Recientemente actualizado noveno piso amplio condominio familiar frente al mar. Plaza de aparcamiento cubierta reservada. Master de dos habitaciones con cama King, segunda habitación con dos camas Queen, dos baños completos con ropa de cama incluida, cocina totalmente equipada, área de comedor, sala de estar espaciosa, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, también una gran terraza frente al mar para disfrutar de todo el paisaje . Cerca del muelle de pesca más largo del Golfo. Condominio muy relajante y confortable.
Somos un alquiler de sábado a sábado.

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was breathtaking. The view was spectacular. The location was prefect. Close to the elevator and access to the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Family beach vacation

We stayed for a week and it was a wonderful time! The condo was just as pictured and described. We all slept well every night. The beds were comfortable and the condo unit was very quiet. The balcony overlooking the gulf was lovely. Great amenities! I would highly recommend booking your next vacation here!

Perfect condo!

We loved it. The view is unreal. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were all extremely comfortable. Owner is quick and responsive. Already looking to book again!

Great place to stay!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for us! The only thing that I could think of that we could have used is more plastic cups/bowls for the kids. Otherwise it had everything we needed and the whole process was super easy! Beautiful and homey condo! We are so thankful for the owners!

Beautiful condo!!

The entire process from renting the condo and getting everything we wanted was flawless! The location of this condo is right off the elevator., and we rarely had to wait. Everything was so close and convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the balcony was huge with stunning views! We will be back!

exceptional + weeklong maintenance.

The condo is very spacious and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs/vacation. The view was outstanding of the beach and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to use. The only negatives we experienced was the maintenance activities, which started around 8:30 am and continued throughout the day which made sleeping in or napping difficult.

Very nice condo and Clare was excellent to deal with. She was prompt in responses back to me. The only thing i would suggest is having chairs and an umbrella marked with the unit name and number left in the extra area so the guests have something to use.

Great Vacation Condo

We have stayed at the Regency before but this specific condo was our favorite. The spacious condo was accommodating for a party of 6. There was sufficient space for lounging in the living room, the kitchen table, and the kitchen was fully furnished with all things we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect on the beach. Just a short walk to the pier if you wanted or just far enough to feel comfortable swimming. There were no umbrellas setup in front of our room so we were able to use our own canopy which we prefer. We would certainly stay here again and recommend 11 out of 10 for anyone who asked to about this property. The security staff was amazing as well. I cant remember her name but we shared supper with her a few nights. She always made sure she was checking for our bands and remembered faces after 1 day. She made the stay feel even more comfortable and like home.

Great beachfront stay

My family of 4 stayed in this property for one week. The location of this unit relative to the elevator and trash chute is very convenient. The condo itself is very spacious and the room size is very generous. In addition, the balcony is very large and quite suitable for families. The view from this top floor unit was awesome. The covered parking is a very nice addition specific to this unit. It came in very handy as there were some storms while we were in the area. We love the Navarre Beach Regency and have stayed there a few times. This condo and stay did not disappoint. The pool was never overly crowded and we were always able to find chairs and tables even during peak season. Also, as the Regency is a bit smaller (a good thing) vs. the neighboring units the beach in front was never overly crowded. Communication with the owner was smooth and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely book this unit again.

Wonderful Stay!

This property is just as their listing/photos show. Very clean. Comfortable beds. All necessary items in kitchen for preparing meals. We had a wonderful stay and would try to book this property the next time we go to Navarre Beach.

A week in paradise!

This condo was oceanfront with a spacious balcony. It was tastefully decorated and had a fully equipped kitchen. Clare, the owner was attentive to all are needs. Best vacation ever!!! Great place, great weather and great friends.

Fantastic week!

Super nice condo with plenty of room. Comfortable, beautiful view. Right next to elevator (though never heard it) and the walkway to the beach and pool. So convenient! The dolphins put on quite a show for us one afternoon jumping and diving. Delightful! Ed with the beach chairs and umbrellas was so nice an accommodating. Will definitely visit again!

Regency stay August 2022

The property was very clean and we were very surprised as to how large the condo was from the bedrooms, kitchen and even the balcony. Also, the reserved covered parking space was a great bonus. Loved the ease to get to the beach and the property has a very nice pool area. Overall it was a great stay and Clare was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.
