Casale Lavinia se ha creado en un establo del siglo XVI. Está amueblado en el típico país toscano estilo y ofrece todas las comodidades modernas. La piscina está justo al lado del apartamento. Ubicación ofrece una magnífica supervisión en el valle de Lucca, Pisa y Livorno. Tiene un jardín muy grande incluida la propia piscina.


Ubicación: Situado en Lucca Hills, es 15 'de distancia del centro de la ciudad. Se recomienda para las personas que deseen disfrutar de la paz y relax que ofrece la naturaleza, pero que, al mismo tiempo, le gustaría visitar ciudades de interés histórico, como Florencia, Pisa, Livorno, Barga, Bagni di Lucca, en torno a una hora o menos. También es fácil de llegar, hay Garfagnana. Es nuestra amplia región de la montaña, que ofrece varias parque natural magnífico. Además, Versilia es la Rivier conocido por sus playas de arena y la vida nocturna.

Erholung pur mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Sehr nette Vermieter, die Haus, Garten und Poollandschaft sehr gepflegt halten und bei Fragen jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit sind. Das Anwesen liegt in den Hügeln von Lucca, ca. 15-20min mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, jedoch keine Spülmaschine. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht zur Verfügung und Parkmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb des Grundstücks ausreichend vorhanden. Das Wlan reicht bis zum Pool mit guter Geschwindigkeit. Wir haben einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wer genau hinsieht kann am Horizont sogar den Schiefen Turm von Pisa erkennen. Für Tagesausflüge bieten sich Pisa (45min), Florenz (1,5h) und Cinque Terre / La Spezia (1,5h) an.

Heerlijke week in de heuvels buiten Lucca doorgebracht. Mooi huis, vriendelijke eigenaar die bijzonder hulpvaardig is en een mooie olijfolie maakt. Fijn zwembad en door de ligging in de heuvels 's-nachts een lekkere bries voor de afkoeling.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, auch wenn die Fahrt dahin ab Lucca etwas abenteuerlich ist. Dann erwartet einen allerdings ein toller Blick und ein schöner großer Pool. Die Toskana hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. 😀

Tolles Anwesen, sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, ruhig in den Hügeln gelegen. Alle Zimmer sind entsprechend der Beschreibung und die Einrichtung ist gut. Einzig eine Klimatisierung in den Schlafräumen wäre bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad wünschenswert. Aufgrund der Berglage muss man für die einfache Anfahrt (vom Ort Lucca) mit etwa 20 min über schmale Zufahrtsstraßen rechnen. Dafür hat man einen tollen Blick auf Lucca und Pisa. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und war für unsere Kinder ein Highlight. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

The Pucetti family are truly wonderful hosts! Friendly, helpful and great fun and happy to leave us alone if required. The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The view from the patio is sublime and as the light changes the detail evolves, mornings and evenings are particularly delightful!

Wer Ruhe ist hier absolut richtig

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Feriendomizil. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, trotz der Abgeschiedenheit wurde es nicht langweilig. Sehr zentral gelegen für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die schönen Städte der Toskana. Lucca, Pissa, Florenz sind innerhalb von max. 1,5 h erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen auch gerne bei der Planung von Ausflügen.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed one week at the house. We really enjoyed the place, quiet, beautiful vieuws. We used the swimming pool every day. Ideal place for visitting Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre. The house and garden are well kept, very clean, complete. Swimming pool cleaned every day. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops enough in Lucca. Owners very friendly and helpfull. We absolutely recommend this house for a visit at Tuscany. Fam. Burggraaf, Holland

Stunning location, views and villa

We stayed for 9 nights in June, myself, my wife and 2 young children. I cannot emphasise how beautiful first of all Tuscany is but the villa, gardens and the views at casale lavinia are just second to none. It is just far enough away from everything to feel like you are away from it all, but in reach of everything. The main town close by is lucca and out of all of the town's we visited (pisa, Florence, viareggio etc) this was by far our favourite and only a 20 minute drive. A local supermarket does amazing bread, and a great deli for all fresh food you will enjoy. The villa has all sorts of herbs growing and fresh lemons, so if you like I did enjoy cooking you will not be disappointed! They also produce wine from their own vines, and also make olive oil Lastly the hosts, Edo, Maurizio and ilene and just lovely people, you are very much left alone with your privacy to get on with your vacation but I enjoyed their friendly chats when we did bump into them. Thanks so much guys 100 percent would recommend the villa, if you want a slice of Tuscan life for some days. I and my family will remember this holiday forever. Ps - watch the fireflies at night when it gets dark. Amazing spectacle along with soaring birds of prey and the odd bright green lizard running around

Super property in beautiful setting

Our family of four had a warm welcome from Edu and family despite our late arrival. The property has three good sized bedrooms which are traditionally furnished. The two shower rooms are modern and very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The reception room is open-plan into the kitchen and overall this space is good but probably not big enough for more than four if you were stuck inside due to bad weather. Outside there is a covered area with a large table and chairs where up to eight could eat and drink comfortably. The outside areas are great; well-maintained with enough seating and sun loungers. The pool is superb; a good size and, again, well-maintained with the owners cleaning and checking the water every evening. The views of the surrounding hills from the property are great and you can see all the way to Pisa on a clear day. We loved the location in the hills, for the views and for the general peacefulness. However, due to the road up to the property (quite narrow in places and twisty) it generally takes up to 20 minutes to the nearest small shop and 35 minutes approx. into Lucca with its large supermarkets. Pisa is about one hour away. This was not a problem but worth bearing in mind if you run out of provisions or decide to supersize your rental car. Edu and his family live in the property behind the rental property, but you would not know that they were there unless you needed them. We found them to be very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend their property.

Very enjoyable

Very picturesque.very clean and just how it looks in the pictures had a relaxing and enjoyable break with my family.Only down side is the journey up to the property and time it takes to get into Lucca,which you need a good twenty minutes to get to even if it is only 10km.However once you are at the property it is worth the journey.Very friendly owners. Loved the evenings eating outside on the patio.Thankyou would definitely visit again

séjour magnifique dans un petit coin de paradis.

La première impression qui se dégage lorsqu’on arrive à Casale Lavinia est qu’on va profiter d’un séjour magnifique dans un petit coin de paradis. Tout en haut de la colline, le panorama est sublime et le calme absolu. La contemplation du paysage est un vrai bonheur. Même lorsqu’il fait très chaud, l’atmosphère reste supportable. De toute manière, la très belle piscine permet de se rafraîchir à toute heure de la journée. Lors de notre arrivée, Edo, le propriétaire, nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, avec une bouteille de vin et une bouteille d’huile d’olive maison. Tout au long du séjour, nous avons toujours pu compter sur Edo et sa famille et nous les remercions vivement pour toute l’aide précieuse apportée durant notre séjour. L’amabilité de la famille va bien au-delà de ce qu’on peut généralement attendre. L’intérieur de la maison, propre et soigné, correspond parfaitement à sa description sur le site. L’équipement mis à disposition est fonctionnel et suffisant pour couvrir les besoins habituels. Tous nos repas ont été pris à l’extérieur de la maison, sous la pergola, et nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans et autour du jardin et de la piscine. La maison, le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. En résumé, un endroit idyllique tenu par une famille formidable. Le jour du départ, c’est avec beaucoup de regrets que l’on quitte Casale Lavinia, Edo et toute sa famille.

Peaceful location with stunning views. Property maintained to a high standard.

Castle Lavinia provided a wonderful holiday for us. The views are the best we have ever had and I never tired of just sitting and taking it all in (on a clear day the leaning tower of Pisa can be seen). The property and grounds are very tidy and well maintained (pool cleaned daily with the house cleaned and linen refreshed after the first week). There is plenty to see and do in the area and we certainly feel we could spend another two weeks here without many (if any) repeat activities. The road to the property can initially be a little hair-raising to drive up (very narrow in places with steep drops) but is fine when you get used to it. The small supermarket at Sant Alessio is only 15 minutes drive and does great fresh focaccia and other essential items. Lucca itself is also beautiful and has a number of larger shops. I would say that the drive to Lucca is realistically more like 25 minutes than the 15 mentioned in the details but that's not much of a hardship when you consider the location of the house and the views you get in return. Owners are very helpful and friendly and were always on hand if needed but we never felt overlooked by them. Overall a perfect holiday house and location. Usually we like to try different places for our stays but feel Castle Lavinia is so nice we would seriously consider staying here again when we undoubtedly return to this part of Italy.

Wonderful Tuscan escape

Six of us returned yesterday from a fortnight at Casale Lavinia, which proved to be a wonderful base from which to explore Northern Tuscany. Edo and his family are outstanding hosts; helpful without being obtrusive, and they were so kind to us throughout our stay. The house itself is beautifully maintained, and we spent a lot of time in and around the garden and pool area, which had the breeze to mediate the heat which some of the towns lower down in the valleys didn't during the current heat wave. As a mark of the care they devote to the place, the pool was cleaned every day, and was pretty idyllic as a place to keep cool and enjoy pool volleyball or just ploughing up and down trying to work off the pizza, pasta and Chianti. We also enjoyed sitting out on the terrace at night in the warm evening breeze, usually with all the outside lights turned off watching shooting stars and enjoying the sounds of the mountains and forest at night (lots of wildlife around - saw wild boar, many foxes, buzzards and some beautiful large butterflies). A couple of tips - there is no air conditioning in the house itself, and so the bedrooms can become quite hot. It may be worth taking a portable fan or something similar just to get some sort of breeze through the rooms at night (open windows result in mosquitoes getting in). Secondly, the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive down the spectacular mountain road so if, as we did, you arrive late on the first evening, it is probably worth doing a food shop in Lucca before you head up the hill to the villa. A couple of recommended trips...Lucca generally is beautiful, and we had a particularly lovely afternoon cycling around the city walls, which is a really popular pastime and allows you to see the city whilst keeping cool and getting some gentle exercise. Also, a place near Bagni di Lucca (40 min drive) has just recently opened called Canyon Park....stunning gorge adventure place with zip lining, high ropes, and paddle boarding up the gorge. Sounds intimidating but isn't, and has the most stunning opal coloured waters to swim in and clamber up the rocks and jump in...we had several teenagers with us and they, and we, loved it, although the water is cold so takes some getting used to. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, with lovely hosts and an idyllic setting.

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem Olivenhain und bietet eine grandiose Aussicht! Die Gastfamilie ist so freundlich und nett, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Pool und Haus in super Zustand kein Grund zu meckern! Kulinarische Geschmacksexplosion beim Abendessen mit der Familie. Super Ferienhaus um die Seele baumeln zu lassen!

Wonderful stay, lovely home, beautiful surroundings

Four adults and two teenage girls in our party stayed for a blissful week in May 2017. Our hosts were kind and most helpful, providing board games and DVDs to keep girls occupied some evenings. Lovely large bedrooms and nice kitchen. Gardens and pool was excellent, well kept and watered and cleaned daily. We ate outdoors every meal under the covered patio area. The only slight drawback was that the lounge was a bit small for six people but given the lovely weather this did not prove much of a problem for our party. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Tolles Haus in den Bergen der Toskana

Wir verbrachten 2 wundervolle Wochen im Casale Lavinia. Die Lage und Aussicht des Hauses ist beindruckend. Wir genossen die Ruhe, die Abende im Freien, die Aussicht und den privaten Pool. Wir bewohnten das Haus mit 2 Familien (Schwager) mit insgesamt 4 Kindern (8 Personen). Wir hatten dort eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, die Besitzerfamilie, die in der Nachbarschaft lebt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll war die Einladung zur selbstgemachten Steinofenpizza und eigenem Wein. Man muss wissen, dass man ca. 15 Minuten auf engeren, aber gut befahrbaren Straßen unterwegs ist, um vom Tal von Lucca auf den Berg ins Domizil zu gelangen. Dafür entschädigt aber der atemberaubende Ausblick und die Lage über den Dächern von Lucca und Pisa. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Nach Viareggio, zum Meer sind es ca. 40 Minuten. Wir besuchten Florenz, Sienna, Pisa, etc. Als Ausgangspunkt für die nordwestliche Toskana sehr gut. Nochmals vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft an Edo und seiner Familie…. We spent 2 wonderful Weeks in Casale Lavinia. The place and view are amazing and breathtaking. We enjoyed the silence, the evenings in nature with breathtaking ambience and private pool. The house ist very clean, the owner lives in the neighborhood. The family is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Invitation to an evening with selfmade stoneofen pizza and selfmade wine. To reach the house you need to drive on smaller, narrow, but good useable roads, therefore you get an incredible view at Lucca and Pisa. The supermarket is as well a 15 minute ride by car. To Viareggio beach it is a 40 minute drive. We visited Florence, Sienna, Pisa, etc. Thanks a lot again to Edo and his family for a wonderful stay and hospitality……

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at Casale Lavinia!

our party of 5 had a great stay. the property is top notch. we were impressed with the quality and detail of the construction. new living space within a historic farm building. clean and comfortable. our hosts were available when needed and were very interested in making our stay comfortable and special. we took day trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa, San Gimignano and Lucca. the views from the property (and right out the window) are fantastic! we would highly recommend a stay at Casale Lavinia. the road from Lucca to Casale Lavinia is hilly, narrow and windy, so allow plenty of travel time .

12 days in Paradise

The house and surroundings are perfect. The first impression on arrival is breathtaking. The garden , pool and all areas from the parking place down to the house itself are well kept, colourfull and tidy. The host family were there to say welcome and show us around. A bottle of their own wine and one of olive oil were placed on the kitchen table on arrival. We were able to comfortably be 6 people in the house. We could make food each evening on a grill provided and relax and enjoy the quiet warm evenings around a table just outside the kitchen door. The pool is large enough for a swim and is well maintained each and every day. Many quiet hours were spent here of course. However if one wishes to explore the surrounding area this is easy and there is so much to see. Therfore, in conclusion, the house and surrounding area has everything. This was our second visit to the house, and hopefully not our last.
