A beautiful property in an ideal location.

The townhouse is stylish and well designed with good views from the top floor. The owner is very friendly as are the staff. It is on a quiet, clean part of the beach with good swimming. The property is professionally maintained. My one caveat is that the townhouse has 2 rather steep staircases so that anyone who has problem with negotiating stairs should probably choose another property. I would definitely return to this property. We loved it!

Nice and comfortable

We spent five days at this lovely place. Really comfortable and good standard. We spent more time than expected in the apartment as the pool was so nice and nice cooling breeze from the fans. Even though it was low season, weather was really great and upside was hardly anyone at the common pool and beach was nearly empty. Not that many restaurants to choose from though and hardly any shops close by. You can catch a taxi to a busier area quite easily. If you want a nice, quiet and relaxing holiday, this is your place! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Last minute but couldn't have been better!

Clean well sized well equipped and perfect! We booked very last minute as we were let down by somebody else. I know the property, to us was slightly unusual because it has walls missing ! However you very quickly aclimatise! and suddle

Beaitifull Spot in Koh Samuis

Very nice Villa located in walking distance to a quiet beach. Very nice pool and living room assembly. Its is awesome to dip in the pool two steps away from the couch. The villa offered sea-view and is very tasteful furnished. Also kept clean every day. We spent few days with our sons. The boys were freaking out with the pool because its so cool to get a refreshing bath straight from breakfast table. Restaurants, minimarket and fruit stall (sweet fresh mangos, bananas, ….) just around the corner. The Host’s are very friendly, supported with useful tips and recommendations. Were also super helpful, as I forgot my headphones. Transport back to my German Homeadress was organised very non-bureaucratically. We can 100% recommend this place!

Increíble

En nuestro viaje a Tailandia fue el mejor alojamiento, nos quedamos impresionados con la piscina en el salón y solo a unos metros de la playa. Todo tal y como aparece en las fotos, súper limpio y en perfecto estado. Tiene restaurantes cerca a buen precio. También un buen sitio de masajes en la playa (300 BTH 1h) y supermercados 24h al lado. Está cerca de aeropuerto, regatead precios con taxistas. Allí mismo alquilas motos y es perfecta para moverte por la preciosa isla de Sumai. 100% recomendable. Volvería sin duda.

One month stay

Well located with a great, quiet beach. The owner was quite accommodating. There are a significant number of stairs, so anyone with a physical disability would have a major access problem. Our only complaint was the significant level of road noise (the unit is right beside the road) and noise from adjacent residents as the units are very close to each other with no sound mitigation .

Thank you for the review. Yes, you are right, because of the stairs this Unit is not recommended for disabled persons, but this we communicate in the ad. Because the Villa is situated at the road (backside of the house), you sometimes can hear the noise, but you can avoid it if you close the bathroom windows. Thanks again for your stay.

Beautiful, Quiet Luxury on Koh Samui

This place has it all! The beach is a short stroll down a path. The condo is a gorgeous, modern, open air living room that opens to its own private infinity pool. Koh Samui is a busy bustling place, but this is located on the only quiet and secluded beach area left on the island. Most people go up hill to get away from it all. Here you have that on the beach. Perfect for romantic getaways or a family vacation. I completely loved this place. The property manager is very helpful and sweet and I met the owner, who is a beautiful and gracious host.

Mae Nam Condo

This property was really nice. It seemed a bit odd that the living room and kitchen are open to the elements but it was a small adjustment for us to enjoy the condo, the view, and the pool. Having a pool attached to the living room was fantastic. It was just a short walk to the beach which was for the most part deserted. The property itself isn't near much but there is a rustic restaurant across the street with absolutely fantastic and reasonably priced food. I would recommend having transportation but using a taxi is also convenient and can be set up at the office downstairs. Overall I would not hesitate to book this place again...it's a definite winner!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen

Ferienwohnung mit allen Extras eingerichtet. Alle Räume klimatisiert (leise), Pool groß genug zum Abkühlen, Küche mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikro, Mixer, Wasserkocher alles in gutem Zustand. Nachts hört man etwas die Hauptstraße (uns hat es nicht gestört). Bäcker direkt unten im Haus, Einkaufsladen (FamilyMarkt) wo man alles bekommt ca. 100 m weg. Zum Essen gehen sehr zentral gelegen (ca. 15 Lokale in der Nähe)! Strand zum Schwimmen weniger geeignet!

Quiet Luxurious Getaway

Very fancy villa with all the bells and whistles. Away from all the hustle and bustle. Staff is fantastic. Housekeeping and maintenance world class. Amazing sound proofing between villas; wasn't even aware of other occupants. Very quiet corner of the island with minor road noise. Beach tides are dramatic. Depending on the season at low tide, the water is very shallow and rocky, at which point the staff rakes the beach immaculate. When the tide comes back in, you have a top notch beach. You'll need some transportation, and want to prepare your own meals.

Private getaway in a different part of Samui.

Very nice townhouse, still feels like new. Excellent swimming in the sea at high tide. Magnificent sunsets, even better if you paddle out a few hundred meters with the free kayak. Enough restaurants within 15 minutes walking. Much less crowded then other parts of the island. The shower on the toppfloor has very poor waterpressure. Very minor issue anyway.

Einfach spitze!

Wir (4 Personen) waren Anfang August für 2 Wochen zu Gast im Apartment 2 von Roberto Lopez am Mae Nam Beach. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, sie entspricht exakt den Abbildungen. Der Küchen- und Essbereich mit Rattansitzecke ist zum Pool hin offen, freundlich und gemütlich gestaltet. Mit einer Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt befindet sich im unteren Bereich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Über eine recht steile Treppe kommt man dann ins Obergeschoss mit einer riesigen Terasse, 2 weiteren Schlafzimmern (alle mit Doppelbetten), einem weiteren Badezimmer und einer zusätzlichen Toilette. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert und mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen haben wir Anfang August im unteren Teil der Wohnung gar nicht benötigt. Lediglich oben wurde sie ab und an für kurze Zeit eingeschaltet, da sich die oberen Räume stärker aufheizen. Im unteren Teil der Wohnung hat man Sicht auf die benachbarten Wohnungen und den Garten, oben hat man sogar ein wenig Meerblick. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte durch den Garten entfernt, der Strand ist sehr schön mit etwas gröberem Sand. Leider kommen recht bald Steine und das Baden ist daher an diesem Strandabschnitt nur etwas eingeschränkter möglich. In der Anlage gibt es noch einen etwas größeren Pool, den wir auch gerne und oft genutzt haben. Die Apartment- und Bungalowanlage liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Wohnung ist aber zum Meer hin geöffnet. Man hört den Straßenlärm zwar mitunter deutlich, wir haben ihn aber nachts nicht als störend empfunden, obwohl wir einen sehr leichten Schlaf haben. Das Rauschen des Pools dämpft die Straßengeräusche und wer möchte, kann die gut isolierten Schiebetüren schließen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann (voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühl/Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine (Tabs mitnehmen!) Mixer, Toaster, etc, ausreichend flauschige Handtücher, TV (1 dt. Programm), Musikanlage etc). Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden alle 4 Tage gewechselt, täglich wird gefegt. Es hat uns definitiv an nichts gefehlt. Mae Nam Beach ist eher ein ruhiger Strand mit einigen leckeren Essmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Möchte man mehr Trubel oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben, benötigt man ein Verkehrsmittel. Kleinere Probleme wie fehlendes Wasser (Tank leer) und mangelnde Poolreinigung wurden sofort nach der Nachfrage behoben. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft und nette Betreuung

Wir haben von Ende Juni bis Anfang Juli 2 Wochen in diesem Reihenhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung war mit allem erdenklichen und nützlichen ausgestattet. Es fehlte unserer Meinung nach an nichts. Alle Angestellte des Offices standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Gestaltung des Wohnzimmers (offen) mit angrenzendem kleinen Swimming Pool fanden wir richtig klasse. Die Lage in Bang Po ist eher etwas ruhiger. Um hier flexibel zu sein, würden wir die Anmietung eines Mofas oder Autos empfehlen. Den 5. Stern haben wir nicht vergeben, da uns der Strand zwar optisch sehr gut gefiel, aber sich besonders bei Ebbe sehr viele Steine zum Vorschein kamen und für die Füße spürbar wurden.

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Zum Thema Strand gibt es zu sagen, dass zu dieser Jahreszeit (Juni / Juli) das Wasser bei Ebbe etwas weiter zurück geht als im restlichen Jahr, dafür ist der Strand breiter. Im Dezember, Januar kommt das Wasser etwas höher auf den Strand (der dann etwas schmaler ist), dafür hat man im Wasser Sand unter den Füßen. So ist das mit der Natur! Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder auf Samui begrüßen zu dürfen.

belle villa bien équipée

Villa bien équipée, 3 belles chambres dont 2 communicantes à l'étage, literie de qualité , belle petite piscine à débordement rien ne manque, la cuisine est parfaite pour se concocter de bons petits plats, le quartier est pratique, boulangerie juste à côté et supérette à quelques minutes à pieds, pas de problèmes pour prendre sur la route à côté taxi meter ou taxi collectif. endroit calme, proche de Nathon (15' en voiture) Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire Juste dommage que la plage la plus proche ait peu d'eau et des récifs coupants, mais la splendide plage de Nae nam est toute proche...

Villa hat alles was man braucht für einen traumhaften Urlaub

Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Lage direkt am Meer und nur durch den herrlich duftenden Gartenweg getrennt (50-70 Meter) ist wunderbar entspannend. Die drei klimatisierten Schlafzimmer, die optimal ausgestattete Küche und die gemütliche Sitzecke mit dem Highlight des angrenzenden privaten Pool sind einfach nur toll!

Super Unterkunft

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Angaben und Bilder stimmen zu 100% ,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr freundich von Miu empfangen, hätten uns aber einen deutschsprachigen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gewünscht. In den Angaben ist ja auch deutschsprachig angegeben. Die Lage ist super. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

una vacanza meravigliosa

Siamo 2 coppie (1 di Napoli e 1 di Padova) rientrati il 10 febbraio dalla vacanza a Koh Samui. Non ci sono parole ed emozioni per descrivere sia la bellissima isola che il soggiorno presso Villa Mitoyenne ... tutto perfetto dalla splendida spiaggia lunghissima e piena di locali dove poter cenare del buonissimo pesce e piatti thai in riva al mare alla casa in ogni suo aspetto (comfort e posizione spettacolare a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia) e alla gentilezza di Roberto, il proprietario, sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta ed esigenza. Consigliabile a tutti quanti ... famiglie .. coppie .. gruppo di amici ... Speriamo di poterci ritornare l'anno prossimo perche' e' tutto rimasto scolpito nel cuore. Nunzia & Max, Elisa & Emanuele

Génial

Très belle villa, excellemment équipée. L'équipe du coconut laguna villas est très agréable, efficace et discrète. Emplacement idéal pour les familles, plage extrêmement calme. Il y a de nombreux restaurant tout autour. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille. La manager et Roberto sont de bon conseils pour les restaurants et les choses à faire aux alentours. PARFAIT!

Tolle Anlage, tolles Haus, tolles Gegend

Als erstes möchten wir (2 Pärchen 47/44 und 47/38) Danke sagen und das Objekt und die Gegend zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist modern und hochwertig voll eingerichtet . SEHR GEPFLEGT. Sowohl das Haus wie auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir sind Ende Mai angereist und hatten ein tolles Wetter. Strand Menschenleer. Also wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr gute Restaurant und Bar in unmittelbare Nähe direkt am Strand. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter. ALLGEMEiN waren alle sehr sympathisch. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. LG aus dem Karlsruherraum

Wunderbare Tage unter Palmen

Wir verbrachten 11 Tage in dieser Reihenvlila in Bang Por und haben sie sehr genossen. Die Villa ist, wie auch die gesamte Anlage, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was für den Urlaub benötigt wird. Sie entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung des Vermieters. Highlight ist der offenene Wohnbereich mit privatem Pool. Insgesamt gibt es zusätzlich zum Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche noch drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und eine separate Toilette. Jeden Morgen wurde der Wohnbereich incl. Küche durch das Personal aufgefrischt und alle vier Tage wurde die komplette Villa gereinigt und mit neuer Wäsche und Handtüchern versehen. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich von Nikki, der House-Managerin, empfangen. Sie gab uns gleich einige nützliche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Kleinere anfallende Reparaturen wurden durch das Service Team umgehend behoben. Es gibt einige Restaurants in Laufweite und auch einen kleinen Family Mart, so dass ein Auto nicht zwingend notwendig ist. Empfehlenswert ist es aber schon, da Taxi fahren auf Samui verhältnismäßig teuer ist. Der Strand direkt an der Anlage ist sehr schön. Er fällt aber sehr flach ab und ist bei niedrigem Wasserstand zum Baden nicht sehr gut geeignet da sich viele Steine im Wasser befinden. Wir sind zum Baden mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten nach Lomprayah bei Mae Nam gefahren. Dort fällt der Strand steiler ab. Beachten sollte man, dass die Anlage direkt an der Ringstraße von Samui liegt. Die Wohneinheiten sind zwar alle rückwärtig zum Garten und Meer hin angelegt, aber nicht vollständig von den Geräuschen der Strasse abgeschirmt.
