¡Bienvenido a nuestro hogar familiar! Estamos ubicados entre los círculos 4 y 5, a solo una caminata rápida del río Deschutes y un corto paseo en bicicleta hasta Fort Rock Park. Este hogar tranquilo y de una sola historia le permite disfrutar del maravilloso aire libre, al tiempo que proporciona un lugar tranquilo para relajarse y rejuvenecer después de un día de aventura. La casa está equipada con dos dormitorios principales, cada uno con su propio baño privado. También hay un tercer dormitorio con baño de visitas completo. La habitación familiar es un gran lugar para relajarse, jugar juegos de mesa o simplemente descansar y ver la televisión desde nuestros nuevos sofás. El aire acondicionado sin ductos lo ayudará a refrescarse después de un duro día de juego. Luego remoje ese doloroso polvo en la nueva bañera de hidromasaje. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos recientemente renovados seguramente hará que cocinar en el hogar sea rápido y agradable.

En el garaje encontrarás muchas bicicletas (12 bicicletas en total más 4 juguetes para niños pequeños) para adaptarse a familias de todas las edades y tamaños, desde bicicletas para niños y niños hasta bicicletas para adultos. Nuestra calzada grande y plana y nuestra calle tranquila permiten practicar en bicicleta antes de recorrer las 33 millas de senderos pavimentados alrededor de Sunriver. Esta casa de un solo piso es perfecta para personas mayores y familias con niños pequeños. ¡Nuestra casa es una excelente opción para crear sus recuerdos de Sunriver!

Summer vacation

This was the perfect location for our family of 5, plus two grandparents! Our teens enjoyed their room and the extra suite was perfect for the grandparents. Clean, organized, well-stocked and such an easy going house to rest in, in between all the fun things to do. The hosts were very accommodating at our request to stay an additional night due to heat warnings and needing an extra day to pack up. The only things we wish it had was an extra room fan in the suite by the living room. Would definitely stay here again! Great for families.

Family adventure

We had to air out the bedrooms as all 3 had a mildew smell. The bedroom down the hall from the bunk bedroom never did get the smell out and the window was open the complete visit. Kitchen was nicely furnished with all our cooking needs. We all were pretty comfortable in the house, and the location was very convenient

Great home base for enjoying Sunriver!

It was a very good experience, we were three generations together enjoying our annual family summer get-together. This home provided all we needed to feel at-home: a well-equipped kitchen, great dining room table where we could all sit together, 2 outdoor tables, BBQ, hot tub, SHARC passed, 3 bathrooms. Everyone was happy with the set-up.

Centrally located Sunriver home with all the amenities!

We had a lovely time at 8 Klamath! Check-in was great, and communication with our hosts was extremely responsive. We didn’t encounter a single issue during our stay. The hot tub, Internet, tv, and gas grill all worked. We enjoyed the basketball hoop and the many bikes. The home was very clean and well stocked. The only thing I would add to the kitchen would be some larger format wine glasses. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Sunriver!

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed the location, it was very peaceful and close to the trails to the river. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the ductless AC worked well to keep the main portions of the house cool. Fans were provided for the bedrooms.

Lot's to Like

We enjoyed it's location on a dead-end street, comfy beds and furniture, it's deck, BBQ grill & hot tub, the well equipped kitchen, the bikes and recreation equipment, that SHARC passes were included, the hosts quick and helpful responses, easy to use TV and strong WiFi. The downsides were minor except for one feature--cooling happens only in the living space, not in the bedrooms which with the doors closed got hot. Minor were insufficient paper products incl. no napkins provided and sand in one of the beds.

Wonderful home

We had a fantastic stay here. Home is great for families. They have games and toys and we really enjoyed all the bikes. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect Sunriver Family Property

This property met or exceeded all of our expectations. The property owners were responsive and hospitable, even reaching out to us a day after we checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was very kid friendly exactly as described and our boys (6, 5) were thrilled to discover toys, variety of bikes and games in the house. For parents, the house was well appointed with plenty of towels, easy access to laundry, super fancy dishwasher and plenty of plates, cups, tupperware, ziploc bags etc. The location in Sunriver was quiet and close to the Bike Path and river and only a quick bike ride to the playground. SHARC and the Village weren't too much further either. A few things we wish the house had but not an issue at all: - We are both over 6ft and would have loved at least one King bed (all beds were Queen) - Smart TV is a bit dated so we couldn't use Hulu TV Live, next time we would bring our Amazon FireTV - Really strong AC in the living room bit no Central AC for the bedrooms. We kept windows open at night and even in July it was cool at night. All in all, we would absolutely stay again with our family next summer!

Great stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 plus grandma. The layout is spacious, and the kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Refreshing to stay in a home and not have to wash dishes after every meal. While we no longer have tiny kids, this would be the perfect place if you had toddlers or babies. No stairs to worry about and a full crib and a port-a-crib if needed. Our 6-year old enjoyed the tubs of toys, and the array of bikes was fun for all. We managed to figure out the COVID protocols for using SHARC too. Great communication with the owners, and easy check-in. Luxurious to have a hot tub to ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy and convenient

My best experience was the communication with the house owner, Jennifer. She responded my questions within minutes. I really appreciate it. The house has a good layout, in my opinion. It's not gigantic, but it's got three bedrooms and there bathrooms. There are A LOT OF towels. Also, I particularly like lots of hooks and hanging bars. You will never have to worry about not finding a place to hang your towels, swimming suits,etc.... Kitchen is well equipped. There was no cooking oil though. Not a big deal. We bought a big one and left there, so it should be enough for many guests to use after us. The beds are very comfortable and there are a lot of drawers in each bedroom for clothes, as well as big closets. Overall, it is a clean, cozy and comfortable house to stay at.

All the comforts needed for a family

It's a cute, comfortable home with lots of thoughtful details like kids sippy cups, spoons etc, multiple sleds and bikes all in good working condition, tons of bedding and towels, all the cookware you need, kids toys and books, and very responsive owners. We didn't want for anything!

Great vacation for two families

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Christmas 2020. We were joined by our co-quarantine family and this house was perfect for two couples and our combined children. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen was well-stocked and there were a number of toys stashed away which our children (preschool age) loved. The hot tub was a daily retreat and we loved having this home as our basecamp for days spent skiing at Bachelor, climbing at Smith Rock, hiking at Riley Ranch and Lava Lands, sledding in the nearby snow, and more. Communication with the owners was easy and they were impressively responsive with the one question I had upon arrival. In my experience, there are two types of rental properties in this world: those that supply you with basics that make life SO MUCH EASIER (I'm talking tupperware and ziplocs in the kitchen, extra pillows and sheets, abundant towels for baths and hot tub, laundry supplies, sleds and bikes in the garage, board games in the closet, etc) and those that don't. Pleased to report that this property definitely belongs in the former category - we felt right at home and were able to comfortably eat (and save! and pack!) meals for two families for a week. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect!

Loved the property. Very comfortable, had everything we needed (including a first aid kit, of which we regrettably had to take advantage after our son took a spill on his bike), great communication with the owners. Enjoyed the proximity to the river (5 mins by bike).

Amazing House close to everything!

This property was clean, spacious and kid friendly! Lots of room for eight of us to lounge, cook and play together. Hot tub was wonderful and the selection of bikes and cooking spices were top notch! Jennifer and Jim were friendly, quick to get back to us with any answers to questions and very accessible. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We purchased this home because we wanted a place to create wonderful childhood memories for our family. Our house is situated on a safe and quiet street. Our kids can play outside on the large driveway and ride their bikes to their hearts content. After dinner, we like to take family walks to the Deschutes River or hop on our bikes for a quick ride to Fort Rock Park. One of our kids' favorite things about the house is the hot tub! All three of them love soaking in it after an adventure filled day. We have a lot of quality family time in this home and hope you will too!
