Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! More than please with the location of this unit. It overlooks the pool so I could keep an eye on the teenagers, and also a terrific view of the ocean. Walmart is right across the street, and many restaurants. The Warf is close as well. We had the BEST time and hope to stay here again next year! Love the second level aspect and the elevator and luggage carts were a great help! Lots of parking too. No complaints, love this place!

Spacious condo for family of 8

Nice condo for our family of 8. Easy access to pool and beach with safety codes on gates. Very friendly, helpful staff. A few items needed repairs and showers were slow to drain. Kitchen needed more than one dishcloth and towel for our always eating kids, but we found most items that we needed. We would stay again.

We were compensated 1 night. I do feel the AC was not working properly, at one time it was blowing warm air and never really cooled down the unit. I reported to Coastal. Unit only had 1 dish towel and 1 hand towel per bathroom which is not enough, manager did bring us more. WE will rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fun but they had some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Like the handle on the sliding door was loose and then it came off. Some of the cabinet handles were loose. The light in the kitchen was temperamental. We had to hook up one of the bedrooms cable tv. It was some minor upkeep items that needed to be taken care of. The table on the porch was falling apart. The location was perfect! Thanks Pat.

Just as described

Booking blind can be scary especially traveling with a handicapped family member but I was very happy with the property, it is just as described. We were able to easily navigate in and out of the unit, the pool, and the beach was’t too much trouble-no stairs. Although the building is older, it is well kept. The property management was onsite and quick to address any issues, we only had minor ones. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining but not in an overly touristy area. Great for the kids but not too much temptation. This unit needs a few more upgrades, especially the beds but overall it is a place we would definitely return.

Amazing condo! Beautiful views!

Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our vacation! Rooms were very spacious, perfect for our family. The breeze off the balcony was so refreshing! Everyone was friendly, grass for the kids to play in, cameras everywhere for security, close to tons of shopping and dining. Property management was hands down the BEST! We've already inquired for our next trip!

Great Location but poor cleanliness

This second floor property was a great location. Pool and grounds were well kept. Across the street from lots of stores and restaurants. However, the unit was dirty and very dated. I cleaned the unit myself. No Covid protocols followed in this place. I was very disappointed because the property was not as pictured in the VRBO advertising. This property needs a deep cleaning, repainting, updated furniture and some TLC.

Love this location

Unit was good, beds were a little hard for my taste. Pros- pool & beach access is perfect! Parking is easy. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is equipped with most of the essentials. Cons- Unit is VERY outdated! TV’s did not work at first, they had to be set up, this took alot of time from our stay & the fire extinguisher cabinet right outside of the entry door would not stay closed, so we kept running into it. Was pretty good for our group, would stay again.

The location is very convenient to the beach and local restaurants/stores. The cleanliness of the condo though I was not impressed with. Multiple hairs found in bathtubs, sink and refrigerator. Patio was still left how previous renter left it. Sliding door to patio does not close shut. Rachel was very friendly during check in. We had someone different during check out who was not very accommodating seeing how we had to leave early due to a hurricane coming in.

Great place - will stay again.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, stores and groceries. Beds were comfortable. Had one issue with toilet running that maintenance responded to within 30 min. Kitchen well sticked with dinnerware, utensils etc. not a big issue but did wish the pool didnt close at 10:00. Our family would definitely come back!

Photos are misleading

The location of Sun Swept is superb! It was a very short walk to the beach and it was much less crowded than other condos around us. The pool and grounds were nicely kept. The room, on the other hand, was another story. The pictures of the condo were misleading and there are no pictures of the bathrooms for a reason. There was mold on the ceiling and shower faucet and a hole covered by a piece of plywood in one bathroom. One had mold on the shower curtain, behind the toilet and a broken light bulb that had been left in the socket. There was a ceiling issue in the living room, problems with the front and balcony door locks and the kitchen was only moderately stocked for cooking. The mattress in the font bedroom was terrible, the sofa sleeper slept better. I don’t have a problem with outdated furniture, but the entire condo needs a HUGE update and some serious TLC.

That's the some good.Condo VERY dated and old. Walls dirty, floors dirty, bedspreads dirty (sheets were clean).Dish TV boxes were in condo but not set up. Spent part of our time waiting on tv guy to set up only one of the 3 boxes that were not set up. The second day they picked up bedding to wash and said they would bring back later and it was never returned during our 5 nights stay. Hate to complain but very dissatisfied!
