Sunset House consta de dos niveles.
Un corto trayecto en auto, saliendo de la carretera principal, conduce a la gran terraza frontal y al aparcamiento privado debajo del balcón. A través de unos pocos pasos la entrada principal se abre a la planta baja, que cuenta con un área abierta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar y comedor muy bien decorada y balcones con vistas a la playa de Sidari y al mar abierto con impresionantes puestas de sol.
Adyacente a esta área también se ha establecido un cuarto de baño familiar y un dormitorio doble con balcón.
La escalera de madera interior llega al nivel superior, que se comparte entre una segunda habitación doble, una doble y un baño. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, bonitos balcones y vistas impresionantes.

The house is perfect. Cleanliness, view, kindness of the owners, and the house amenities — everything is perfect. The only downside is its proximity to the road.

We loved this place

We loved this place! It’s definitely called sunset house for a reason! The sunsets from the terrace are amazing! The whole place is perfect and can accommodate up to 6-7 people. We enjoyed the pool and the summer kitchen with the barbecue. You literally feel like in a home, with everything you need! I would love to come back and I will recommend this place to anyone

Lovely week in autumn

We were lucky to spend a week of cloudless skies at the villa, so we could enjoy the sunsets every day - what a treat! The house itself was impeccable with comfy beds and everything we needed, plus some books to read. Marina even let us stay longer on our last day, since our flight left in the evening. All in all a really relaxing week that we enjoyed immensely, thank you!

The place was really wonderful, we had a great stay and the views were amazing. Contact with the host was very good and he reacted quickly when we slammed the door. After a few minutes the owner showed up and helped us. We were also very warmly welcomed with snacks left for us. We highly recommend it and I think we will return there someday.

Sunset House does not Disappoint!

We had such an amazing time at this property. TBH sunrise is almost as beautiful as sunset. The view is spectacular and the house is very well appointed. Everything was clean and ready for us. We wouldn't have changed a thing.

Nice and quiet house with a great view

The house was very tidy and nice. The view from the pool is amazing and the owner is also very nice. If you are planning on going there you should rent a car in advance because it is not always easy to get a taxi and in my opinion it is too far to walk. So keep that in mind.

Beautifully presented house with fantastic views and plenty of space. High quality fixtures, fittings and bedding/linen etc. it’s not a cheap option but you do get what you pay for (great coffee machine for example). There is a main road at the front and you will notice the noise on day 1, not so much after that. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others wanting to stay in the area. 5 stars.

Beautiful house

We had an almost perfect holiday in the "Sunst Haus". There was everything in the house that you need to feel at home. The pool is unique with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Sidari. Dimitris and his family are super friendly hosts, they immediately solved any problem (e.g. a power outage at night). The only thing we didn't like was the sometimes annoying noise of the coastal road that runs below the villa. But that's probably because we live very quietly at home. All in all, we can only recommend the beautiful Sunset House. Peter and Ilona

Fantastischer Blick

Ein schönes, geräumiges Haus abseits des Massentourismus. Sehr zentral gelegen, um zu Ausflugszielen zu starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tavernen befinden sich in der Nähe. Durch die erhöhte Lage ging immer etwas Wind und auch an heißen Tagen war die Hitze auf der Terrasse erträglich. Wir haben den eigenen Pool sehr geschätzt und waren darüber sehr glücklich. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Umgebung bis zum Meer. Wir haben es geliebt dort zu sitzen - einfach herrlich! Die Fenster verfügen über Moskitonetze und die Schlafräume haben eine Klimaanlage. Diese haben wir zwar kaum genutzt, aber es war schön, kurz vor dem Schlafengehen die Räume nochmal kurz etwas runterzukühlen.Die Zimmer sind groß genug und der liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnbereich bietet genügend Platz und läd zum Entspannen im Haus ein. Leider ist die naheliegende Straße durch den leichten Anstieg, insbesondere aufgrund von Motorrad und Mofafahrern auch in den Abendstunden gut hörbar. Aber die Lage wäre nicht zentral, wenn es keine Straße gäbe. Tagsüber hat man sie durch die Zikaden kaum wahrgenommen. Es ist, so denke ich, auch eine Sache der Gewöhnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, die über alles verfügte, was wir brauchten. Der Verwaltungsservice über EOS Villas und die Nutzung der App haben fantastisch funktioniert. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Dimitris und seine Familie, die sich sehr herzlich um alle weiteren Fragen und Angelegenheiten gekümmert haben. DANKE!

Geweldig!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit fantastische huis, het ziet er nog mooier in het echt uit dan op de foto’s. Super vriendelijk ontvangst en het huis was zo goed schoongemaakt. Enige nadeel is dat het huis zich aan een hele drukke weg bevindt. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen.

Exzellenter Aufenthalt

Es war einfach ein Traum. Dimitri und seine Frau kümmerten sich während unseres Aufenthalt perfekt um uns. Es fehlte an nichts und man stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Es war sehr sauber und auch der Support mit Handtüchern war perfekt. Wir haben die Abende dort sehr genossen mit der unbeschreiblichen Aussicht auf Sidari.

Perfect holidays in a wonderful place

Sunset House is a whole house, with a great living room and a nice kitchen, fitted with everything the heart wants. There's one small bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, with their own terrace. There are two very clean and comfortable bathrooms, each one with a toilet. And now the best: First, a huge shady terrace where you can enjoy every meal. In the morning with a light seabreeze and in the evenings with a wonderful sunset behind the not far away coast and sea. Second, an illuminated pool just for your own.

Wonderful stay at Sunset House

Sunset House (aptly named!) is the perfect place if you look for a well-located house between the beaches of Sidari and Acharavi (our favorite). The house and the grounds are nicely-equipped and very well-maintained. Dimitris and his entire family are excellent hosts and we really enjoyed their hospitality. Fully recommend.
