Welcome to Seachase 1005C, your stunning Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach! Nestled within the prestigious Seachase complex, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers luxurious amenities and breathtaking views.

Step inside and be greeted by the spacious and elegantly furnished living area. Relax on the comfortable sofa sleeper and enjoy the open concept layout, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining on the balcony, or gather around the dining table for a memorable meal together.

Retreat to the Primary suite and unwind in the plush King bed, or pamper yourself in the private ensuite bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The Primary suite also boasts balcony access, allowing you to wake up to stunning Gulf views each morning.

The second bedroom offers another King bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for additional guests. The third bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring that everyone has a peaceful night's sleep.

Seachase 1005C also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

This is the absolute best place to stay if you are planning a family vacation! There is a splash pad and kiddie pool, a large infinity pool, 2 other outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs and an indoor pool. So even if you don’t like sand you can have a great time outdoors. Super nice decor and a boardwalk from each tower to the beach. Excellent stay!

This was our first stay at Sea Chase. It was great! Loved how room the condo was. Everything was as described the listing. The master bed was very comfortable.

Orange beach trip

We had a great time staying at this property! It was exactly as pictured. It was in a good location, beautiful view, easy access to the ocean, and wonderful swimming pools. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Orange beach!

Our stay

Overall was clean but master shower area needs cleaning as there was mold on the shower door and unfinished painting but other than those small items condo was well kept and clean. Easy to communication even though guard didn't have our parking pass we got it the next day. Thank you we will be back

Spring Break trip

We had a great stay at Seachase! It was a group of 3 moms with our 16 year old girls. Had a great set up so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beach access was great and pool area was nice. Would definitely go back! Tammy at the front gate was so helpful during our stay.

Condo review

Very spacious and has an amazing view. Only down fall could be a little cleaner. Mater bath shower has mold in the caulk and the washer has been neglected. I did clean the rubber seal of the washer because it was black and slimy with buildup. Our family enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Owner has installed timers on the thermostat that cannot be changed. The AC is set to turn off in the middle of the night. Seriously hot and uncomfortable. Maintenance was called and couldn’t override. Only the owner has the code. It’s a beautiful place that could have been a wonderful vacation rental but the heat was ridiculous. Poor judgment on the owners part to try to save a few $

Roaches

We were greeted st the front door with a huge roach! We reported to the property manager and they said the would have an exterminator come by. And, i think they did bc We saw several small roaches dead. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom on works some of the time. There was a broken chair set aside on the bacolony which left only 3 chairs. We had 4 people in our party so someone never had a chair. I reported the broken chair and the property manager had it removed but not replaced. Lastly, there was only one FOB for beach access. I spoke with management and they told me to look around some more and if I still couldn't find it then I could drive to their office and pick up another one. The place wasn't very clean but the location was perfect.

Review

The condo was amazing. The only downside was the key to access the beach. We arrived and there was no key and I had to drive to the office to obtain one. I was told the last guest did not have key access to the beach either. That should have been resolved before we arrive. All in all I would still recommend this condo.

Excellent Location and Amenities

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Chase. Excellent location and proximity to the beach, not to mention 3 pools and 2 hot tubs on the property. The view from the unit and balcony was amazing. Our family had some technical difficulties with the thermostat and TV’s but the property manager was quick to respond and help remedy our issues. We will try and rent this unit again. 10/10 would reccomend.

A Very Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, the view spectacular and the location was great. For being a rental, the condo was in well working order and very clean. Some items showed a bit of wear but you had to be looking for it to really notice. The fobs hanging by the front door were a mystery at first to what they were to be used for exactly. I believe the instructions stated they were for the activities but it was also to gain access to the gate going to the boardwalk and beach. A bit more details for us newbies would be helpful. The only real thing that stuck out as negative was the parking. Handicap parking was pretty much nonexistent. Would definitely stay here again though.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reported several times air conditioning not working and problem could not be resolved. Fire alarms in bedroom continue to go off. Patio furniture needs some attention. Portion of patio under construction tile work not complete and all materials left on patio. Blinds not functioning.
