Fabuloso apartamento de 2 habitaciones, estándar de lujo, excelente ubicación. Vistas directamente a Royal Mile. Todas las comodidades modernas, camas cómodas, primer piso. Telas de diseño, fondos de pantalla, wifi gratuito, televisores de Internet. Entrada segura Acogedor y cómodo. 250 metros del castillo de Edimburgo.

Este apartamento de la 1ª planta completamente renovado tiene capacidad para un máximo de 6 personas. Hay dos habitaciones; 1 doble en suite con TV, una cama doble king size, sofá cama doble en la sala de estar, segunda ducha con wc. Gran salón con 2 ventanas que dan directamente a Royal Mile. Cocina con lavavajillas y lavadora. Los baños tienen calefacción por suelo radiante. Hay calefacción central de gas. La propiedad conserva excelentes características de época; antiguas chimeneas de piedra, paredes de piedra antiguas expuestas; y, sin embargo, ofrece todas las comodidades modernas y una decoración llamativa.

Situado en el histórico casco antiguo de Edimburgo, este es el mejor lugar para alojarse en la ciudad. El casco antiguo es un sitio del Patrimonio Mundial. Lleno de historia, lleno de museos, atracciones para los visitantes, tiendas especializadas, restaurantes y pubs. El castillo de Edimburgo está a 1 minuto a pie de la puerta de entrada. We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location truly cannot be beat—right in the heart of Edinburgh and on the Royal Mile, within walking distance to everything. The flat itself wasn’t luxurious, but it was comfortable and fairly clean overall (though we did notice a few cobwebs and spiders). A couple of small things could be improved: more linens and a throw blanket would have been nice as it did get chilly, and we couldn’t quite get the panel heating to kick on. Still, for the unbeatable location, it was a solid stay.

Location Location Location

The location of this property is spectacular. The communication with the manager of the property was excellent and check in was a breeze (once I found the property which was difficult only because I was confused). There are two negatives to the property, but if you are prepared for them (and we were), then they are not that big of a problem. The location, which is fantastic, is also what makes the apartment so loud. The street noise is loud all the time (day and night). Also, the building is hundreds of years old, which is very cool, but also makes it very loud inside (neighbors talking, walking, using the plumbing). Also, it was a challenge to get up and down the circular stairwell, especially with luggage (and obviously there are not elevators). I appreciated the newer appliances in the kitchen, that there was a dishwasher and a clothes washer was a big plus for our longer stay. The bathrooms are small, one shower was not usable because it is so small you cannot bend over to wash - you can only stand and rotate. But there is a second shower which is a nice size and we just used that shower during our stay. I really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend the apartment to anyone who isn't bothered by the noise (come with earplugs) and who is able to get up and down a circular stairwell with their luggage.

Cracking place

Really enjoyed this flat. The location is second to none. The facilities all worked. We just loved being central during the Fringe. Paul was excellent with communication when necessary and very helpful with getting us into the flat on day one. This place is very, very special. We were two parents with our two teenagers who went in the twin room.

Great place yo stay while in Edinburgh

We loved staying here! We have been to Edinburgh several times and this location is very convenient and puts you so close its hard to beat. Apartment was clean and all as it should be and host was very helpful and proactive in communicating all of the instructions for the apartment.

Best location ever, challenging steps

You simply cannot beat the location of this property, literally overlooking the Royal Mile about a hundred yards from the entrance to Edinburgh Castle! All amenities as listed. Minor gripes: filthy window panes and hallway outside the apartment, and no secure railing on winding stairway (perhaps not under the host's control), and listing should note that the apartment is accessible only by winding steps not friendly to the elderly or physically challenged. But a great choice for an Edinburgh stay due to the location alone!

Highly Recommend

Just enjoyed packed 4 day visit to Edinburgh. We once lived there so know the city quite well. This flat could not have served us better (3 adults). For location (!!), cleanliness, amenities, comforts, ease, host... can only offer accolades. One huge advantage... just one circular flight up/down, and you exit to the fun of the Jolly Judge! If available again, wouldn't consider anywhere else. Lovely!

Wonderful place and outstanding location

What a great apartment right on the Royal Mile just steps from bars, restaurants and Edinburgh Castle. Plenty of room to enjoy a nice breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon! It was perfectly appointed with bed linens, towels and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you Paul for such a nice stay!

Top Notch Apartment

My very first time in Scotland and we wanted to be in the heart of Old Town to experience it all. This apartment was the perfect location making everything very walkable. The place was nice and clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we just absolutely loved it! It was great being able to open the windows for fresh air and look out over the Royal Mile taking in all that the city has to offer. Paul was a great host and I’d definitely stay here again. -Stephen

Great spot! Paul was great to work with. The unit is very well appointed and right in the middle of everything on the Royal Mile. Really enjoyed The Tattoo and Fringe Fest, could walk to everything! We will be back!

Just such a great property

Such a nice property that is so enjoyable and has all that is needed. Paul was a great host and very helpful. Able to enjoy the antics on the street outside and still have the ability to sit back and enjoy a scotch.
