Family Beach House w Guest House (para 3 parejas y 4 niños pequeños)

Casa Kennedy es un gran lugar para ver la naturaleza y relajarse. Este establecimiento situado en primera línea de playa se encuentra en una hermosa de seis millas de la playa a pie. El agua es poco profunda para los niños, ideal para nadar. Más atrás las olas abundan para los pensionistas boggie y surfistas novatos.

Un gran lugar para venir a relajarse.

Unas vacaciones geniales en la economía actual. Su dólar va mucho aquí.

Los amaneceres y puestas de sol son espectaculares. Por la noche se puede ver la Vía Láctea. Y si te levantas temprano, normalmente se puede ver a los delfines nadar hasta la playa. Ciertas épocas del año, se puede echar un vistazo a ellos nadando espalda.

Hay una casa de invitados para que pueda entrar con otra pareja y jugar juntos, pero todavía tienen su privacidad. O tal vez te gustaría algún tiempo romántico fin de poner a los niños en una casa y se toma el otro.

Hay un patio cerrado con mesa, sombrilla y sillas. En la playa hay dos patios. Hay una hoguera en la carretera construida para evitar que el viento eche humo en la cara para que pueda asar malvaviscos mientras observa la puesta de sol o mirar las estrellas. O utilizar la chimnea en el patio.

Y a diferencia de la mayoría de los hogares de las vacaciones, suministramos todo tipo de equipos de playa y juguetes para todas las edades ... ver las comodidades.

We had am amazing time. Go to the fish market and sit in the courtyard next the warm fire eat fresh oysters and drinking craft beer from the valle.

Xmas on the beach

This is a stunning location, right on the beach, on a spit of land between the bay that contains Ensenada and a lagoon. The surf is good for boarding, but the dropoff is very gradual so it's very safe for swimming. The community is mostly vacation homes with a few year-round residents, so it's pretty quiet in winter. The property is two houses (front and back) either side of a courtyard with garages converted to storage. Each house has a wood stove, and there was plenty of wood in the shed. The stoves were needed in the winter temperatures (down in the low 50s overnight). Each house has a well equipped kitchen - the only thing missing for us tea drinkers was a kettle. Communication with the owners was good over the time preceding our stay, but there was a bit of a missed connection with the local property manager, and it was only by asking the neighbors that we were able to get in touch with him and gain access. If his contact details were shared I must have missed them. All in all this was a minor detail, and the 6 of us plus dog had a wonderful time just pottering about on the beach for a week. I'd love to return here one summer!

Lovely location but needs a good clean!

Stayed with our kids plus another family. Good size and great location. Unfortunately our visit was quite spoiled by the lack of cleanliness. The cutlery and drawers it was stored in were dirty and even rusty that we couldnt use it and bought plastic utensils and paper plates to use. The bowls, pots and pans and cooking utensils were very dirty and some were covered in dust. We wanted to do a lot of cooking as we have kids and its not easy to go out all of the time, but everytime we wanted to make a meal we had to wash everything before we could use it which was a real pain in a big group and made it less holiday and more work. I have stayed in a lot of houses on vrbo and never has such a problem with the lack of cleanliness, it really made it feel uncomfortable. its a shame there is no dishwasher in such a large property because it means you spend a great deal of time washing up. Another problem we had was that the water was not turned on when we arrived so we couldnt take showers or even wash our hands after heading to the beach. The water in the back house was not hot in one of the showers and the condition of the bathrooms was pretty poor. Otherwise, the house is in a good location, rooms are a nice size and there is a lot of beach equipment. The kitchens really let it down though.

Clean, accommodating and perfect for family or just a couple with a little dog. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as complete as possible. Will definitely be back.

Very Clean

It was a little hard to fin. The property was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beach is very secluded. We enjoyed long walks and just listening to wave. We went to a park about a 15 minutes away, the kids enjoyed zip lining and rock climbing. Overall a very nice stay.

Great beach vacation

The houses were well accommodating - as advertised. There was plenty of room for the 7-person family. The guest house was perfect for the teens and kids to share and have separate bathrooms - girls vs boys. Eileen was very informative and communicative. Thanks again Eileen. I would recommend this house, except when we need to return to Ensenada.

Very clean and spacious homes with so many amenities (more than you'll probably use!). Quiet beachfront location in a nice area. Best of all: dog friendly! We will be returning!

2nd Family Vaction in Mexico

I traveled to Mexico from San Diego for a long weekend vacation with my family and friends. It was very easy to find the house and where the house sits on the beach it was very peaceful. The 2 homes were a lot bigger then I expected and definitely had enough space for my little ones to run around the property safely. There are a few things that need to be fixed like the toilets in the guest house. The master room toilet just needs the bolts to be tighten and the other bathroom the toilet wouldn't flush, but we made it work for the weekend. The screen door in the main house going to the beach needs to be replaced. We had to take it off the track a few times to fix it. Make sure to bring any kitchen essentials like spices, foil, napkins, paper towels and if you don't want to do dishes while there get some paper plates. The Kitchen is small in the main house but gets the job done. The guest house kitchen has more room and with the weather being so hot we used that one the most to keep the other house cool. Other then that we all had an amazing trip and will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip.

Great family getaway!

Awesome location with lots of great activities close by (horse back riding, ultra light rides, the bufadora...). Loved the courtyard with fire place for relaxing at night and the beach for relaxing during the day. House was well stocked with the necessities and a lot of luxuries ( nice grill, ocean toys, washer dryer etc...). Had a great time and hope to be back.

Host was Very responsive and easy to work with

this is more of a review of the Host Eileen than the house because We were not able to stay there do to our guests backing out last minute. Eileen was very responsive to all my questions and very quick to point me to information regarding the house and much more. Th house looks amazing and hope to be able to stay there soon. Give Eileen a try you won't be disappointed.

Great property, 2 homes so you still have privacy with enclosed courtyard . Just slide open the screen door in the beach house and the beach is footsteps away.. It is like a mother/ daughter property. Both homes are totally equipped and totally comfortable.

When you have had enough sun, relax on the courtyard which most homes there do not have. For an amazing view go up to the deck. There are chairs in the garage, just sit up there and enjoy watching the beach.

House sleeps 3 couples and up to 4 small children. Total occupancy 6 adults if couples or 5 adults and 4-5 children. 3 adult bedrooms and 1 kids bunkbed bedroom

The rarity is that we offer 2 houses in the private courtyard with all the same amenities. The beach house obviously has direct access to the beach, but the guest house has the better kitchen. We like to cook in the guest house but eat in the beach house so we can overlook the beach through floor to ceiling windows

Bathtubs are provided which is a rarity in Mexico We have a Roku TV so you can watch Netflix and other streaming services you may have. We still offer satellite TV.

Work space is provided for your laptop. But don't spend too much time on it or you may miss all the fun.

The garage stores beach toys like surf boards, boogie boards, fishing equipment, games,chairs, lounge chairs, shade units and toys for kids...again unique because most houses don't provide these things. There is a shower outside to rinse off so you can keep the sand out there.
