Scam, don't book this property

Horrendous place, we couldn't stay since it was so bad. We got a hotel instead. Mold, broken toilet seat, ceiling falling, faulty electrical system, rotted cabinets, old dirty blankets, only wish I could upload pictures. Property manager not responsive. Shady business. Worst overall experience I've ever had. Total scam! Refuses to refund my money even though we did not use the dump😡

Unsafe and Extremely Noisy – Still Awaiting VRBO Resolution

We stayed at this apartment in Barcelona from May 18–23, 2025, and the experience was extremely distressing. The unit was misrepresented on the listing, there was no mention that it faces a major thoroughfare with relentless traffic noise, day and night. It was impossible to sleep. The noise level was constant and overwhelming, made worse by garbage trucks arriving at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 AM with loud banging and shouting. It felt like trying to rest on a traffic island.Even more concerning, the apartment itself was unsafe. The staircase was steep and narrow, the handrail was broken and poorly taped together, and the elevator didn’t stop at the ground floor, making it dangerous to get in or out, especially with luggage. These safety hazards were not disclosed in the listing. This was a trip we had saved up for over three years, and instead of enjoying Barcelona, we were left sleep-deprived, anxious, and frustrated. We reached out to VRBO support multiple times and shared sound files and videos that clearly document the issues. We also spoke to two VRBO live chat agents this week and filed a formal refund request. To date, we have not received a resolution or even a proper response. I’m urging VRBO to review the evidence and issue a refund immediately. This property should never have been listed in its current condition. We expected better oversight and support from VRBO and hope this matter is resolved without further delay.

Perfect location, perfectly equipped!

I've stayed in quite a few holiday apartments/cottages over the past few years and this has be to the best equipped of any of them! Everything was finished to a very high quality and standard. - a real home from home. A real advantage was the gated parking, no need to worry about the car whilst we explored Barcelona on foot and the fact that Condis was right next door - so convenient for shopping. The situation of the apartment is perfect for Barcelona

This flat is really well located, in bewtween all the great parts of Barcelona. It's nicely furnished and equipped. The pool is great to take a dip in. AirCOn worked really well and was very useful. The staff at MySpace responded very quickly to our interrogations.

Excellent apartment

The staff was very kind and very helpful. We were given free WIFI for four equipment (two cell phones, one laptop, and one tablet), and the signal was good enough for surfing internet and watching Youtube. The elevators of the building are a bit small, but they do work good. Overall, great for family traveling to Barcelona and well worth the money.
