Ático muy bonito, luminoso, espacioso, cómodo, con agradables vistas de la histórica "Villa Bottini", en la zona de fácil acceso en coche y con estacionamiento cercano. Recientemente ha sido renovado y amueblado recientemente (80 metros cuadrados) aprox.) se encuentra en el 3er piso y consta de una gran entrada / sala de estar con sofás, TV LCD, Wi-Fi de fibra óptica, cocina bien equipada, mesa con seis sillas, 1 dormitorio doble, n. 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, 1 baño con cabina de ducha ideal para hasta 4 personas, wi-fi gratis.
Este estudio ático que (Homeaway No. 8.524.230) con entrada independiente se encuentra en la misma planta y puede alojar hasta 6 personas. Disponible para todos sus amables demandas.

Outstanding property!

One of the best VRBO bookings we have ever made. The apartment has everything you require and is actually bigger than the pictures make it look.Vinicio and Paola's check-in is very clear and thorough.The apartment's location within the walled city is very close to the eastern Porta Elisa gate, with shopping, cafés, restaurants, churches and piazzas all in easy reach by foot.If you book this location, you will not regret it!!

A lovely property

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were gracious and very helpful and friendly. Lucca is a wonderful city for a relaxed experience of life in provicial Italy. We loved it -- in every way possible. Very highly recommended!

The flat is on the third story but the owner was very helpful and helped with our luggage. It is very spacious and it has everything one needs while on holiday. I would book this property again as the owners were very flexible.

Marvelous apartment, wonderful hosts.

My wife and I loved this apartment in Lucca. It was spacious, well appointed, in a great location. Train station was close enough for us to walk with our luggage. Nice views from the bedroom windows. Wish we could have spent more time in this apartment.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Very central for the beautiful city. Paola was very informative and helpful and explained everything to us beautifully. Lucca is a very good base to explore Tuscany, quieter than Florence and Pisa. The train service was excellent and allowed us to explore. We would love to to come back.

Great access in Lucca

Vinicio, Paola, and Leonardo were all exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is in a great location for getting around in Lucca and in getting out of Lucca. We recommend this spacious, well designed and well set up apartment.

Perfect spot to enjoy Lucca

We were here 5 days. Fantastic place, very clean and you can find anything you may need in a house. Comfortable and very well located to enjoy Lucca and all the surrounding towns. The owners are very kind and friendly and care about the visitor at all times. Highly recommended except if you need an elevator.

Just wonderful!

From the moment we arrived until we left our stay was perfect! Paola and Leonardo greeted us and gave us a thorough orientation to the unit - even how to make coffee in the moka! The location is ideal- great restaurants, close to a lovely piazza surrounded by cafés, an easy walk (without luggage) to the train station. Near the botanical garden where they were singing opera one evening. The stay was bellísima!

Fabulous Apartment

Our family, including two teenage girls, loved staying here. It was lovely to stay inside the wall and the apartment was laid out perfectly for 4 people. We didn’t use the kitchen but the family room and 2 bedrooms were comfortable! Great location, comfortable beds & space for us all when we were there- mostly just slept there. There are steps but it didn’t bother us.

Incredible, once again!

We have stayed in this apartment for two extended stays,. and that speaks for itself! We love the property, the location, the size, and the lovely owners! It is so nice and spacious and clean! It has everything you would need to cook, and we cooked a lot since I have celiac. They even accommodated our super late arrival due to flight delays. I would and hope to stay here again in the future. It is perfect!

Superb-spacious and spotless

This vrbo was beyond our expectations- even better that represented in photos. So many thoughtful ideas make this rental feel like a home. The kitchen is great and there are lots of shops close by if you want to cook. It was very hot weather during our stay but the windows allow a cross draft - the apartment is ideally located to access all sites within the walls and is an easoealj from the train station. (Renters should be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs to enter the apartment.)

Our stay in Lucca

We stayed in Vinicio's apartment for 6 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment was exactly as it showed on the website. It was in a good location right next to the villa gardens. It was very clean and modern with everything we needed. Especially the fully equipped kitchen. Paola and Leonardo made us feel welcome right from the check in. They provided much information relating to the apartment as well as all the things to see in Lucca. They helped us with information all throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Wonderful Lucca Apartment

This apartment is very spacious and clean. A large living room and kitchen with two bedrooms and a nice big bathroom. There is also air conditioning, which is needed in the summer. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and a water fountain close by. We would highly recommend the apartment to others. It is located on the top floor, so if you have mobility issues, it could be challenging. Thank you to Vinicio, Paola and Lorenzo for the wonderful stay.

Great apartment. Wonderful location in Lucca

A lovely apartment in a great location just inside the walls. Very convenient that you can drive up to the door and drop off /load the luggage. There was lots of space for our teenagers and the street was very quiet at night. All the attractions (shopping, eating, sights, the wall) were just a short walk. Our hosts Paola and her son Leonardo were very welcoming and provided useful tips for the neighbourhood - the restaurant at the end of the street was very good. Thanks for everything and we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely, well appointed and located apartment

Having stayed many times in apartments in Lucca I have to say that this apartment stands well above lots of others in standard, ambience and comfort. I was aware that it was three floors up, but these are the type of places I like. There was one small issue that cropped up and it was handled very well and courteously by the host family…on a Saturday!! And resolved by the same evening! This was very reassuring and made staying in their apartment even more special! I can highly recommend this accommodation…and I say that biting my lip as I know that will make it harder for me to rebook!!! Grazie Vinicio, Paola and Leonardo!!

Wonderful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment located inside the city walls. The apartment looks exactly as is shown in the pictures, It is very clean , well maintained and it has everything and more you may need for basic cooking , including a large refrigerator. It is located walking distance to the main attractions. It is also walking distance to a free and paid parking locations. You can drive to the apartment to load and unload your baggage. It has working Air conditioning units if you need them. Paola , Vinicio and his son were very nice and answered all our questions. I will highly recommend this property and can not wait to be back !!!!!!!!!

Owing this attic insid the Walls and being a curious and open-minded person towards other cultures and habits, I decided to renovate my apartment, which owns its own idependent entrance, in order to let people visit my home town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This lovely, spacious, bright and comfortable apartment, next to Villa Bottini, is located in an area that can be easily reached by car and it is provided with parking lots. The apartment has been recently restructured and furnished: it is on the third floor and it is made up of a spacious entrance/living-room with LCD TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave oven, electric oven, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, one double bedroom, one bedroom with tow single beds, a bathroom with shower; ideal for maximum 4 people.
The apartment is defined by its typical Tuscan style thanks to cherry wood beams, chestnut wood beams and cypress wood beams paired with beige colored walls. The apartment’s position is perfect to visit Lucca and to admire Villa Bottini, Torre Guinigi and Apuane mountains.
Me or my wife, Paola, will be waiting for you in order to welcome our guests in the apartment and to consign them the keys. For any requirement you can call us on our cell phones and we’ll be there is a few minutes.
