Buscando Ammenities? Summerchase dispone de piscina idoor, piscina al aire libre, bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, gimnasio y zona de la parrilla. Esta unidad en el 8vo piso está muy bien decorado con suelos de baldosas en todo y counterops granito. La cocina está totalmente equipada con everyting lo necesario para preparar comidas. El baño principal cuenta con una preciosa ducha separada y hay 2 camas de tamaño completo en el tercer dormitorio que una buena característica añadió. Podrá disfrutar de la impresionante vista desde los balcones frente al golfo justo al lado de la habitación principal, así como la sala de estar. Summerchase está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo seis millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernas instalaciones comerciales directamente al otro lado de la calle. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

Beautifully furnished property close to everything in Orange Beach including grocery, shopping and restaurants. Beach was super quiet and not crowded any of the days we were there.

Great condo

Everything during our stay was great. There was construction at the property but it didn’t affect our unit and wasn’t loud at all. Perfect view and beach location.

We only had 1 small burst of rain and the rest was perfect weather. The condo was perfect. Very centrally located to various shops and restaurants. Clean. Perfect layout for our family. Beautiful sunrise view. Condos were well cleaned and the property was well maintained. The elevator smelled like cleaning agents constantly which made me feel like it was being tended to.

Nice Little Getaway

The condo was nice! Well equipped kitchen. The beach views were very pretty. I enjoyed spending time out on the balcony watching sunsets and listening to the waves hit the shore. The building was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we absolutely loved this rental! It was perfect for our family of 5 and two grandparents. Location was close to all the necessity’s. Small issue with hot water, couldn’t use both showers at the same time.

Beach get away

We stay in condo's all the time. This was the best experience we have had with the over all condition and decor! The unit was clean. Well docrated, Not too much and not to little it was perfect.

Our view was awesome we saw dolphins swimming everyday. I recommend this place for your vacation. Plenty of towels and no leaks in the toilet or bathroom. All switches worked fine. Plenty of room on balcony and in the unit. I will definitely stay here again. Location was awesome walking distance to several stores and restaurants.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in Orange Beach

The property manager made us feel like we called at inappropriate times as it was 1am when we woke up to water spewing from the toilet tank. Water was in 3 of the rooms at this point. Someone came with two GIANT dehumidifiers, but never cleaned up all the toilet water we were walking through. So we had to use the 5 towels they had given for our stay!(there were 8 people in our room for these 5 towels that we sopped up toilet water with!) They left the dehumidifiers in the small bathroom for over 36 hours which made that bathroom unusable. ( plus they were LOUD and the electric cords were running through water on the groundAND there was a tube dripping the toilet water into the sink)🤢 One of the outlets was brown/ burnt and it shot sparks when we tried to use it. You basically had to leave light switches ON for outlets to work to charge your phone!???? There was sand in two of our beds upon arrival. The shower door fell off into the tub ... TWICE! When we called... they asked if it shattered. Since it didn’t we were toLd to steer clear of the danger and they’d come look at it the next day. Everyone should use the ONE BATHROOM!!!!!’ To shower and take care of other business!!! We basically had maintenance men in and out THE ENTIRE time. At first I emailed the property manager 5 times with several question about getting towels and parking. No response... when I called ... she told me they don’t answer emails since it was their busy time!😳😳😳😳( May 12-16) We got a parking ticket. Kitchen was ill equipped, no bar stools, and there is no table on the small balcony to enjoy. There were so many debacles that it almost became COMICAL! We were offered no recourse, no room change, no rebate..... NOTHiNG! I’ve never dealt with a condo in such poor condition, or a property manager so shady with customer service. Worst vacation we have ever had, and we go to Orange Beach/GulfShores 2x per years. I have NEVER left a bad review!
