining, again another cheap kettle and the lid on this broke after 2 days. Fridge had no freezer and did not get as cold as required. Bed sheets too small for the bed during the night you ended up sleeping on the mattress protector as the sheets did not stay in place. Totally unhygienic DO NOT WANT to sleep where others have slept without clean sheets underneath me. Tape wound round a wire on TV. Only time we went to use it there was no signal. Regarding cleaning it seems the apartments all cleaned on the same day rather than working around when people arrive ie. people arrive different days so need cleaning different days I would have thought. Our sheets the 2nd week were changed the day before we left totally pointless and should have been changed sooner. Lack of organisation. Had to empty both kitchen bin and bathroom bins ourselves on more than 1 occasion. Do not expect to have to do this considering the price paid for the accommodation. Overall we had a good holiday but accommodation was not up to the standard we expected considering the price paid. Too many niggles that looking on reviews have been reported on numerous occasions previously but obviously NO action taken to rectify these. We would not consider using these apartments again. We have had numerous holidays in the past with what was HomeAway and have never found cause to complain as they have all been as advertised and the standard we expected on booking.

One Week Holiday

Spent a week in the apartment with my wife. Fantastic location . Great apartment,clean ,spacious,quiet,excellent balcony view. Would recommend. **Only issue ,the apartment is advertised as Beachfront suite , but the ACTUAL name on the front of the entrance is WATERFRONT SUITE ,waterfront is the address local taxis know , this caused an issue finding the place** 10/10

Beautiful seafront views from the balcony, perfect place to sit and enjoy. Really lovely apartment, everything you need. So many restaurants only a stones throw away.

Pleasant apartment with a fabulous view

Location is perfect and very close to Lordas beach, literally 6 meters from the front gate with parking right at the front of the property. The room itself is spacious enough with most amenities provided however the bathroom is very tight and there aren't any shelves to keep toiletries. The shower cubicle doesn't seem to be at the right height and I hit my head on the rail several times (I am 6'3" but even people at 5'10"+ would struggle). We enjoyed our stay overall and would likely return to enjoy the beach, local restaurants and generally relax. One point to the owners - you should update the signage to reflect the actual name of the property :)

Well designed, spacious, beach studio apartment!

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. We loved it. It is *right* on the beach. We loved our breakfast and sometimes dinner on the balcony looking out to sea. Great place to know about if you’re interested to visit Lourdas Beach. The whole process was seamless. The studio has a really considered design, great A/C, and is exactly what you need for a week by the sea.

Perfect base for exploring Kefalonia

The apartment is well located in Lourdas which is about a 25 min drive from the airport and a perfect base for exploring the different parts of the island. It is the perfect size for a couple, is nicely furnished and well equipped if you wanted to eat in. There is an ATM and mini market right next door as well as lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Thank you to Bob and his team for a wonderful stay!

Ideal location

We loved this apartment at the Waterfront Suites (our only constructive criticism would be to rename the property on here. It is clearly named Watefront Suites at the property hence why taxis etc find it almost impossible to find the 'Beachfront Suites'!). It is a good size with pretty much all the facilities you need. Lourdas is lovely and a great place to use as a base for travels around the island on a hire car. Local restaurants are good - our experience was that all eateries left of the Lourdas Main Road, starting with bar 7, lourdas Mare, are the best. Those to the right were not of the same quality. The beach is great. Bob, the owner, was very helpful and communication was good at all times. Believe what he says in the booklet about the fridge by the way - it is spot on. You will know what I mean when you get there. We loved it. Lovely little balcony for breakfast (We ate out for all other meals) and late night drinks. Good value.
