Seascape Condominiums is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We had a fabulous time. Right on the beach and a short drive to all kinds of restaurants. The rooms were cleean and well kept up. We had a group of 7 and everyone loved it and had a great time. 10 out of 10

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very convenient to everything and close to the beach! It was very clean as well. Its on the third floor so climbing the three flights of stairs was rough on me but there was an elevator I think we just didn’t use it.

The property itself is fine, but for the price paid we expected it to actually be beachfront. It is not. There are a row of condos between this property and the beach.

We stayed at the property the end of April 2024. We have 4 young adult children, it was a great location, which accommodated all of us nicely. I like to read through reviews before I book a place so I will provide a few more details. I was taken back, because the first picture is a house, and it clearly is a condo that you see in later pictures. I was worried it wouldn't be large enough for all of us, but it was perfect. It had a large kitchen table and the kitchen was supplied with enough to cook an easy meal. There is oil and some basic spices. There is a coffee pot and K-cup option with enough coffee for one pot. There are only 2 garbage bags and 1 pod for dishwasher so plan on bringing more or purchasing more if needed. We used the washer and dryer and that was perfect, but there is only enough detergent for one load so if you need to do more, plan for that. There are plenty of towels, pillows and linens. There is not a hair dryer or an iron. The bathrooms are small, but there are mirrors in each bedroom making it manageable. The beach access is right as you walk out. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen and living room. It was perfect for us, because we love to walk the beach. There are many restaurant selections nearby and shopping isn't too far. We enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay there again. It is literally one of the cleanest places we hae stayed. Hope the detailed review is helpful.

So spacious!!

Stayed at a lot of condos and this one was so spacious! Tons of extra amenities like spices for cooking that you don’t have to buy is such a bonus!!! I know renting comes with things so the only thing I didn’t like was the small bathrooms. So hard to get everyone ready to go somewhere when the bathrooms only fit one person at a time in there. Also if you drive a large vehicle like us, just don’t use the covered parking it’s to hard to “stay in the lines”! We had a great stay anyway! Thanks for being such great hosts!

Great stay!

We have stayed in numerous rentals that were much more expensive; this was by far the cleanest of all of them! Honestly, it was spotless! The beds were comfortable. We all slept well. The kitchen is well stocked. The rental is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a boardwalk to the beach. The only issue was the internet isn’t great. The covered parking is quite tight. If you are in a large vehicle, you might need to park in an uncovered space.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Coast in Alabama. The condo was very clean and had the basic supplies for the first couple of days. There were lots of bath towels and extra bedding. Everything you would need for a family vacation was there. The entire condo felt cozy and inviting. It was only steps to the beach and also close to the pool.
