Unidad 906 se encuentra en la 9ª planta. Este tres dormitorios, dos baños unidad cuenta con su propia cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora y balcón privado frente del Golfo.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King size y baño privado actualizado. También hay acceso a balcón privado de esta habitación.

2 dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio tiene una reina y una cama doble. Hay un baño completo adicional para mayor comodidad.

We loved our stay. Everything was wonderful. From the location to the wonderful views from our room. Lots of restaurants and so many other conveniences close by.

even though we paid for parking there was not enough parking for a couple of days. This was not acceptable. The condo was nice and clean the only complaint was the master bathroom had what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and a old rusted vent cover. The toilet in the master bath did not work well either. We enjoyed Orange Beach even though the condo was not in walking distance of too many things. The beach was great, but the price was too high since we had to drive everywhere.

More than I expected, loved the view ,had a great time. The shower was wonderful. Would rent this condo again. The check in was fast and easy. Looking to rent this condo again soon. The people that live there were great and friendly.

We love it here!

This property was amazing! It was super clean and super updated. It was convenient to a Walmart, Walgreens, and anything else you need. Everything was basically across the street!

Great location

Great location! Overall a good unit. Only thing I have to complain about is it was a non-smoking unit and it reaked of cigarettes. Also there were moths in the living room, maybe from someone leaving the doors open

Great overall experience

Very good location. Condo is an older unit but was nice and clean. Everything in working order, no problems. Only downside is a small pool that was very crowded with people for its size. Beach access is great.

The layout is great. LOVE the upgraded walk in shower in master bath. There are some things that could use updating but overall it was a great week.

Very nice

Everything was very nice. Slept great in the master bedroom. Loved the shower! Kitchen needs crab crackers Ping pong balls and paddles were a disappointment.

Great condo & location. The resort staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that we stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and we were only provided one parking pass. I had to call and purchase an additional parking pass for $30.

The building is FILTHY! The unit needs major cleaning. Feet are black on bottom if you walk barefooted on the floor, boogers on the bathroom wall, exposed outlet in small bedroom, mattress worn out in small bedroom. The couches NEED replacing. They are dirty and worn. The rug in the living room needs replacing. Condo is in a PERFECT location. With some major deep cleaning and some maintenance unit would be great.

Good location!

This property is in a very convenient location! The property management company is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The floors in the unit were dirty and needed to be mopped. We communicated this and declined having a cleaning crew come out since we had unpacked already. Hopefully this is just due to lack of thoroughness of the cleaning crew and won't be an issue for future guests now that they are aware. The outlets were all loose and need some repair. The balcony chairs need to be replaced just due to wear and tear. The kitchen is very well stocked, which was so nice! The dishwasher was finicky but the property management company responded and put the part on order before we left. The beach is nice and was not crowded at all! This was just the right size for our kids and my parents for a long weekend getaway.

Nice somewhat away from other condos but on the strip and on the beach.

Nice views of the ocean from the small balcony. 3 bedrooms gave us enough rooms with a smaller overall feel inside the condo. Lower ceilings. Had an older but updated feel. Nice granite and tile. Kitchen well stocked though coffee pot wouldn't work on first morning. They quickly changed it out. Staff very nice. The hand mixer was also old and didn't work well. ( Last day pie so didn't worry.) Walked around side of complex to get to the beach/ pool. (Didn't love that the kids had to walk in parking lot every time but very short easy steps). My hot tub loving son hated he was excluded the whole week as you had to be 16 to go in. He was so disappointed. Also it closed at 8. (Turtle season all summer). Pool was nice but needs some sort of shade desperately for the grandparents. The lights in the pool in evening were fun. The beach was clean and not a crowded location. The beds were terrible. Master was so loud and shaky, kept me up all night, and uncomfortable. Worst ever in all years of travel. But it's the beach! Make sure to bring everything! From soap, toilet paper, trash bags, Dish soap, laundry, dish sponge, paper towels, coffee filters, seasonings, extra towels, shampoo, etc. typical for condos here. Washer/ dryer small and dryer is very slow. But in -unit convenience.

Exceeded expectations

First impression was the condo is much nicer than the pictures! Very clean! Shower was amazing in master bathroom. Beds were comfortable! And the view…. Can’t beat it! Lots of room for the family and everything we needed including a blender, toaster, mixer, measuring cups, etc. Only suggestion is to take some soap for the bathrooms as there wasn’t any, but this was a quick fix as we were headed to the store for food anyways. Four televisions with one in every bedroom. Couch seems a bit old, but it was fine for us. The floor did get dirty and sandy with us coming in and out from the beach, but there was a broom, dustpan, vacuum, etc. All tile, so very easy to just sweep up in the hallway and kitchen area, which gets the dirtiest from coming in and out. I was afraid the balcony would be a bit small, but it was plenty of space for us 3 adults and 1 child. Beach was perfect! It was our first time in Orange Beach and the sand was so white! Water was clear. There are three empty lots to the west (2 under construction) and public access parking to the East. Lots of room on the beach to the west to set up. Construction noise didn’t bother us at all. Only 2 small elevators, but we never had to wait long at all. Check in/out process was simple and easy. Outdoor pool is not heated but indoor pool was nice and warm. Hot tub is restricted to those over 16, which was a disappointment to our 9-year-old, but as adults, this was awesome. Would recommend Summerchase and specifically unit 906 to any family and friends! We hope to come back!

The patio chairs were broken or looked like they were next, so not many could sit on balcony. The living room furniture was pretty worn out and not comfortable. It didn't really affect us, but the icemaker wouldn't stop making and overflowed. I had to physically turn it off. Everything else was in good shape.

Clean Rental in a quiet area

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and spacious, but seemed like some additional care needed to be taken. Things like the outdoor furniture was kind of beaten up, toilet was shaky, front panel of washing machine was coming off, no remote for front room TV, etc. just needed some additional care. The condo itself did not have many amenities other than indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub was broken and the tennis court is no longer there. This is a very quiet area of the beach with housing construction on one side and the public access beach on the other so my son was a bit bored although I liked the quiet area. Liquid Life responded to my texts, but nothing really got fixed while we were there other than the dishwasher which they had previously put an order in for prior to our visit. We were told Liquid Life was notified of the hot tub being broken and they were asked to notify the renters, but that was not done by Liquid Life. I probably wouldn't stay in this condo again just because we have stayed in many other condos in the Orange Beach area and they were nicer, but this was ok for the week.
