UBICADO A LA DERECHA DE LA PUERTA AL CLUB DE POINTE WEST BEACH, literalmente puede estar junto a la piscina en segundos. Este espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones y 3 baños (para 11 personas) es el plano de planta más grande disponible en Pointe West.

Con más de 1700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, nuestro condominio cuenta con un amplio plano de planta, encimeras de granito y fácil acceso a la playa. "A Family Tides" tiene televisión por cable, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad en todo el hotel y larga distancia gratis. Este llamativo condominio junto a la playa en el primer piso es el lugar perfecto para llevar a la familia y relajarse en una escapada a la playa. Disfrute de maravillosas vistas del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado con sombra.
EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN PARA ACCESO A LA PISCINA / CLUB DE PLAYA. Lo sentimos, no se permiten grupos de graduación o graduación.

La hora de entrada es a las 4 pm y la hora de salida es a las 11 am.

El propietario permitirá 2 perros con una tarifa por mascota de $ 125, lo siento, NO gatos.

A partir del 1 de enero de 2015, el Pointe West Beach Club cobrará una tarifa de acceso a la piscina durante la temporada alta. La tarifa es de $ 10 por persona (mayor de 3 años) (del 1 de marzo al 15 de septiembre) y SIN cargo durante la temporada alta (9/16 hasta el 1 de marzo). ¡EL CARGO DE $ 10 ES POR SU ESTANCIA COMPLETA NO POR DÍA!

Girls weekend

This is our 3rd stay because we love this particular condo so much. The location is perfect. Super pretty and clean. If i had any suggestion, it would be that for the price, I would expect 3pm checkin and 11am checkout. The time seems shorter now.

Great location, clean condo. It was a little musty inside but overall nice place. Suggestions: 1) leave clorox wipes and a few laundry pods for guests; 2) patio doors may need adjusting (difficult to close properly)

Family Beach Vacay

Location of property was ideal. Beach views from condo and access to Club next door were perfect. In addition to easy access to the beach, via boardwalk, the Club offered swimming and other amenities. Condo was perfectly designed for family including plenty of rooms plus bathrooms. Kitchen was adequately stocked as well. Will definitely return. Overall, it was Perfect!

Fun Friend Get Together

We are 65 yr old High School Friends who enjoy getting together for a long weekend trip every year. It was nice not to climbs stairs with our heavy luggage, ice chests and bags. The condo has a well equipped kitchen to assist us cooking. The back porch had a beautiful view of the beach and plenty of seating. The pool areas were clean and large enough for many people. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We will return in the future.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was beautiful and perfectly put together! There was everything we needed which was nice since we have to make most meals at home since the Beach Club restaurant was undergoing renovations the whole week we were there and going to town was 10 miles down the road. We could have stayed another week and felt at home! They stayed in touch with us and were very accommodating and responsive! We hope to stay there again!

Best Ever

This was our 6th visit to Pointe West and as always it never disappoints. This condo was our favorite. It was so clean and comfortable. The couch on the balcony was the best spot to enjoy the gorgeous view. Being right next to the beach club and dune crossover is so convenient. The condo was very homey with nice touches like good towels, night lights, and I loved all the labels in the kitchen cabinets very helpful. The kitchen has nice dishes and all the other pots pans and things you need to cook a meal. Great stuff in the storage downstairs for the beach. Really everything you could ask for in beach rental is in this place. Thank you!!!!

Paradise!

It was amazing! Pretty sure this condo has the best view in all of Galveston. Hearing beach waves from your back porch is the best sound ever. And next door to the pool. The location couldn’t get better! The house itself had everything we need with tons of space to spread out and feel right at home. We hope to be back very soon!

Nice condo

The unit was very nice and well equipped. The only issue was the musty odor, this is the first property we have stayed at in Galveston with the issue. The location is close to the club house so the walk to the beach was short and great, but you can hear the music from the shared pool and they don't seem to ever turn it off... The floor plan is great. Over all this is a great property.

Family getaway

Very relaxing weekend. The location is perfect! It’s close to both the beach walk and the walkway to the pool area. I was worried the pool noise could be an issue, but not at all! We heard nothing! The inside and deck was just as the pictures showed. If your going to stay at point west, this is the perfect spot!

5 Star Experience

There were 6 of us, 3 kids (age 2-6), MIL, and husband. We stayed during the Easter holiday. The condo was very clean, had plenty of towels (past reviews concerned me and we packed extra, no necessary). The kitchen truly has everything you would need. It is true that you’re on more of a desolate end of the island, but that’s what what we enjoyed. It was relatively quiet and the amenities at the resort were just right. We utilized a grocery store about 10 mins up the road and found everything we needed. The secondary pool was shut down part way through our trip because of someone breaking glass in the pool. We received text updates regarding the pools during our stay. The restaurant and bar at the main pool was nice and convenient as well. Reviews mentioned the fee for lost wristbands. I cut ours off each night and traded them in each day, no problems. The one thing I would recommend is bring your own beach items. We bought some cheap sand toys for the kids and used a beach blanket we brought with us. I definitely recommend this condo, it’s on the corner facing the ocean, on the first floor, and the closest to the ocean and beach club. We will be back!!

Beautiful and spacious condo

Was very impressed with the cleanliness! The property manager was very responsive with questions. Hot tub and heated pool were down for a bit while we stayed but that does happen. We stayed for 6 weeks. If you are looking to be near restaurants and bars this is not the location for you. We stayed for 6 weeks and loved the quietness. Condo had everything we needed and starting supplies of various cleaning type stuff. Nicely decorated loved the balcony seating. Great stay!!

Amazing Location- Maintenance Needed

We loved the location! Communication was excellent. Check in process was great. Our issue was that there were several maintenance issues that negatively impacted our stay in the unit. When we arrived we discovered burned out lightbulbs in the master and one of the guest rooms. The master was hard to see in due to the poor lighting. The Televisions were very small in all the rooms except the living room and had limited channel access, the toilet in the second master had issues, the handle was difficult to press and it easily got clogged. The electrical plugs in the two master bathrooms were not functional. Both living areas lacked coffee tables. While each of these item is a minor point, collectively, they detracted from our otherwise very enjoyable stay. We sincerely hope that management will address these issues.

Our family had a fabulous time at Family Tides! There were several bed options which came in handy with all the snorers we have in our group. Over the years we've stayed in several rentals and none of them had a kitchen as well stocked as Family Tides. We look forward to future trips to this location.

Beautiful, spacious property!

The property is clean, nicely appointed, and the owners/managers were quick and efficient on communications. Our family of 5 had more than enough space to spread out. Space could easily accommodate larger groups. Proximity to beach and pool area were perfect.
