espectacular vista del golfo. Millones de dólares de vista de las aguas azules de la aguamarina y de la playa de arena blanca. Ver puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México. Nuestra unidad # 204 es 980 sq. Ft. Recién reformado en una luz aireado, estilo casa de campo con playas. Tiene un nuevo cómoda cama king en el dormitorio, 2 cuartos de baño completo (con ducha sobre la bañera) un menú desplegable de la cama Murphy, junto con un sofá-cama en la sala de estar. Cuenta con una zona de comedor, cocina totalmente amueblada con nuevos gabinetes y encimera de granito y electrodomésticos de tamaño completo con microondas, máquina de hielo, estufa / horno, nevera y lavavajillas. pantalla plana de TV en la sala de dos y un dormitorio con conexión inalámbrica a internet y reproductor de DVD. Para tranquilidad y sin el engorro de la lavadora y secadora en un lavadero con espacio de almacenamiento para maletas, juguetes de playa y etc.

La segunda planta balcón con vistas a una piscina climatizada por lo que es fácil de mantener un ojo en los niños o nietos. El patio de la piscina cuenta con parrillas de gas, mesas con sombrilla y sillas, sillones y máquina de bebidas. Hay una sala de juegos con mesa de billar de TV, etc., y un juego de tejo exterior y pista de tenis. También hay una zona de aparcamiento para remolques de embarcaciones.

Paradise on the beach

We had a great stay at this condo. Very spacious and cozy with great furnishings. Maureen was a joy to work with and we was very pleased with our stay. Location is perfect and not as crowded like a public beach area.

We love staying at Seas the Day (Mariner West 204), our family feels at home. We love the cleanliness, location, and communication with the owner. Our family has stayed here many times and we are never disappointed!

We have vacationed a lot as a family of four and this place was by far the best of the best! It was super clean, quiet and had everything we needed and more. I was so surprised by the amenities the unit had from beach chairs and beach toys to all of the appliances in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved sleeping in the Murphy bed in the living room. The place was beautifully decorated and plenty of space for the four of us. We were worried the pool would be overly crowded during our stay but it never was. The pool was cleaned daily and well maintained. The property itself was really clean and well kept. We look forward to future vacations in the same unit!

Weekend family trip

Everything about this property was great! Room was just as listed, so nice and very clean! Had everything we needed and more! View was perfect and this end of the beach wasn’t too crowded. Property owner was so wonderful to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! We’ve been to PCB nine times and have never stayed at the same place twice, but we are already planning our return here. The condo was perfect for our family of 4.

Seas the Day Girls trip

This property was AMAZING!! It was beautifully decorated and VERY WELL stocked!! There were even beach chairs, floats and other beach needs available for you there. We had NO problems with our unit. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Beautiful condo, the view from our balcony was perfect. The property is well maintained. Was a very laid back area of PCB which we loved. If one thing could be changed the mattress in the main bedroom was very hard. We will definitely stay again.

Well maintained. Easy to contact owners. Definitely a place I would stay again.

I was a little apprehensive about Panama City Beach. This is the first time I've brought my family here. However, I found the condo to be a great fit. The pool didn't ever seem to be too crowded and the complex seemed very family friendly. Also, the beach was only a few steps away. It's definitely a place I would stay again.

Great condo. We love this area of Thomas Dr. Nicely-equipped unit. Comfy bed. Nice furniture, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Great location of unit in 2nd floor right over the pool. Maureen is a wonderful host. We will be back!

We Love "Seas the Day"!

We love this condo! Clean and well-equipped. VERY comfy bed, linens. Small complex with easy pool/beach access. Quieter spot on Thomas Drive with great proximity to best dining spots in PCB. Maureen is an excellent host. Great communication and quick to respond to questions/concerns. We can't wait to come back!

Very clean and easy access to the beach!

Fantastic place to stay! We have booked this condo 3 years in a row. Very clean throughout the entire condo. The owner provides a very warm, cozy and relaxing feel to the condo that feels like home. Pull out couch, murphy bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry is perfect for our family of four. The property maintenance at the complex is top notch and cleaned daily including pool. The beach access is very close and secure from public access onto the property. We will defiantly be coming back!

Beautiful place

The condo is quaint, very clean and looks exactly as depicted. Appears very well maintained. Beach and pool within steps. The entire building did have a water leak therefore shut off all running water for 24 hrs which was less than favorable but of course at no fault of the host. The host are easy to reach and replied, offered a full refund but we waited and water returned eventually. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo so comfortable. All the comforts of home. The Mariner West was very nice and well maintained.. We enjoyed the newly renovated condo on the 2nd floor directly above the pool so you can sit on the balcony but still be a part of the fun at the pool... Seconds to the beach just a really short walk to the most amazing beach... Owner has the condo stocked well with everything you need... THANKS SO MUCH FOR OUR AMAZING STAY! This was the perfect place for our girls getaway... PERFECT STAYCATION!!

Great Unit and beach location

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 7-night stay with our two girls. The easy access to a quiet, uncrowded beach made it simple to set up our beach tent and chairs each day and enjoy our own little spot in the sand.The pool was also a great bonus—perfect for those times we wanted a break from the beach but still have fun and relax.The unit itself was fantastic: spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed, from extra linens and towels to bonus beach gear in the laundry room for the kiddos. Having access to a washer and dryer at the unit was especially convenient, allowing us to pack lighter and always have fresh clothes during our stay.If there’s one small downside, it’s the building’s elevator. There’s only one per building, so on checkout day, it took about 30 minutes to get from the second floor to the ground floor with our luggage due to the high volume of other guests also checking out. (This is more of a building issue than a problem with the unit itself.)This was our second time staying in this unit, and it continues to be our top choice for beach trips. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo/Family Vacation

Seas the Day was a beautiful place to stay for a beach getaway. We were taken back by the cleanliness and the touches of home the owner provided. The comfort level was a 10+! Our family loved it! The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. The pool area was located just below to keep an eye on our older kids when swimming and relaxing. The beach access is extremely convenient to set up our chairs and tent to enjoy the beautiful beach everyday. This condo is located on the quieter end of town so traffic was good. We enjoyed more of the locally owned restaurants that provided great service and food. When we stayed in for meals the condo provided all your needs to have a home cooked meal and a dining room table. We truly thank the host for providing a fantastic beach front condo that felt like home!

Had a great stay. Condo is great location had all the amenities needed. Laundry is located in “closet” across the hall- took us to the end of the trip to locate it. Beautiful area, not that busy of beaches.

Perfect getaway

This condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. The owner had absolutely everything you could think of available to us. It was so clean and decorated beautifully. The beach was an absolute paradise and not crowded at all. We hope to go back soon!

Best condo at PCB

We loved the condo, quiet place, easy access to beach, with a beautiful view of the beach and pool. The condo was decorated so nice and fully stocked and clean. The whole complex was very clean. The owner was quick to respond with any question we had.. We plan to stay there again.
