Celadon Beach Resort es un resort de primera clase. Cuenta con increíbles vistas del Golfo de México y está ubicado en el extremo oeste más deseable de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá. Everything was Excellent! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The condo was fully equipped. The pictures didn't do it justice. Rick (our Host) was very accommodating and communication was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a clean place to stay for vacation. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets incredible! Richard personally welcomed us and lives locally which was comforting to know that he would be right there should any issues arise. Thank you for one of the best weeks we’ve ever had at the beach!

My husband and I were there for a 4-night stay for Labor Day Weekend. This condo was perfectly functional for the amount of time we were there. It was nice to have the 2nd bathroom so that both of us could get ready at the same time. The only hiccup we had was the balcony. To NO FAULT OF THE OWNER, the HOA had painted the flooring of the balcony and the project should have been completed prior to our arrival. However, they had to enter the unit while we were on the beach and finish the painting, which then had to allow time to dry. The owner, Rick, supervised the workers so that we wouldn't be hindered from a day at the beach, and he also provided a plastic covering so the furniture could be put back in place, and the balcony become useful again. He went above-and-beyond to apologize for our inconvenience, and to make the balcony useful as early as possible. One of the elevators was In-Service the entire time we were there, but again, NO FAULT OF THE OWNER. Other than that, our stay was most enjoyable.

This is by far the nicest condo that we have stayed at! The owner (Mr. Rick Ramos) was fantastic to work with. His communication was exactly what we needed at every step. Upon entering, a hallway leads to all the rooms. The first room on your right is the master bedroom and bathroom. It is a bright and cheerful room that has a king-size bed for peaceful rest. The pictures that he has listed are spot on to just how beautiful this condo really is. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is full-size. Coming down the hallway, there are two twin bunk beds, which are great for little kids or big kids! Across from the bunk beds is a guest bathroom that has a shower with a ledge to sit on. Next is a door that has a full-size washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs. And then it opens up to the kitchen, dining nook, and living room! WOW! This place is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need from dishes, cups, mugs, silverware, a coffee pot, as well as a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The bar was great for us as our charging station. The living room has a pull-out bed for two more guests to sleep, for a total of six people! The entire condo is beautifully decorated, which made it feel like home for us for the week. It was the most beautiful, clean, and well-stocked condo we have stayed at. The condo was perfect in every way for us! Oh yeah, open the large curtains and there is a very nice ocean as well!

Incredible view! Wonderful condo! Great hosts! Everything felt clean, fresh, new, comfortable and inviting, with creative decorations, thoughtful touches like beach towels, ample hangers over the doors to dry wet beach items, lap blankets for the sofa, and even toys for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to cook or bake just about anything. I like that they had many chairs. Beds were comfortable. Very nice washer and dryer and dishwasher. Check in was a breeze! If we had any problem, we could have texted or called the owners. We had our own parking spot right on the beach. I just can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners. We have stayed in many condos, this was one of the best!! They have done an outstanding job in creating a wonderful beach getaway with really beautiful decorations and attention to detail. I am so thankful that we stayed on the 22 floor. The view was breathing taking!From the balcony we could see schools of fish and pods of dolphins. We saw the most incredible sunsets and you could see them right from the balcony! We saw a sun rainbow. A manatee swam up to us! It was one of our best vacations ever! I did not want to leave. In fact, other than going to church and to the grocery, we didn't leave the beach or condo property. It was paradise.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our week at Rick’s condo. Rick is very attentive and helpful. The condo is clean and stocked well. The view from the balcony is Beautiful! Having beach chair service is a Huge plus! Unfortunately, one elevator was out of service during our stay. We made the best of it, making sure we had everything we needed before heading out.

Fantastic property

This particular condo is outstanding. Even better than the photos posted. The attention to detail and all amenities made our stay stress free, comfortable and wonderful for our well being. What beautiful memories we took home and we won’t forget it anytime soon:) Let’s not forget to mention the views from the balcony, just incredible! Amazing condo!

The condo was absolutely awesome, very clean and very welcoming. The owner went above and beyond by giving us great local sights and names of restaurants that he enjoyed as a local. The parking is great, one of the few directly below the building not across the street. The pools and hot tubs are divine, location was central and easy to navigate to and from. We loved the beach chairs. Perfect spot on the beach and the 22nd floor has unmatched views. We hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing

So from the start Tock was amazing and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We had everything we need to get into the room before we were even there. You got VIP parking which was amazing. You for free beach service which was also amazing and we got front row the entire time with was amazing being able to watch my 9 yr old. The condo itself was very clean and ya had everything ya needed. Rick went out of his way and brought us a high beach chair so my mom was able to get on and out of it bc she wasn’t able to use the low ones. Beds were very comfy and they had amazing pillows. They had an amazing view from the balcony we saw some dolphins and some hammerheads from it! I would definitely rent from Rick again he was amazing! Thank you for letting us have an amazing stress free vacation!

Get this one if it's available!!!

The stay here was fantastic. Rick was so communicative from a week before we got there, through our stay, and a thank you for staying with him when we left! The condo is on the 22nd floor, but they have three elevators which makes traveling to and from a non-issue. The view is awe-inspiring, and we were even fortunate enough to watch a thunderstorm roll through one night which is wild if you have not witnessed one above the ocean. The condo was exceptionally clean and well kept. The beach chair service was a definite plus as we could get to the beach at any time of day and had our chairs waiting for us. Finally, I want to emphasize that Rick is an amazing host. If you have any questions, he's there to answer them and he offered suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Thank you Rick! An overall "10-Trip"!

LOVE PCB

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo and again it did not disappoint!! Condo was clean and ready! Rick and his wife did not skip a beat with anything that may have been needed. Rick kept in touch with us from the day before we were supposed to check to the day we left. Always a phone call or text away. Parking in garage under the condo is a major plus! The view is just spectacular. We always hate leaving but we also know for a fact that whenever we come to PCB this WILL be the condo we stay at!!

Beach Time

Our stay was great in every way. Rick is the best host, very personable. He will respond quickly if you have a question. Rick is a great pickleball player, we enjoyed our time on the courts a lot. The beach service was so nice to have. This part of Panama City seems more family oriented, it was a very relaxing time. Anyone who stays here will enjoy it very much.

The place was what we thought it was. It was in a great location. Great view of the Gulf. Had great communication with the owner. Absolutely no complaints I would be glad to go back again

Get away

We had a fabulous time. The place was extremely clean, communication was amazing, and the view was top notch. He booked out chairs for us for the week and everything was so easy to get to. We saw so many different animals in the gulf from our balcony. We will definitely book here again.
