Esta unidad de la planta 6ª tiene pisos de baldosas nuevas y dispone de un sofá cama y un sofá de dos plazas en la sala de estar hay planas de Tv sceen en la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y dormitorio de invitados junto a la playa. La cocina está totalmente equipada para prepaing comidas. Podrá disfrutar de la impresionante vista desde la fuente Golfo de balcón a la salida de la sala de estar. Sunswept está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernas instalaciones comerciales directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

This was absolutely one of that best condos we ever stayed in. It is exactly how it is described and even so much better in person. Super easy check in, and check out. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The entire complex is the cleanest I ever seen, well kept. You are close to shopping and restaurant, and out door activities. Highly recommend.

Elevator did not work on multiple days of our stay causing us to carry groceries , coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas up and down 6 flights of stairs in extreme heat.

Condo by the Ocean

We enjoyed out stay immensely. Our only complaint was the Livingroom furniture...it was quite uncomfortable, especially for two people with back problems. We felt very much at home in this condo.

The room was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Restaurants were close by and convenient. Pool and beach access was easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Elevators seem a bit sketchy, but they worked fine for our purposes.

A vacay for the books!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Proximity of the condo put us within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and WAL MART in Orange Beach. We were able to enjoy all of our Gulf Shores favorites within a 5 minute drive, and make new Orange Beach faves. We also drove over into FL for Lotto tix. Again, proximity to Perdido is just as easy (or easier) as Gulf Shores. We loved the more family vibe of Orange Beach. As for the condo, it is obv an older facility. However, updates and care keep it from feeling that way. Very clean. The pool area was BEAUTIFUL and so well maintained - a grass area to play on was very neat. Shortest walk to the beach of any Gulf-front condo I’be ever stayed at. Very safe with gate codes to get in the pool area, on the beach area, etc. We loved that it’s a smaller facility. So, even full, the beach/pool/halls, etc did not feel crowded at all. Unit 602 supplied everything you could need - even beach chairs and umbrella!!! My only issue, and ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was that one of the two elevators was broken part of the trip. It got “repaired,” and immediately after, we witnessed two people (two separate incidents) waiting for the fire Dept to come get them because they got stuck in the elevator. Afterward, there was some confusion among management about whether it had been repaired. The water pressure and draining of the tubs/showers left a little to be desired. However, with all of that said, we will DEF be staying there again!! 🏖️

Nice Place, Needs a deep clean

We really enjoyed staying so close to the beach. The property needs some attention, but the pool was nice and well maintained and the access to the beach was great. The unit itself is obviously a nice place but is in real need of a deep cleaning. When we arrived, I was in white socks and bottoms of my feet were black with dirt from walking around unpacking. The smell of mildew and dirty surfaces made it feel just not as clean as we had hoped. We enjoyed our vacation very much, though.

Our stay...

The place was great. My only suggestion, is for the price spent, toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher detergent should be supplied. The cost is minimal but should be included in the stay. At least more than 1 roll and 1 pkg dishwasher detergent. But, we loved the place and location and would definitely come back!!
