Lots of mouse from apartment above

Our only complaint is that the people in the apartment above us were so loud -I realize it might be just the way the apartment is but it did keep us up and for that reason we wouldn’t want to book another stay there… Pat was very nice and helpful and in other ways we were happy with the place-

Good Choice

Overall this property is very nice! Just be careful in the master bath because the tub is very slippery and you could fall if you're not alert. Also, if you like to play games on a rainy day you might want to bring your own. We were not familiar with one of the games and wanted to play but the rule book was no where to be found. Note that if you like chess there was a set there. There was also a nice collection of magazines and books. Finally, the WiFi signal and cell signal are both quite weak and the TV reception was poor. I did find the property owner to be very responsive but I was surprised because when we left we sent her what I thought was a very, very nice text to thank her and she never replied in any way. So if you don't mind an occasional slip in client relations I highly recommend this location. It's not glamorous but it is very nice.

It was a great experience for our family. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and apartment but thin walls.

This is a great apartment in an excellent location. Easy to get to everything. Very nice and nice amenities. The only drawback is the apartment above. Depending on who is renting upstairs, you might hear a lot of noise. I told Patricia and she politely reminded the guests to be quieter and it did help so we appreciated that. I would stay again but upstairs next time.

Pleasant and convenient

Great location, quiet, private and comfortable space, yet right around the corner from a major arterial connecting to all local attractions. We enjoyed touring the Valley Forge National Historical Park, which combines history with lots of hiking trails. And of course if shopping is your thing the fantastic KoP mall is just a couple minutes down the road.

This apartment was perfect for my two daughters and me. It was very clean and had lots of extras that you don't always find in a rental. Like spices for cooking, an umbrella, and some games. We enjoyed it very much!

The property is in a very convenient location, allowing privacy, yet close to shopping. The walls were a little thin, we could hear the people moving around on the second floor. Would definitely recommend.

The listing for this property was accurate--it was a very well furnished two bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. It was located in an area which was very convenient for our needs, close to Dekalb Pike and the King of Prussia Mall, not to mention a Target store. And we would stay there again when we visit King of Prussia.

Clean and convenient apartment

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. We stayed here for Villanova's parents weekend. It's very close to King of Prussia mall and withn 20 minutes of Villanova. The apartment had two nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds. The apartment was quite "homey." Pat was very responsive to all our inquiries. I would stay here again.

.....This is a house that was renovated into two apartments. Apartment B is on the top/second floor. We have received 5 stars for this apartment. Noted to be very clean and large. So many area attractions. Of course, the King of Prussia Mall is primo. Nearby to Elmwood Park Zoo, Valley Forge trails/history, and a place to just sit and relax/read. Nice to stay if friends/family are nearby. This is not just a room in someone's home or a hotel where one usually has a bathroom and a bed. We have two apartments, one on the first floor which is 2 bedrooms, and the other on the second floor which is three bedrooms. Along with a kitchen, and bathrooms, and much more, etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

....First, we care and hope you will enjoy your time at our place. Secondly, we are near King of Prussia Mall, tons of restaurants, hiking/biking/walking at nearby Valley Forge Park, and Chester Valley Trail and so many other attractions. Or, one can enjoy themselves just hanging out and reading and de-stressing.
