Mesa stay

Place was on second floor. Nice inside but older and needing some upgrades. Very well equipped in kitchen and bedrooms. Very quiet.

Awesome place

We stayed with our boys for a boxing tournament. This was everything we needed it to be. If you're looking for a place to stay in Mesa do yourself a favor and stay here. Thank you so much for an excellent place to stay.

AZ trip

Property was clean. There were many things that showed wear but nothing we could not liive with. Probably because of my inability to deal with modern technology, we did have quite a time with the heating/AC. Initially we could only get the AC to work - not heat. The last day, we had both heating and air. Not sure the heat ever came on but found it difficult to get the AC to work properly. I would really like someone to come over and show me how to operate the system. Not sure how the repairs work but I tried to point out areas with wear etc. but finally gave up so hoping we are not charged for anything. I thought the second TV would have worked better for us in the other bedroom with the double bed but we managed in the twins.

Mesa Business Stay

I travel to the area for business regularly and this was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and updated. It was easy to find and parking as convenient. I felt safe staying at this location and would definitely stay again.

Great for family

We stayed here for our son’s spring break baseball tournament. Great central location! The unit has a large living area, well-appointed kitchen, and nice balcony. Parent and kids rooms have their own bathrooms, which is really nice. The complex pool is not heated, so it was too chilly for spring swimming but was nice for sun bathing. Great stay, thank you!

Clean condo, central to lots of things to do

Condo was clean and set up nicely. The pool was not heated and had no outdoor grill. Bath tub and shower could use a little upgrading around them. It was in a residential building so didn’t get the snowbird community vibe we like when going south.

Great Stay

Apartment more than served its purpose. We were there for Spring Training and needed a place to sleep and shower. We were also able to hang around, have a beer and chat. Great location. Only downside, if there was one, is there was no sleeper sofa. Tough to sleep 5 guys but we made do.

First time using a vacation rental, wasn’t disappointed!!

This place really added so much to our vacation. We are a family of 5 with 3 daughters ages 12, 12, and 8. This place fit our needs perfectly! To start off, it is spotless! My biggest concern renting a vacation rental instead of a hotel room, for the first time, was cleanliness and I’ll tell you, I wasn’t disappointed! The place was so well aquiped for sleeping, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows and blankets to go around. It was well aquiped for eating with a large fridge, nice stove and all the essential pots and pans. It had a washer and dryer, which was great! Packing for a week in a tiny bag required the use of a washer. There was soap and softener to use. The location is perfect. The grounds are well maintained. The apartment is quiet. Once inside, you would swear you were in a private house. My daughters loved the pool most. That was certainly an added bonus! Inessa was great about answering any questions I had prior to arrival. As I said it was our first time not using hotels. We will surely stay here again if we make it back to Arizona! Thank you Inessa for adding so much to our vacation! Thank you for making our vacation affordable!

Very convenient

This was an excellent stay. Apartment was exactly as described. Check in instructions were simple. Great to have an assigned parking spot. Very convenient to have two bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom and large walk in closet. There were only two of us on this trip but the apartment would have been very comfortable for 4. Full size washer and dryer were useful. Perfect for Cubs Spring training as it's less than 3 miles from Sloan Park and easy to get to other ballparks as entries onto both major area highways are very conveniently located. Thank you!

Perfect for a family getaway!

My little family loved this quaint setup in the heart of mesa. It made traveling with little ones so much better because it felt like home. Would definitely recommend and will definitely rent again.

Excellent accommodations!!

The apartment was spotless! The apartment was in a lovely spot, close to everything. It was clean, comfortable, lots of room for 4 people. The kitchen was well stocked with a toaster, coffee pot and clean spacious fridge. We were only there for the weekend so really only made coffee in the kitchen. The bedrooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with linens, a hair dryer and necessities. Inessya provided us with excellent communication from our initial booking to a week before our trip and provided us with all the information we needed to find the apartment and get in. She emailed the day before, the day we arrived and the day we left. We couldn't have asked for a better spot and at a great price too. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.
