Hermoso condominio con vista al mar E309 (Edificio E). De no fumadores. Nuestra terraza ofrece vistas a los hermosos jardines de Papkea. Estanques de peces Koi, piscinas y una vista perfecta del océano.
Este condominio cuenta con todo lo que necesita, incluyendo una cocina totalmente equipada, una lavadora / secadora, secador de pelo, tabla de planchar, plancha, putters para mini golf, sillas de playa, conexión Wi-Fi, llamadas locales gratis y estacionamiento sin cargo. Hay un cargo de resort de $ 17 / día (cargo máximo de 10 días) a la llegada.

Room had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. The only negative is that the A/C is in the living room and doesn’t really blow into the bedroom in the back, so sleeping was on the warm side. Other than that, house was perfect!

Balcony was the best view and really enjoyed drinkn coffee every morning . Furniture was sufficient but could have been more comfortable . Also the air barely would reach the bedroom but other than that was a great place to stay for our vacation !

Maui No Ka Oi

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was exactly as pictured. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes/utensils. The air conditioning worked perfectly--but we sometimes did not use it in the evening because the tradewinds blowing through the screened doors provided perfect ventilation for the unit. The washer/dryer was "top notch"--not your typical small w/d combo that washes just a few towels at a time. The grounds are immaculate--just as pictured. Parking was a little "trying", but manageable. The staff in the office was extremely nice and very hospitable and helpful.

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I have stayed at the Papakea resort several times now. It's our favorite place to stay in Maui. We did a lot of research before going this time thinking we might want to try a new location on the island. After several hours of research we decided that Papakea offered several amenities not offered by other resorts. We particularly like the units that overlook the courtyard area, pool and putting green. At night the blue lighted pool and tiki torches provided a beautiful ambiance that we haven't been able to find at any other resort. Walking distance to eateries and a grocery store is a major plus. Loved the location and the owner was very nice to work with. Also, there was a lot of whale activity this year. We stayed 3-9 through 3-18 2024. We'll probably go back next year.

E309 is the best

We had an awesome stay in E309. Owner communication was so fast, complete and wonderful. Condo has wonderful shaded BP ocean view 24 hours a day, with a nice air flow without running the air conditioning. We will be back!

Excellent Value, Great Location

We were very pleased with the unit because of the condition of the property and location. It was a great base for our trip to Maui that took us all over the island. It is 10 minutes from Ka’anapali, 10 from Kapalua, 45 from Wailea, 45 from the airport, 90 from the summit of Haleakala and 50 to the beginning of the Road To Hana. The condo itself is a well furnished unit with everything you need for a week-plus in the kitchen and around the island. There were more than enough cooking utensils, storage containers, dishes, mugs, glasses, pots and pans. The beach gear was worn but also in ample supply (don’t count on using the umbrella in any amount of wind). The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was above average for that type of furniture. The lanai had a terrific view of the ocean and a view of sunsets (depending on angle of the sun). Everything was very clean. The washer and dryer were nice (new looking) GE stackable front-load units that were great for semi-daily loads. Our only negative was the air conditioning. The unit has a four-hour timer that has to be turned on in order to use the AC. It is a wall-mounted (ductless) unit in the living room, and it doesn’t provide much cooling to the bedroom, although there is a ceiling fan there. When the timer expired in the middle of the night, it became quite warm. Would have been good to know this prior to renting. Still is a good unit, but be aware of that.

Great property

Our first stay using a condo rental. It was great. Enjoyed the balcony ocean view and lots of pool time. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Great value for the location! Ocean view and lots within walking distance

We truly enjoyed Sonia’s condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Snorkel and beach gear were ready for us, even a little folding cooler. The food truck park was a short walk away and had many delicious options. In addition, there was a gate between the condo complex that was a shortcut to the ABC store. We will totally stay here again.

Great location. Good apartment.

Our stay here was wonderful. The resort in which it is located is really nice. It is located close to a lot of places you’d want to visit when on this side of the island. Apartment could have been a little cleaner. But overall not bad at all. Would stay again.

October in Maui at E309

Great property with fantastic views. Liked the fact that the gated pool area was cleaned each day and that they kept the gate closed/locked. Aerobics classes looked great but we didn't participate. The price/value for the property is outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to come again. One thing - we searched a long time up and down the road for the property - need to make sure you have guests look for "Papakea" sign - really would help. Thanks for a great stay!
