Esta espaciosa unidad de Penthouse ha sido recientemente renovada, está bien decorada, tiene dos salas de estar y tiene capacidad para nueve personas. La unidad cuenta con pisos de cerámica y televisores de alta definición en la sala de estar y en todas las habitaciones, y es ideal tanto para vacaciones familiares como para escapadas de adultos. Had a wonderful stay. Condo was smaller than some of the newer ones at Orange Beach which we liked. No waiting on elevators, less people and plenty of parking. Great location and great beachfront. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place. Everything we needed was close by such as church, eating places, shopping and the Beach of course! The place was very clean! Had a great weekend !

Beautiful condo! Excellent views. I loved the two balconies. It needs more eating utensils, more bowls for prepping and storing but overall it was amazing.

Top notch condo

Having spent 25 plus years in the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores area, we have stayed in alot of condos. This condo is by far one of the best we have seen. Very impressed with the cleanliness and overall " feel " of this unit. It added to the whole experience of our little getaway. We will definitely be back.

Had some issues during this stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was clean. Had some check-in issues. The check-in lady was not very friendly to my sister in-law who was checking in before we had made it to the condo. Also alot of the outlets throughout the condo did not work, mainly in the upstairs bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms had trouble getting the TV's to work also. And the most aggravating issue was this condo slept 10, so we had 4 parties that travelled by car but they would only issue us 2 parking passes and the others had to find off site parking. This will keep us from coming back in the future.

My Stay

The property was nice don’t get me wrong, although it wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival, also they were lacking toiletries and the place had a weird smell when we arrived.

Family Vacation

This condo is in a great location. The complex is small enough that the beach in front of the condo is not overly crowded. It would be nice if their were lamps in the living room area and the downstairs bedroom. Some cosmetic attention to the downstairs bathroom is needed. Overall this was a great week.

Affordable vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coordinating 15 people for a family vacation can be difficult and expensive. Sunswept was affordable but as other reviewers have said, the property is aged and needs some work. All of the exterior doors are in terrible shape, peeling paint, dents, etc. Balcony railings needs repainting. Pool area was nice as was the beach. I was not aware that 2 of the bedrooms were on a second floor (NOT in the description) and the spiral stairs are not good for children and older adults. While the dining table looked like a great piece of art, you CANNOT get your legs under the table without hitting them.

Beautiful condo and beach views, but office manager issues made it a difficult vacation.

The condo itself was was lovely, having a fresh updated style with a great view of the beach and easy access to nearby amenities. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and even kids’ sand toys available for use, which I thought was a great touch from the owners. Our kids loved the multiple balconies and roof access, so it provided lots of space so our families weren’t all on too of each other for a week. I was concerned over the thoroughness of the cleaning staff though, especially in this era of COVID. We couldn’t find two of the remotes for the bedroom TV’s and after searching we finally located them under the beds where we found empty drink bottles, food wrappers and even articles of clothing from former guests. This was concerning, so we promptly purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the place from top to bottom. The facility manager was also less than ideal to deal with. Although the facility wasn’t at max capacity and our condo was a three bedroom (I.e. three families, so travel occurred in 3 vehicles) we weren’t allowed to purchase a 3rd parking pass that we needed. Rather, we had to purchase parking space on the other side of the bay and leave one of the vehicles there for the week. It was very inconvenient and frustrating to manage getting all of our family members to dinner and outings when we had to continually go pickup the 3rd vehicle on a daily basis and then return it to the paid parking in the evenings. The property manager also failed to inform us when phone and internet maintenance was going to be performed in the condo. We were leaving for the beach with the kids one morning when the service technician showed up causing us to have to stay while the work was done. It ended up being a very lengthy process with several trips by the technician because the equipment provided was faulty. When I went to speak to the manager, there was a note on the door that they were out of the office and “unavailable at that time”. I wish I had thought to take a picture for verification, but was too frustrated that one of our last beach days had been hijacked with what should have been their responsibility. Overall our family loved the condo itself and made the most of our week there despite the obstacles, but probably won’t rebook at this location strictly due to all of the issues and inconveniences that came from the managerial side of things.

The beach views from the 8th floor are breathtaking. The spiral staircase is unique, but adds a challenge to getting suitcases upstairs. The overall location is very convenient. you can walk across the street to the grocery store. The only drawback is you can’t turn left out of the property or in. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

Awesome trip!

We had an awesome trip! This was the first time to stay 9 days. The unit looked exactly as pictured and represented. Hats off to Rachel and Sherry for our check in process. Probably the easiest ever! Both were very personable and friendly. During our stay we had beautiful weather. I would definitely stay here again!
