EL ESPACIO

Es un apartamento de 70 metros cuadrados, cuenta con salón, dos habitaciones una principal con cama doble y otra con dos camas individuales, lo que lo hace apto para hasta un máximo de 4 personas. El piso se encuentra en la Calle Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, situado en uno de los barrios más emblemáticos de la cuidad, Triana, rodeada de bares locales donde se puede disfrutar de la verdadera (local) Sevilla. Está a 5 minutos a pie del mercado de Triana y de una de las calles mas icónicas de la cuidad, Calle Betis, donde podrá pasear juanto al rio disfrutando de una de las mejores vistas de la ciudad y enamorarse de Sevilla. También está a 10/15 minutos a pie de la calle Tetuán o Sierpes, donde puedes hacer tus compras y disfrutar de nuestro famoso pescado en adobo.

The apartment is located in Calle Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno, located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the city, Triana, surrounded by local bars where you can enjoy the real (local) Seville. It is 5 minutes walk from the market of Triana and one of the most iconic streets of the city, Calle Betis, where you can walk to the river enjoying one of the best views of the city and fall in love with Seville. It is also a 10/15 minute walk from Tetuan Street or Sierpes, where you can do your shopping and enjoy our famous fish in adobo.

La vivienda de nueva construcción es decir a estrenar cuenta con todas las ventajas de una casa moderna y muy equipada. Se ha cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle.
Durante la estancia se tiene acceso a toda la vivienda, vais a disfrutar de todo el piso.
En la cocina podéis preparar vuestros platos favoritos ya que está totalmente equipada, por lo que podéis usar todo.
La vivienda se entrega con la ropa de cama y toallas necesarias para los huéspedes. En el cuarto de baño, encontrareis botecitos de jabón de manos, champú y gel de ducha para el primer día. No hace falta que llevéis todo esto en vuestra maleta.

Mis amigos de Minty Host me ayudan a cuidar a mis huéspedes cuando no me encuentro en la ciudad
dado que viajo bastante. Ellos seguramente se encargarán de recibirte, mostrarte la vivienda y responderte ante cualquier duda que tengas de la vivienda, del barrio o de la ciudad, además de darte las recomendaciones que quieras.

OTROS ASPECTOS DESTACABLES

La hora del check-in es a partir de las 3 de la tarde, aunque en algunos casos podrás entrar antes, simplemente pregúntame. Si llegas después de las 11 de la noche habrá una tasa de check-in nocturno de 15€, a pagar en el momento del Check In.
La puerta de entrada al apartamento se cierra de golpe. Es importante no olvidar las llaves dentro del apartamento o puestas en la cerradura durante vuestra estancia en la ciudad. A la hora del check out por favor, dejad las llaves encima de la mesa del salón y cerrad la puerta tras vosotros. La hora de salida es antes de las 11 si no hemos acordado otra hora previamente. Nuestra chica de limpieza llegará sobre las 11. Si coincidís con ella, por favor, dejadla entrar.

The door to the apartment closes at once. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At checkout please leave your keys on the living room table and lock the door behind you.
Check-out time is before 11am if we have not agreed otherwise. Our cleaning girl will arrive at about 11. If you agree with her, please let her in.

EL BARRIO

El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro histórico, monumental y comercial de la ciudad. Calle Betis, a tan sólo 400 metros, es el punto neurálgico de la vida sevillana. Es una zona de bulliciosas calles peatonales, caracterizadas por su gran número de comercios, muchos de ellos con más de un siglo
de existencia. A distancia de delicioso paseo de no más de 10/15 minutos entramos en la zona peatonal del entorno de la Catedral, con su Giralda, y el Barrio de Santa Cruz, Judería y Arenal.
En los alrededores hay varias paradas de bus y de taxi.
Los alrededores de nuestras viviendas están repletos de encantadoras casas tradicionales, palacios, mansiones, patios floridos y, sobre todo, historia.
