The condo was very clean, The building is older, but the finishes in the unit are newer and welcoming. The beach view was great, we could see the rocket launches from our room. Would stay again.

The place was much bigger than expected. The door opened at 4pm as said. Went to the publix about 1 mile away and bought 200 worth of food for the week. Left a lot of it on the counter as it was packaged. Woke up the next day to everything covered in ants and had to toss it all out. The kitchen table (which had no food on it) was also covered in ants. Contacted the management company and they said the would go and spray the next day. Not sure if they did as we still saw some ants the entire stay. The view of the ocean can only be seen by crowing on one side of the balcony so having 3 of us was annoying as you couldnt fit 3 chairs facing that direction. They dont mention major construction is going on next door so if your trying to sleep past 6am, forget it. And the major issue was the toliets dont flush. They have signs that say hold the handle but majority of the time that only worked on one toliet. The other one we couldnt use at all. Would not stay there again, unless it was only a one night deal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two 16 year old girls and mom for 3 nights - there was plenty of space - the layout is ideal with each of us having our own rooms and bathrooms, and plenty of seating in the living room. It was perfectly appointed, and had everything we needed. There are only 3 suggestions - 1 - a peephole in the front door as we did have someone knock, and since we didn't expect anyone, it was a little concerning - being able to see out would have been reassuring! #2 - the AC needs some attention. The bedrooms are HOT. The guide asks us not to turn AC lower than 74, which truthfully should be cool enough for anyone, but the bedrooms definitely are not getting that cool. There's only one fan, which was in the secondary room. A fan in the master would have provided some white noise to block out the construction noise next door too (I used a white noise app on my phone which worked perfectly!) I did notice the filter needs to be cleaned (there are marks on the ceiling from the dust coming out the vents) and #3 - the master bathroom needs to be re-grouted or re-tiled. It's old, which is ok, but it looks dirty. I'm assuming with the beautiful new kitchen, that the bathrooms are next! :)

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated so cute with beach theme. Kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge looked to be new. I appreciated that this place slept 6. They even had beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall a nice place to stay

Remodel

First, it was not remodeled - the place looked like it had been furnished from a thrift store . I think 5,000 into the place could make a big difference . The fridge could be painted it’s an eye sore. Mold in the master bath - if that’s what you’re calling a master it was super tight . Loud all the time due to construction next door . A lady that lives there is the pool monitor and basically just wanted people tobe quite . . I wouldnot suggest this place to friends .

The overall location and property is good. The view of the beach and launches was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were clean. The pool was advertised as heated. The pool heater was not turned on. Both bathrooms had mold in the showers. The shower curtains need replaced. The TVs and remotes did not operate properly. The rust on the outside of the refrigerator was not becoming of the property. The patio furniture was dirty. There were plenty of towels and linens. The construction next door with constant loud pounding took away from the enjoyment of the view and balcony. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned ahead of time.

It froze a lot of our food, even when we tried to turn the temperature down, it still froze some of our food. Other than that, our stay was great.

Great space, lacking a few amenities.

Overall great location and size of condo. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. My kids and I had a great time. A few things I would have liked as a guest: the instructions for the pool and beach access to be in the check in- instructions. Knowing this prior to arriving would have been great. I arrived with 3 little kids and I did not have time to even realize there was a key to access the beach and pool until we were down there with no key. Also, it would have been nice if there were basic things like salt and pepper or cook spray or something. If you expect the cook at the condo bring some condiments and/or basic things to cook with. The construction/demolition next door is not disclosed, although it was not a bother to us, just not great to look at. The dishwasher was broken so we had to hand wash our dishes. Also, the master bedroom mattress is pretty awful. Besides those few inconveniences the beach toys were great and the condo was comfortable for my family of 5.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! It had a beautiful view of the ocean, the SpaceX launch, and was top floor! It was nicely renovated and we were able to use the washer and dryer. The beach is absolutely perfect and steps away from the condo. The pool was lovely. This is an older person's paradise as it was very quiet but my children had the time of their lives here so don't let that deter you other than to say, you will get a nice night sleep! There are also pool and beach toys and chairs if needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
