Witness to an exceptional architectural heritage, our farm "tricellulaire", characteristic of the medium-sized farms end of the eighteenth and early nineteenth century in the Ardennes was renovated in furnished holiday: maximum comfort for an unforgettable stay in the Namur Ardennes.
Large kitchen equipped with electric cooker and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, usual household appliances (mixer, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.). Washing machine.
Spacious dining room with wood burning stove, lounge with plenty of armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, tourist information.
Still on the ground floor, a toilet, a shower room with vanity unit, and a laundry / storage room.
On the floor, four rooms. Towels (5,00€/pers.) and sheets (12,00€/bed) could be provided with supplement.
One bedroom is equipped with its own shower room with sink and toilet, another with its sink. In the hall and on the landing, two other independent toilets and a bathroom with tub / shower and cabinet two basins.
Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, overlooking the terrace with views of the surrounding meadows.
Central heating, double glazing. The fixed price heating includes 10 liters of domestic fuel / day. Your real consumption will be calculated at the end of your stay thanks to the individual meter, and a supplement, at the official price, will so be asked in case of more consummate fuel. Each bag filled with residual waste (not selective sorting) is charged €9.00 retained on the deposit.
We accept pets on a case by case basis. Dogs must be well trained and not noisy. No dogs allowed to go upstairs and stay in the rooms, out of respect for all holidaymakers and hygiene.
