Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Loggerhead Cay unit 112 in Aug 2024. The unit is recently remodeled after hurricane Ian. The unit is very nice, clean, comfortable. Sitting on the linai in the evening and listening to the sounds is an awesome way to relax. The only issue I had with the unit, is that the main bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. Loggerhead Cay is a very relaxed complex for spending your vacation.

The best Beach Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loggerhead Cay is one of the few complexes open and mostly restored from the hurricane. Be prepared in 2024 to see and hear contractors still restoring units, and be prepared to see contractors' debris littering the grounds, until all is finished and landscaping replanted. Unit is the best of the best, however, and we love staying in 112! furniture is all new, new kitchen too. Love the beach views and access!

Perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in Sanibel! This condo is in the building closest to the beach, which means an extra balcony and incredible views. We had quick and easy beach access, and also loved taking in the view from the screened-in balcony. The condo was clean and well maintained, and the management company was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

Loggerhead Cay #112 is fabulous

Beautifully decorated, fantastic views, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen, side deck for breakfasts and screened in lanai for dinners, steps from the beach, pool, and tennis courts. Probably the best located condo at Loggerhead Cay - really perfect beach views.

Gorgeous

We had the best vacation we’ve been on in a long time. Our condo was amazing! The view and location were wonderful, the unit was well stocked and super clean & organized, the decor & colors were nice & updated, and the condo was big and very roomy. We can’t say enough great things about our stay, it was that nice!! We had so much fun! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent such a great place. We’d also like to say “thank you” to the staff at Select Vacation Properties. They were always very professional, so helpful and pleasant to deal with! They made everything great as well! We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful February Trip

Property was a real beach front property. The views and proximity to the Gulf were phenomenal. The unit was well stocked and very much as advertised. We look forward to returning in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We have been working with Select Vacation Properties for many years and are completely satisfied with their service, attentiveness, friendliness and responsiveness. The unit we stayed in was one we had rented in the past. We were a little disappointed this year because the beautiful pool was closed for repairs, but SVP arranged for us to use another neighboring pool. The unit owners had left two broken beach chairs which SVP staff replaced immediately and they also responded immediately when we noticed a leak from the unit above ours. We have already booked our vacation for next year with SVP, but will go back to West Gulf which is not as busy as the East Gulf.

The property at Loggerhead Cay is paradise! This condo was precisely as described and made our getaway a wonderful experience. We would definitely book this again.
