We stayed for in the apartment for 5 weeks February/March 2021, which we booked last minute due to COVID restrictions preventing us from returning to the UK. The property is geared up for the average 2 weeks holiday and doesn’t necessarily cater for “long term rental”

The complex is very secure, immaculately kept and the pool is beautiful.
The fabulous balcony with spectacular views over Los Gigantes is the main selling point for this apartment. It is well furnished and the sun shines from around 11.30 am until around 7 pm at that time of year.
The kitchen is well equipped with a very good oven and hob, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Some things are probably due for replacement and for us, food storage was an issue only because we mostly ate in the apartment, trying to “live as if we were at home”.
The main double room is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space.
The main issue for us was the WIFI – not necessarily high on everyone’s agenda, however when booking we weren’t aware that it was a “shared” service. The signal was very intermittent, depending on the number of other users.
Although only a few apartments were occupied, there was some noise from adjoining properties as is to be expected in this type of property.
