Lovely owners who were available to help but melted in to the background so we’re totally unobtrusive. Villa was lovely, very private. Great location with the beach and loads of fooderies in walking distance. Awesome sea view too. Loved it and would recommend.

Villa Russa Alexandros was great. It is rare to find a villa for two people and this hit the mark on all counts to give us a fabulous relaxing holiday. Spacious and clean, comfy bed and linen. The pool was bigger than we expected and a great place to relax. Very quiet location but within ten minutes walks of a variety of tavernas for smashing food. The beach is a 15 minute walk down an exciting track, you are treated at the end with great sand and clear waters. Just writing this makes we want to go back! Thanks to Andreas for keeping the place so clean, tidy and welcoming.

Excellent villa, ideal for 2 people looking for a private peaceful place to stay. Couple of excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk, plus another 5 about a 20 min walk. Lovely beaches nearby (Trapezaki and Kanali) are walkable and quiet, Lourdata is busier. Thoroughly recommend.

We fell in love with Kefalonia as soon as we arrived. The directions and instructions were really easy to use and everything was as described. The villa is larger than expected and has everything you could need. The kitchen had all the cutlery/utensils etc you could need and everything was in good working order. The fridge freezer is large and has ample space for all your food and drinks. The beds were comfy with 2 pillows each and blankets for the cooler nights. There is a hairdryer and ample electric sockets. On both the doors there are insect screens you just pull down if needed. The maid and pool man came twice during our stay and were friendly and discreet. The area has plenty of tavernas and bars within a short drive or a steep hill walk if you feel fit enough. This place is for those wanting peace and quiet with private terrace to really relax including the lovely pool to dip in and out of when required. We are looking to book again next year.

Good in spite of dodgy weather. This was our 4th holiday at Russa Villas so we must like it! It is rare to find a place for 2 with a private swimming pool. Our only gripe is the poor access to the pool which entails locking the front door and going round to the back of the villa to use the pool. Not ideal.

We had a lovely time thank you the villa was in a lovely quiet spot with great pool and terrace and surrounded by interesting plants and flowers. It was very quiet given the time of year though there were still a couple of local shops and Tavernas open. The beaches were empty as it was October but we were blessed with some good weather so were able to make use of them.

We had the holiday both of us wanted and needed. It was very calm and relaxed, super location and very quiet. We are already thinking about next year. We had a fantastic week in the villa. A very nice place and I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends, family etc. The pool was great, we used it every day. The on-site staff were really friendly and helpful.
