What a beautiful property. My only complaint is the pots and pans were pretty bad, but with the amount of users this is not surprising and understandable. The hot tub was clean and amazing. We will definitely return!

Absolutely Amazing Cabin! Traveled from Ohio to spend time with my sister that is ill. We had beautiful weather and was able to enjoy a full day outside fishing and cooking out .

This cabin was very secluded, which is what I was looking for. Everything was clean and accurate according to description. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The owner was nice also.

Lovely little cabin, that is quiet, secluded, area with a nice creek and stocked pond that you can fish in! Hot tub was amazing. Good communication with host. Definitely, would come back!

This was the most lovely vacation cabin conveniently located not far from town, yet still felt private and secluded. It was beautiful! The cabin is the perfect size for a couple looking to get away for some time together.We explored the creek, went fishing in the stocked pond, relaxed in the hot tub (which overlooked the beautiful property), and spent time around the fire. It was an escape from the fast-paced lifestyle we are so accustomed to, and we're already making plans to return again in the future. The ability to wash dry laundry was a lifesaver and so convenient! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishware, and the like, and with the grocery store not being too far away, it made dinner a breeze!We explored Lake Lure & Chimney Rocks State Park, made the trek out to Bryson City and Deep Creek Campground for some whitewater tubing (so fun), enjoyed a ride with Riverside Riding Stables, and spent time in nearby downtown Rutherfordton. We truly made the most wondeful memories together and we look forward to returning again someday soon!

Beautiful property away from it all! Simple 1 bedroom 1 bath home with wrap around porch overlooking a creek/pond. There’s a lovely new hot tub on the porch as well perfect for star gazing. The property is somewhat isolated so don’t expect abundant cell signal though WiFi is available. The road to the cabin is a rocky dirt road so keep that in mind when choosing your vehicle. Mr. Bill was lovely and friendly. Readily available for any questions or needs. Thoroughly enjoyed staying with him!

Perfect Lil' Getaway!

We absolutely love this place!!! It was perfect. Clean, peaceful, and just what we needed. We made it our just for us, for some much neede R n R. We can not wait to come back just us and the dogs or book their other cabin with our entire family. Our dogs absolutely loved running around in the big open areas around the cabin.

Beautiful place with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay away from the business of life.The cabin itself sits right next to a beautiful creek that has been meticulously maintained. Just above the creek there is a pond which has been stocked with fishfor catch and release fishing. We did see a couple different fish that were larger and several fish that still have some growing to do.The owner of this property has really done a great job all around and the attention to detail shows throughout the place.I really can’t say enough about how pleased we were during our stay.Everything was clean and well stocked.All necessary amenities were provided and the owner was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.We had the opportunity to see some local wildlife while we were there, we had a nice campfire under the stars and of course the Jacuzzi was an added benefit which we appreciated.We will definitely come back to this location for future vacations.

The cabin was clean and the perfect space for our getaway weekend. Mr. Elliott was great to speak to and a super friendly host. If we are staying in the area again this will be our first choice hands down.

Nice little cabin! This is a good cabin rental for your small group. Everything worked out well. The design isn’t as spacious as others we’ve stayed in. The grounds are wonderful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working when we stayed. Also a word of caution, the driveway is gravel and fairly steep. Bill, the owner, was great to work with.
