¡Hola! Somos CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, especializados en alojamientos vacacionales desde 2005.



Esta encantadora villa de 3 dormitorios, con capacidad para 6 personas, está ubicada en la urbanización Buenavista, a solo 4 km de Alhaurín el Grande. Disfruta de dos dormitorios dobles con baños privados y un tercer dormitorio adicional, todos distribuidos en varios niveles con techos altos y amplios espacios. La casa cuenta con una gran sala de estar que ofrece impresionantes vistas al valle y las montañas, además de una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada, ideal para preparar deliciosas comidas



El exterior es un verdadero paraíso: un jardín amplio y cuidado con piscina privada, zona de barbacoa, dos áreas de comedor al aire libre y un área de descanso junto a la piscina con sombrillas y muebles para tomar el sol La villa, recientemente renovada y con 160 m² de espacio habitable, ofrece un ambiente moderno y acogedor para que tu estancia sea inolvidable.



Situada en un barrio tranquilo, también tendrás acceso a una gran piscina comunitaria y pistas de tenis, perfectas para mantenerte activo durante tus vacaciones Además, la propiedad está estratégicamente ubicada a 20 km tanto de la playa como de la ciudad de Málaga, facilitando excursiones de un día llenas de aventuras y relax.

Great stay at the house

Great stay at the house. Lovely accommodation and comfortable. Could have done with some cushions for the sun loungers and the internet was not working. Minor inconveniences I hope they remedy before we return next year.

This is a great house with fantastic view

This is a great house with fantastic view. Very spacious and clean on the inside, and nice outdoor swimming pool and place to eat outside. Distance to Malagabeaches is however further than expected, without traffic easily 30mins drive. We had a wonderful week with our family, and can recommend the place.

It is such a fantastic setting for a familygroup of friends to stay. From the outset with the welcome we received to the realization that we were staying in a very special place. It has everything that you need within the property , with a magical layout and various dining and seating areas. Also the most beautiful garden , pool , sun chairs , tables and the stunning views and sunsets outside. Felt like a lovely place to return to after a day exploring wonderful Spain.

Nice villa and location, a car is essential for cafes and shops

Nice villa and location, a car is essential for cafes and shops. A lot of barking dogs in morning and evening.Lovely pool area but only 2 sun-beds (villa accommodates 6). Pool shower not functional and BBQ area had no water to basin.Main bedroom en-suite basin plug not working.Despite these areas that need improvement we had a very restful holiday and enjoyed all the other amenities at the villa.Would recommend this Villa if you are looking for a lovely location with wonderful views and don’t mind the occasional dog barking.

Great place to have a private and calm area for yourself

Great place to have a private and calm area for yourself. Kitchen fully furnished with everything you need, nice pool and outdoor area which is being cleaned regularly. Washing machine available so you can wash the towels you get there (1-2 per person). Only the house number wasn‘t indicated correctly so we didn‘t find it right away. For Restaurants you need to drive to Alhaurin El GrandeAlhaurin El Torre ca. 10-15 min by car. Would totally recommend it!

Great villa in quiet location

The layout of the villa is interesting, being built down a slope. It made the main living space feel really open and airy. Great kitchen with all the equipment you could need. Off road parking and in a quiet location, but close to Alhaurin de la Torre and Lauro Golf. A couple of little things: 1. There were no spare bin bags which stood out because everything else was so well equipped. 2. The middle level bathroom is not well vented and smelt all the time, making it unusable.

Villa Las Terrazas we loved it!

Staying at the Villa Las Terrazas was a relaxing and amazing experience. Even for a group of 6 people it offers enough space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.). The accommodation has everything what you need and there is a lot to explore. The Villa is located in a calm area with enough privacy. We recommend to get a rented car to explore the area and also to get from at to b as well. Our highlights were the nice pool (turn on the lights at night) and the modern architecture of the accommodation. The booking and the payment service was excellent. We were realy satisfied with the service until we contacted Cubo's Holiday Homes because of the W-LAN. The password was not working. First we got the advice to restart the router but unfortunately nothing helped. We tried to contact the service again via mobile, and e-mails but received no answer. Therefore we had all to use and pay for mobile connection. That was the only but big disappointment for us during our stay.

A lovely villa very spacious and clean area is good views are beautiful we would defenetly come back First one is the front gate to get in they gave us the wrong key and it never opened so we couldnt use it the whole holiday even tho we messaged them we had to use the sliding gate we asked them to come sort it but noone did. Some of the items in the villa need to be replaced the amount of money people pay to stay here things should be clean and tidy upto date when we go away we like to keep things clean and how we found it, the hoover was very rusty,the iron is full of limescale, the tea coffee sugar pots were rusty,there was a big brown stain on the mattress in the main bedroom,both lamps in the main bedroom was cracked and bits missing off them,theres a big crack in the fridge plastic shelf on the door wich we couldnt use or would of got worse,the window in the 2 single bed room had tape down the window frame and let in the cold and i think the bedding should be the same in all rooms its very dated and the pillows in all rooms is one long pillow we had the worse sleep with these they should be single pillows if all these got sorted then it would be perfect.

The house is quite tired in its interior and had a basic level of supplies. The pool area was not clean and the lounger beds were old and had no cushions. No pool towels were available. The sinks/basins and toilets all omit a bad smell (like eggs from poor drainage). There was no hand soap or anti-bac surface spray supplied which I was surprised by given the current situation. The kitchen needed more crockery especially plates. The main complaint for us though was the no WIFI Internet for the first 2 days of the stay. When we arrived there was no router box in the property and it took 2 days of emails/telephone calls to get this resolved (and only thankfully due to a comms engineer husband in situ!) the property company handling this property were very rude and didn’t understand that I was due to be working and one of my children extra online schooling (which was missed) due to the lack of WIFI provision on our arrival Read the direct contract T&Cs very carefully - we arrived at 2127 and as this was 27minutes past the apparent 2100 cut off for ‘check-in’ we had to pay an extra €100 in cash to the person giving us the keys!! The air conditioning is good and worked well. The location is good and the area locally is quiet and easily accessible. All in all the house was not as I had expected and I think the photos give a very rosy picture. The company managing this property and apparently others in the vicinity are poor.

Thank you for your review! Regarding the interior of the house it is a subjective opinion. Many people loved the interior of the house, we had guests which stayed during the whole winter as they loved the house. Anything related to the cleaning, laundry, crockery whenever we receive any complaint we solve it within one hour. Regarding the WiFi the fibre optic cable was cut somewhere in the street, and we informed the provider immediately. Meanwhile, we were looking for a replacement for the Internet connection. Our colleague told you when he will arrive, nevertheless you left him in front of door in 40+ ºC for three-quarter of hour not answering the doorbell and not answering the phone meanwhile our colleague heard you that you are there in the pool area. Finally, he had to leave, and he left you a router with the name of the network and the password written on the router, so you just had to plugin and use it (not necessary IT knowledge for that) We do not know what did you miss regarding your work and the school in August for your child but the photo which you sent us to complain it was the TV that cannot connect to Netflix server. And as mentioned the WiFi problem was solved as soon as possible. Your husband and your children are very kind and lovely!

La casa es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Tiene de todo!!! La zona de la piscina, la cocina, las vistas.... Hemos estado genial.. Totalmente recomendable!! Agradecer a Cristina lo fácil que hizo todo. Ha sido una gestora excepcional. Muchas gracias!!!

Una casa fantástica para unas vacaciones ideales con niños

La casa es maravillosa, situada en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todo. La casa es preciosa y está decorada con encanto. Revisar que esté todo en orden cuando entran los clientes. El agua de la piscina estaba totalmente turbia y tuvimos que ser nosotros quien llamar para que vinieran a verla

We vonden het een erg fijne verblijf

We vonden het een erg fijne verblijf. Helaas hebben we maar 1x gebruik kunnen maken van de tennisbaan omdat we de sleutel hiervan niet hebben gekregen tijdens de check in. Maar voor de rest was het heerlijk en heb je een prachtige uitzicht op de bergen. We hebben erg genoten. We hopen in de toekomst terug te komen.
