Esta unidad de la planta cuarta es una unidad amplia grande decorada nicley. Hay TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, así como los dos bedoorms. Hay paseo en las duchas en ambos baños y una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas. Podrá disfrutar de la gran balcón justo al lado del comedor y sala de estar. Mar cuenta con 2 piscinas frente al mar, una piscina cubierta, 2 grandes áreas de la parrilla, canchas de tenis y un gimnasio. Mar está situado directamente en la playa de azúcar blanco que se separa de las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Este piso Orange Beach está a sólo cinco millas al este de Gulf Shores, Alabama. Va a encontrar más modernos centros comerciales dentro de una milla. Iglesias, 10 campos de golf de primera clase, y la pesca son sólo una corta distancia.

Check in was quick and painless. Perfect size for four adults. Kitchen space was great. Quick access to the beach and pool. Beach was clean along with pool. Quick drive to any store and restaurants. Had to play around with TV, but figured it out quickly. Loved the place and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Spacious and Clean

Very clean and lots of room. Comfy beds. Check-in was easy, though not on this property. Starter supplies were pretty basic, but adequate. Satellite TV took a bit of work to get signal. Great view from large balcony, but only had seating for two. Could definitely use another set of chairs, considering this was a 3 br unit. Very loud construction grinding noises began at 9 each morning ands went on through the day. While I understand this is out of the owner’s control, a small discount or even a notice in advance would have been considerate.

Great spot for wedding in Perdido Key

We loved our stay here and were in town for our friend's wedding in Perdido Key. It was clean and as described on the website. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying at Seaside Beach & Raquet Club. We loved the ease of the condo to the beach access and the view we had from our condo. The unit itself was clean and same as the photos we saw online. The only real issues we had the washer was extremely small and did not spin water out well at all so it took forever to dry and once dry felt like the clothes had a mildew smell to them. I eventually quit washing anything because it felt like I was wasting time, you could only wash 2 towels at a time it seemed. Second thing were the tv’s need to be updated. We were on vacation so not there for tv but at night before bed or early morning it was issues to watch them. They were not smart tv’s so I couldn’t simply stream anything and one room the cable was broke we reported it and someone came quickly and then the tv people did as well to swap receivers but after they left it still didn’t work and I didn’t want to hassle with it. Overall very good and we would more than likely rent this same unit.

Orange Beach Getaway

Great stay!

Property was cleaned and nice. We were there for a baseball tournament so we didn’t spend a lot of time there. I had to work on this trip in the evening and my daughter accidentally unplugged the internet modem the night we arrived. And it would not come back on line. I reported it the next morning and they had the provider out and repaired it before we returned that evening. That was the only issue we had and handled perfectly. It was a great trip.

Right on the beach 3BR

While not directly facing the beach, the unit had an L shaped balcony where the longest side looked over the swimming pool and the beach beyond that. Nice unit with good furnishings, beddings, and full selection of utensils, dishes, etc. In the condo. There are flatscreen TVs in every room with a decent selection. We also connected our phones to watch our favorite apps on the TVs. There was also a nice selection of games and puzzles which we made use of in the evening and on the one rainy day that we had. The only downside was that the check-in was about a mile up the road, but it was a very easy process. Happy to stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m James G from Florence, AL. We expected 3 bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper, but no sofa sleeper, just an inflatable mattress for 8 people. There were 2 chairs on balcony for 8 people. There were two rolls of toilet paper, 2 motel size soaps, no shampoo or lotion, 1 pack of dishwasher detergent,1 pack of laundry detergent, 1 dish cloth, 1 dish towel. Pretty skimpy for starters!! 1 hair dryer that didn’t work! Skillets were worn out and unusable. Had to buy our own 😖. Entire unit and furnishings were very outdated. We have stayed in much nicer condos for less money, so needless to say, we were not happy with this condo and won’t be back.

The overall property was great and great location. The sofa bed was no longer in the property , the handle on the refrigerator was broken on the bottom and most of the pans or dishes that we pulled out were dirty. Other than that everything was great! 😊

Pretty good

Had a good stay would of been alittle better if they wasn't doing work on the hotel from 8am-4pm everyday of the stay. It was very loud and sounded like it was above u. The condo was nice the beds was alittle hard, wished the kitchen had a few upgrades and a blow dryer as I'm used to most places having one. But overall good view and pretty clean facility.

Just a bunch of friends getting together for a well deserved vacation

The only reason I gave a 4/5 on check in; is because I didn’t have the directions previously and the building you check in at is down the road further from where you are staying. That wasn’t made clear previously but once we got that figured out, everything was amazing from there.

Clean stay close to beach

Condo was very clean. Right on the beach. Pools were nice. Not enough bath towels so we had to wash a load everyday. Also could have used more eating utensils, newer skillets. Other than that was a good stay for the price.

DOUBLE CHARGED MY SON TO PARK ( ONLY HAD 2 VEHICLES ) AND WOULD NOT REFUND IT.WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE WHEN SHE CALLED. STILL WORKING ON THIS ISSUE. ITS NOT THE $30 ITS THE ETHICS AND THE WAY THEY ARE DEALING WITH IT. ( HAVE BOTH PASSESS TO PROVE ) MGT AT CONDO VERY INCOMPETENT AND UNFRIENDLY

Not sure I’d stay here again

If you don’t plan on staying in your condo for long periods, this is the place for you. Nice beach area and for the most part the condo was clean. A bit outdated. A lot of light bulbs out.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cute decor, and the beds were comfy, but that’s where the best part of the room ends. By the end of the first night, my daughter’s feet were black from running around on the floor (and we hadn’t even made it down to the beach yet). The vents in the bathrooms and bedroom had visible mold inside them. Also, the kitchen had very limited items in it. We definitely won’t be staying in this property again.

Nice Condo

The condo looked just like the pictures. Nice layout of the condo for us and our group. Two parking spaces were allowed and that is awesome.
