Set in a quiet community midway between Historic Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, you'll not only enjoy plenty of shopping and dining options, you'll also be within minutes of some of the most beautiful beaches lower Delaware has to offer. If you don't care to brave the crowds, your backyard oasis awaits. A private pool, grilling pavilion and seating for everyone creates both a space for relaxation and fun.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

The host was inattentive with zero communication happening for my stay- no information provided for checking in, no information for the house instructions (WiFi) not given. I booked through VRBO, but the host was jack lingo, a realtor company. The office was closed for the holidays and it felt as though no one was prepared for our stay. I have 4 kids aged 6 and under and I had to run around after being given no check in instructions and then the wrong information for checking in after driving 5 hours from New York.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was well-built and thoughtfully designed. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils required when cooking for a large gathering. Pool was warm, outdoor deck and patio area were awesome. Beds were comfortable - though we ordered the sheet option (as opposed to bringing our own), and the packaging only contained two pillow sheets, though there were more pillows on our bed (and I personally prefer two pillows when sleeping), other than the pillow-case issue (which is a property management issue vs. property), no major issues. A second minor issue was the requirement to stop-by the Property Management office prior to check-in. I've rarely had to make this extra trip when checking into VRBOs (usually am just provided a code).

Beautiful Home

We had a great week at this home. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at. The home and property is spacious, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool and covered patio/grill area. Our dog enjoyed the spacious fenced in yard.

Fall Beach weekend

The property was clean and very nice. The heated pool didnt seem to be as warm as we thought but considering it was the end of Sept cant complain . The outside area is where even in some rain we spent most of our time. Good family trip.

Fall Beach Getaway

Nice roomy house. Layout was a little strange. Nice fenced in backyard, pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit. However the sprinkler system came on at night and the backyard turned into a mud pit. Our dog couldn't even go out without getting muddy. Over all had a nice weekend. Good location able to drive to beach.

Perfect house!

This was a perfect house for a girls weekend. It was large and the master suite was amazing! The pool was the perfect touch. I would definitely stay here again. About a short 10 minute drive to the beach.

Convenient stay

The house was lovely, the pool, gated driveway and back yard made the stay perfect with young kids. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Great for outdoor walks and bike rides. The beach was a short drive away. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

This house is unreal!!! It’s huge, clean and easily fit 9 girls. We loved everything about it. The pool/yard is insanely gorgeous and well kept. Perfect for a weekend with friends or family. Just don’t forget to order the linen package bc there are no sheets or towels at the house & bring your own soap/paper goods/ toilet paper etc.
