Descripción Esta encantadora finca rural está ubicada en las colinas de Maulina, famosa por su vino local y exclusivos complejos residenciales alrededor de Lucca. Es parte de la misma finca que alberga Villa Clara, la villa que se encuentra en la página principal, y anteriormente era una vivienda agrícola. Ha sido completamente renovado y los interiores han sido decorados en estilo toscano con muebles antiguos para preservar el carácter original de la casa. Una de las habitaciones está equipada para personas con movilidad reducida y todas cuentan con baño privado. El jardín y la piscina se encuentran en el lado opuesto de Villa Clara, para garantizar la máxima privacidad. La ubicación es ideal para aquellos que desean pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas, mientras se mantienen a poca distancia de la ciudad. No es casualidad que la ciudad medieval fortificada de Lucca esté a solo 10 minutos. Además, como la casa está a solo 6 km de la salida de la autopista más cercana, es el punto de partida ideal para visitar las principales ciudades de la Toscana. A pocos pasos del establecimiento hay una pista de tenis. Las personas que se ocupan de la limpieza de la casa viven dentro de la finca pero en un apartamento separado.

Villa Casa Rosa is a charming, comfortable farmhouse. The layout is perfect for family members with limited mobility as there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. One bathroom is equipped with a roll in shower for a wheelchair if needed. Anna and Filippo are perfect hosts. They are very responsive to requests for help. We enjoyed the large pool and eating out on the terrace. Anna prepared two excellent meals for us - antipasto, first dish, second dish and dessert. Yum!

Salogi was very easy to work with and the staff’s comfort with English was helpful too. We rented a villa outside Lucca with our adult children and grandchildren. The home was comfortable, generously furnished and the location was gorgeous. The owner enjoyed our grandkids and would bring them treats of fresh grapes off of his vines. We spent many afternoons around the pool and all of our meals were enjoyed out on the patio. I feel very fortunate that we were able to find Salogi Villas and that their service and homes were a big part of our terrific visit to Lucca.

This was our first family holiday with the grandkids (4 year old, 18 month old and a 7 month old) and this villa ticked all the boxes - good size pool not too close to villa, proximity to Lucca and the airport and plenty of bathrooms. Our daily routine with young kids settled in quickly and easily as there was the Esselunga supermarket (10 mins drive) which became a daily visit, a garden centre/DIY (5 mins drive) for any bbq essentials and a great steak family oriented restaurant El Paso (10 mins drive). The swimming pool was a hit for adults and kids especially when it gets really hot in the afternoon. Thankfully all the rooms are equipped with efficient air conditioning for the night ( extras) and the wooden shutters on the windows help keep the heat out too. The beds were very comfortable (mattresses on the firm side) and they come with mosquito netting which was indispensable. There is much higher mosquito activity being in the countryside in Italy, and thankfully we managed this after a visit to Esselunga for sprays and electric pest repellant. The kitchen deserves a mention as we ended up cooking more than we planned. Whilst it is on the small side, it is equipped with a good electric oven, gas stove and a dishwasher. It has a great range of stainless steel pots and pans and is much appreciated by all who ends up cooking. I was amazed at the choices of plates, glasses and serving platters! Highly recommend to anyone with small kids and families who are happy to do their own cooking. When we are not cooking in the kitchen, we were using the barbecue every other day. My only 2 suggestions for improvement would be to provide more shade outside in the seating area. The existing seating/eating area is located right outside the downstairs bedroom windows. Since we prefer to have kids sleeping on the ground floor, this meant we had to keep the noise down during their afternoon nap time and bedtime. If the roof can be extended towards the opposite end (outside the internal dining area), another table seating area can be added which is much further away from the ground floor bedrooms. Also, an outdoor electric insect zapper would be much appreciated. Final note on the staff who have been of great assistance.....Barbara from Easy reserve who went out of her way to help me sort out my motorway ticket, Filippo and Anna who were both amazing at handling our requests at the villa. PS: There is a playroom upstairs with plenty of toys which will keep the young ...

Très agréable maison et très bien située , à 8 minutes en voiture de Lucca. Très belle ville fortifiée,emplie d'histoire, des restaurants, cafés, boutiques.... A 1 heure de Florence. Maison très bien équipée, très agréable à vivre. Très belle piscine aussi,... très appréciable par les fortes chaleurs.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub (8 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 Hund) in Casa Rosa. Das Haus, die Zimmer, der Garten, der Pool .... alles so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Die Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Das behindertengerechte Badezimmer ist für Rollstuhlfahrer perfekt. Die Lage, nur 15 Minunten von Lucca entfernt, war für unsere geplanten Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Siena usw. ideal. Schon im Vorfeld wurden alle unsere Fragen schnell und unkompliziert vom Salogi-Team beantwortet. Ob Supermarkt oder Restaurant Jederzeit gerne wieder.

A beautiful relaxed setting to escape and unwind

Casa Rosa was perfect for our family needs, plenty of space for adults and children to be alone or together, without being too formal. We all enjoyed the large pool area for a good part of most days. Eating outside each day was a pleasure and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the delivery of dinner for our first night and our dinner service at the end of the week. Anna’s cooking was enjoyed by us all and made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you to the owners were always very friendly, helpful and obliging. Th e location of the villa was very convenient for visits we made to Lucca, Pisa and surrounding Tuscan countryside. A memorable holiday.

A friendly and comfortable holiday, perfect for a family. Everything was fine, the luxury of a bathroom for every bedroom was greatly appreciated. Kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, beds were comfortable and there was lots of space, although we were rarely inside. Lovely pool set in a beautiful well-kept park. Short distance to Lucca, good supermarkets close by, a vineyard at the foot of the hill for wine tasting. And charming and helpful villa staff, Anna and Angelo

Casa Rosa is a charming villa situated in pleasant surroundings, just a few minutes’ drive from Lucca. Overall I found it to be a well-kept and clean property. During our stay we enjoyed the large garden and the pool area which is equipped with sun beds. In front of the house there is a porch with a shaded table offering seats for all guests.

Villa Clara and Casa Rosa were great for our family trip. Their location in relationship to the town of Lucca was idea. It made it very easy to find our way back home no matter where our travels brought us. Villa Clara was beautiful and elegant. Both houses were well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware and basic spices. The photos of Casa Rosa on the internet do not do it justice. It is really a lovely house in and of itself. The property that the two houses sit on is very private. The caretaker's house is just through a hedgerow of bushes which keep it very private yet close enough when you need to ask Anna or Angelo a question. Anna and Angelo are very sweet and friendly. The houses were spotless when we arrived. You can tell they take very good care of the buildings inside and out. The Saturday evening meal prepared by Anna was delicious. They set the tables with beautiful linen making it a very welcoming evening. The pools are beautiful. Well maintained and clean. They had a washer and clothes dryer. I was shocked to see a dryer. But, it never really dried the clothes so we went back to using the typical Italian drying-rack as expected. The sun was much more efficient. Thanks for all your help as always.
