Very nice 2 bedrooms villa with heated pool (in winter time). Located in quiet local village Chayofa, just 4 km to Los Cristianos.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them with jacuzzi, full equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, garage, terrace with BBQ, heated pool. WiFi, international TV channels. Near Tennis courts, near local, spanish food restaurants with spanish life music. In walking distance small supermarket. Big supermarkets around 7 min by car. Close to the villa public bus service. There is a Jungle park in the village.
Perfect place for your relaxing holiday with family or friends!

Winter break.

A lovely quiet area to stay, but in easy access of the coast via bus taxi or car. The villa had everything we needed, was spacious for the 4 of us. It could do with some money spending on the property and some TLC. The kitchen is ready for replacing but functionable. This did not spoil the holiday but it did look much better in the photos. Not easy to distinguish which side of the villa you are living in from the booking. We were actually at the opposite side of the villa to what we thought we had booked. The shared pool was adequate for our needs and was cooling on the hot days.The local pub "The Treehouse was a 5 minute walk away and was a friendly place with good food. A small supermarket just down the hill for essentials. "Hot bread daily" I would definately return to the area, would even consider living there.

Chayofa villa Tenerife Sur

La casa maravillosa tranquila, la piscina solo para nosotros es un autentico lujo. La decoracion y el espacio muy bien aprovechado. Rita es fantástica en todo el momento y dejando que disfrutemos en familia. Muy recomendable para familias con niños que tengan un lugar para divertirse y al mismo tiempo con la tranquilidad para padres y madres. Repetiremos.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen

Wurden mit Sekt, Obst und Blumen begrüsst, eine sehr grosszügige und nette Geste. Der beheizte Pool ist klein aber sauber und wohltemperiert. Leider waren die Betten-Matratzen durchgelegen. Für vier Personen fehlen zwei Auflagen für die Liegen am Pool und die Kaffeemaschine ist etwas zu klein dimensioniert. Das Besteck könnte auch mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Comfortabel huis met privézwembad

Het huis heeft al het nodige comfort om een prettige vakantie door te brengen. Terras met privézwembad voor als je een keer thuis wil blijven, minimarket en tapasrestaurant vlakbij. Verder een leuke uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar de kust, de Teide, en tal van activiteiten in de buurt. Aangename ontvangst en vlotte communicatie.

Bellissima villetta, molto ben attrezzata e ben ubicata. Noi da molti anni veniamo a Chayofa, luogo molto tranquillo e rilassante. La consiglio e per tutti: famiglie, amici, coppie. Grazie e speriamo di ritornare l'anno prossimo.

Our stay in the villa was lovely, perfectly located just out of everything so nice and quite but a short drive into the main towns. Nice heated pool. Through our stay they didn’t clean or give any fresh towels but other than that a perfect stay and the owner just a text away. The owner also sorted out a pick up and drop off at the airport which was a lovely touch they didn’t have to do. Perfect stay and lovely hosts.

Chayofa Stay

There for 7 nights and we were pleased to have 3 restaurants within 5 minute walk. Pity that the Country Club next door is still closed. Most of the pictures on site are of next door and therefore somewhat confusing. The welcome package was exceptional, thank you. Only downside, cutlery and crockery and glasses were insufficient. For instance 2 teaspoons and 3 mugs. Overall though an enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately we picked the week of the dust storm, so unable to use facilities to full extent. Very noisy neighbours Otherwise good for our needs. Especially all the books.

Nice villa in need of TLC

A quiet location just 10 minutes walk to 3 restaurants. Kitchen appliances fairly new which we used all 14 days. Lovely pool heated and clean. TV channels limited to Spanish, UK channels listed but would not play. Music system limited, no facility for connecting our phones. The bedding and towels were serviceable but need renewal. The main bathroom ceiling had black mould over the shower and bath, and the jacuzzi drain is corroded. Generally the villa is not as bling as the photos online. So, even considering the minuses we still enjoyed our stay in Chayofa, a lovely village away from the manic coast but only 5 minutes down the hill.

Mysigt område

Jätte trevliga uthyrare. Som var väldigt hjälpsamma. Område var lugnt med några restauranger i närheten som gick att gå till. Huset hade det mesta, något lyhört när man spolade i toaletten eller gick i trappan. Vi passade på att hyra bil från en lokal uthyrare. Som det funkade jätte bra med. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus. Vi fick 10 härliga dagar i Chayofa. Mvh Daniel o Linda

Excellent villa

The villa is amazing, it's huge, Very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all cooking facilities. Outside the patio is very large and gets the sun all day. Chayofa is a quiet area only 5 mins drive from Los christianos so was nice to have the choice to be in the middle of it all or have some quiet time. 2 supermarkets only 5 mins walk away and there are afew restuarants as well, Chayofa country club right next door is very cheap to eat and good quality food. Rita and Darius were great, Darius picked us up from the airport and took us back when we were leaving, they are only a txt away if we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay.

More beautiful and larger than it looks like in the photos!

The house is more beautiful and larger than it looks like in the photos. Because of the warm welcome, it felt like coming home. The house was clean and fully equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher, indoor parking etc. Several good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Fantastic!

It was ok but like we said before it needs a little action to things ground floor bathroom was awful it stank of sewerage so we never used it at all dog barking next door was also a pain aswell as next door scraping of furniture at unsociable hours

Schönes Haus - leider mit vielen Mängel

Gebucht Villa 3 B, erhalten Villa 3 A!!! Beschrieben wurde keine Doppelhaushälfte Es fehlten lt. Beschreibung: Sonnenbank/Solarium-Umgebungskarten-Freizeitführer-Safe-Strandtücher-Grillbesteck-diverse Gläser und Geschirr-Toilettenpapier-keine Beschreibung aller elektrischen Geräte und ärztl.. Notdienst - Waschmaschine defekt - Bügeleisen ohne Stromanschluss - Armatur Bügel im oberen Bad rechts abgebrochen - Duschwasser im oberen Bad wurde nicht warm -Schwimmbeckenumrandung verschmutzt und ungepflegt -Mörtel z.T. gerissen und gebrochen. Bei Nachbarn jede Nacht Hundegebell - Erholung?? Positiv: Nachbarin Rita S. konnte z.T. aushelfen, z.B. Sitzauflagen für Terrassenstühle, zusätzliche Handtücher für Bad und Grillbesteck. Haus war gut gesäubert. Eine Empfehlung an Freunde können wir nicht abgeben, insbesondere das wir nicht das gebuchte Haus erhalten haben.
