Lodge 1 is a delightful cottage situated near the city of Truro in Cornwall. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite and two doubles (one with en-suite), along with a family shower room, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking, and an enclosed decked area with furniture. Located in a peaceful setting with rural views, Lodge 1 is a pleasant cottage in an excellent part of England.
Amenities: Central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4k Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen, bath robes and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available, however these must be requested in advance.Off road parking.
