We like going to the farmers market and cooking in. There even was a salad spinner! Also enjoyed the electric citrus juicer. There are beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and toys. The linens and towels are soft and luxurious. You won’t be disappointed with this condo. Select Vacation Properties is always great to work with and responds to concerns.

Great location near everything, beautiful beach, large pool, condo had everything we needed to prepare meals & to enjoy a day at the beach. Property was very well manicured & cared for well. Overall, excellent experience!

We were very disappointed when the power was off on Tuesday due to the owner forgetting to pay the electric bill. Power was off long enough for our frozen foods to get soft. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience. Overall a nice rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at loggerhead cay #224.A very comfortable apartment with a view of the pool, gardens and beach. A short walk to the beach allowed us to go in the early morning and evening to watch the sunset. The location is great. This was our 4th visit to sanibel, each time staying at a different place for variety, but I think I would like to stay at loggerhead again.

Almost great- if only there were 4 walls!

Condo, location, kitchen, bathrooms - all overall almost perfect. Largest call out is a lesson learned- make sure a bedroom has 4 walls when you book. Had we known the master had no door and was a “sliding blind” we’d have skipped entirely. Had to put the kids in the master and sleep on the little kid beds. Beyond this MAJOR issue that was crystal clear from the images in retrospect, location was fantastic! Condo was really nice and had everything we needed and more beach chairs and umbrellas, but we brought our own).

Our experience has been so positive we see no reason to go elsewhere and have already booked next year. Year to year improvements have been made to the property, ALL of the staff at Select Vacations has been great to deal with over the years. The location itself is fabulous. If you are looking for a no nonsense quiet get a way with an ocean view this is the place, yet it is still close to the many attractions in the area. I highly recommend this company and it’s property we keep booking ahead so we don’t lose out. As an aside during the height of the recent pandemic we were unable to make it to our booked time on very short notice. Instead of just taking our money select vacations allowed us to defer to the following year at the same rate. That sold us for good , wish I could say the same for the airline that hosed us.

Spring Break 2022

Listing is accurate. Full kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, glasses, etc. Regular coffee pot as well. Enough seating inside and on the screened in patio. Stairs are available along with the elevator for those heavy loads. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms looked recently remodeled. They supplied dish soap and soap for the dishwasher. A few extra rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels. Washer and dryer right when you walk in. Super grateful for that option with swim wear and beach towels. The pool has about 40 seats around it. The beach was just a short walk down the brick paver path. This is a great property for families. Would love to visit again!

Loggerhead Cay rental

The condo is nice, clean. Kitchen is the best we have had. The property is not kid friendly. Adult swim from 8-9 and 4-5. Had we known this we would not have rented here. The listing should state this information. The grills are far from condo and not working good. Sanibel is great. We have stayed several places but won’t come back here.

Better than Billed

The rental process was easy, seem less, and accurate. The condo actually surpassed our expectations, that has rarely happened for us. We had two adult married couples, and the layout was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and private bath. Excellently appointed with plenty of supplies, dishes, linens, etc. very clean, gorgeous property. A five star stay for us.

Spacious, great view

Nice view to the beach and directly overlooking the pool. Loved the number of empty drawers and cabinets, plenty of room to unpack for the week (some VRBOs are so crammed with existing stuff that it is hard to fit in your own). This was a a generously sized condo for a family of four. Management company helpful with all questions. Would stay again!

Has most everything you need. It could use a bit of updating - new carpet or tile floor, new towels (a bit discolored), new pillows - theirs were a hodgepodge, most were flat and smelled old. I know that all sounds like it is a bad place - it isn't. It was good, just needs a facelift in some areas.
